【大紀元2013年10月20日訊】(希望之聲記者韓菲採訪報導) 截至18號，已有20萬考生加入2014年中國公務員考試的「戰局」。其中，最熱職位錄取比例是1886比1，網友稱之為「炮灰集中營」。國人為甚麼如此追捧國考？它的競爭是否公平？讓我們一起聽聽專家們怎麼說。 連接收聽

據報導， 2014年國考報名剛進入第三天，超熱門職位就已經顯山露水，五、六百人爭一個職位的情況比比皆是，其中「國家民委」兩個職缺有3772人報名，競爭比例達1886比1。此外，統計、國稅、海關部門仍是報考熱點，這些職位「千里挑一」也將指日可待。

知名網絡作家劉逸明說，在中國人們爭考公務員，主要因為公務員職位在中國是一個肥缺。「很多單位的公職人員他們的收入非常高，表面的工資就比一般的單位高，灰色收入就更是不得了，所以公務員對於中國年輕人的吸引力是非常非常大的。即使很多人知道希望很渺茫，但是還是願意去試一試。」

曾任職於政府部門的獨立作家鞏磊說，有些公務員的名義工資並不高，但福利、灰色收入卻很多。他們的灰色收入主要是來自於各種權力尋租。

「中國的一切人、財、物都是國家絕對壟斷，任何人包括生老病死各個環節它都給你卡住，都是行政機關審批制，許可證制度、考核制等等，讓你每走一步就得花錢，每走一步都要潛規則去疏通。它這個體製造成了官僚的權力非常大，所以它的淺規則、權利尋租的機會特別多。不管是國家機關、事業單位等等都相當有權利。收費、收稅，各種卡、拿、要等等，它還有好多說不清的好處。」

有網友發貼說，公務員考試，一旦考中就一步登天。鞏磊說，中國人從小樹立的官本位思想，光宗耀祖，一人當官雞犬昇天的觀念直接影響著年輕人想當官的心態，認為當上了公務員就是天之嬌子，像皇帝一樣。

另有網友說，國考是最腐敗的考試：筆試找槍手，面試靠關係。劉逸明說，國考很多時候都是暗箱操作，並不公平、公正。「比如說分數，即使你的分數考得很高，因為你沒有錢去打點，也沒有關係給你撐腰，你就有可能被以各種各樣的理由拒絕錄用。真正被錄用者基本是那些官家或者是富人的子弟。窮人也有當上公務員的，但比較少，除非是名額在已經滿足了有關係的人或者是給了錢的人之後還有剩餘的，它可能會安排成績比較好的沒有背景的人。」

鞏磊說，平民子弟能當上公務員的可能性幾乎為零，國考只是個形式。「這裡頭腐敗問題確實太大。公務員考核，它一再強調計算機閱卷，是匿名考卷等等，但是據我知道這裡頭基本是內定的，根據領導人的條子的地位高低，考核人員他首先看那些條子和推薦信，然後再分配這些分數想辦法，通過筆試面試等。所以一般老百姓的孩子想進入公務員系統基本上是不可能，除非花很多錢，用好多渠道。國有企業，公務員就業都是他們的官二代、富二代的子弟，沒有老百姓的一點機會。」

俄羅斯前總統梅德韋傑夫曾說過，如果一個國家的年輕人都想成為公務員，那麼這個國家的政治一定腐敗到了極點。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】現年8周大的鬥牛犬梵谷，16日在美國賓州費城西郊上達比(Upper Darby)被發現，牠的雙耳被鬥狗份子割掉後，血流不止的狀態下被丟棄等死，目前當地警方正追緝狠下毒手的嫌犯。

警察表示他們割掉小狗的耳朵，是為了防止小狗在鬥狗場上抓耳朵，而且這麼小的幼犬，通常是用來當作誘餌，往往會被大狗攻擊到體無完膚，獸醫也表示狗狗的耳朵有許多神經和血管，被這樣殘忍割下肯定相當痛。

所幸梵谷送醫治療後，現已恢復元氣，雖然耳朵被割掉，但聽力並無受損，之後就等有好心人家願意領養牠。

【大紀元2013年10月20日訊】 （紐約訊）由紐約韓國人青果協會(Korean Produce Association)（會長劉時連）主辦的第31屆紐約韓國中秋節民俗盛會暨第17屆國本土農產品博覽會於10月12日(週六)、13日(週日)在蘭德島公園(Randall's Island Park)隆重登場，五十多家廠商共襄盛舉。

知名韓國大企業都參加了慶典活動，來自韓國國內和大紐約地區的數十家廠商推出了以韓國本土農產品、化妝品為主的產品促銷活動，各式各樣的韓式美食如烤肉、辣年糕、甜不辣、生魚片等，吸引了眾多遊客 ，富有民族特色的韓國傳統歌舞藝術表演，更為本次韓國民俗中秋慶典增加了亮色。多部韓劇主唱、南韓歌星許閣到場助興，他給大家帶來了熱播韓劇中熟悉的旋律，在夜幕即將降臨的紐約，送給了現場觀眾一個浪漫的週末。

專程從韓國來的韓國著名歌手們在舞台上演唱。

韓國的歷史、文化與中國有著淵源流長的緊密聯繫，中秋節在中國和韓國的節慶日中都有著舉足輕重的位置。由於傳統上秋天是一年中收穫的季節，為了慶祝豐收，中秋節這一天韓國家家戶戶都會準備許多美食佳餚、糕餅點心來祭拜祖先，並舉行一系列的慶祝活動。

韓國中秋節媲美感恩節

幾十多年來，紐約韓裔社區都保持著慶祝中秋這一傳統，且規模一年比一年大，其熱鬧程度不亞於新年期間的活動，每年都吸引了數萬民眾前來參與。主辦方紐約韓國人青果協會會長劉時連介紹：「中秋節在韓國是最大的節日之一，近似於美國的感恩節，大家拜祖先歡度佳節，非常熱鬧。今年的中秋盛會比往年規模大，去年帶來的是政府組織的兩個地區的特產品和4個另外團體，今年參與的是政府組織的4個地區的特產品和另外的10個團體。希望以後更多民族來共同享受更盛大的活動。」

特邀參加此次活動的州眾議員金兌錫和專程韓國來的「韓國的拉斯維加斯Seven Luck casino」的朴讚誤先生。

慶典當日的蘭德島公園，美味飄香。尋著韓式烤肉的氣味走過去，竟然發現滿眼的南韓料理，拌飯、辣白菜、年糕等等，最吸引人的就是古代北韓半島只有皇帝才能吃到的「蜂蜜萬絲糖 」，廚工師傅在現場演示了制糖的絕技，只見一圈細細的糖筋經制糖師傅這麼幾番拉扯，竟變成了一萬六千多條細如蛛網的絲線，連在 一起，活像透明的絲綢，填上餡捲成糖，吃上一口，讓人拍案叫絕。

韓國本土農產品 新鮮味美價廉

韓國農水食品流通公司（簡稱aT) 帶領江原道光州市慶尚南道等3個道市的32個商家150多種韓國本國農產品參加慶典展示。aT紐約分社 insu lee 次場說，17年來每年都跟主辦方一起辦韓國本土農產品博覽。韓國政府每年選擇優秀的韓國本土農產品帶到博覽會促銷。這次由江原道光州市慶尚南道等3個道市的32個商家150多個品種，在博覽會上均以優惠價格出售。

瑞山市農政科長李起鶴先生介紹說：「這裡賣的韓果是用傳統方式製造，味道很有奧妙，價格比一般超市便宜20%；醬類、鹽類也比一般超市便宜20%。」江原道農政局農食品流通科鄭榮模先生介紹說：「我們江原道帶來用南韓東海和深山裡生產的原材料加工的農食品，參加此次活動。」

韓國農水產品流通公司 aT center 帶領江原道光州市慶尚南道等3個道市的32個商家150多種韓國本國農產品參加展示，這是江原道的攤位。

【陳詩璧／綜合報導】台北市一名蘇姓男子為了陷害5年前幫他開刀的楊姓醫師，吞下一根長達9.5公分的醫療用金屬夾，誣告醫師手術疏失。但是經過檢察官詳查，發現蘇姓男子的肚子裡不只有金屬夾，還有錢幣、鑰匙跟鐵絲圈等物品。

根據《自由時報》報導，檢方有調出5年前蘇姓男子手術後的X光片，上頭顯示沒有金屬異物，了解到這些金屬物品都是蘇姓男子事後吞下肚的，戳破他的謊言，而楊姓醫師對對蘇姓男子提出誣告，檢察官提起公訴，最後蘇姓男子被判入獄服刑。
