據報導，中國大陸廣東省汕頭市警方日前在下轄的澄海區查獲1萬3721支仿真槍，這些仿冒品具有槍枝性能。

南方日報今天在報導中表示，22日上午，澄海警方派出60名警員突擊檢查多個地點，當場檢獲這些仿真槍及相關配件。

調查顯示，嫌犯是以玩具廠為掩護，非法製造具有槍枝性能的鐵質仿真槍。

報導沒有說明這些仿真槍的流向及用途。

【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者李平多倫多編譯報導）加拿大商業開發銀行（BDC）本周公布一份最新消費者五大消費行為趨勢報告顯示，加國消費者越來越追求健康的本地產商品，同時半數消費者購物前都會上網搜尋，顯示出網絡在消費行為中日益重要。

據CBC報導，BDC首席經濟師克萊羅克斯（Pierre Cleroux）表示，這說明，中小企業都得意識到這一趨勢，才能在擁擠的市場中脫穎而出。同時，科技的影響力每年都在上升。

五大消費趨勢企業要重視

報告中指出的5大消費者趨勢包括：

一、購買本土產。越來越多消費者就近購物，尋求本土產商品，而且更認識到，本土產更環保，更放心。

二、健康意識日益增強。隨著人口日益老化，人們越來越注重食品、化妝品和人體工程學產品的健康要素。半數加人在購物時，都會考慮產品的健康影響；3分之1只要產品健康，不在意多付錢。

三、消費更節儉。加人近年收入增長停滯，家庭債務居高，因而支出更謹慎。隨著嬰兒潮一代逐漸退休，越來越多人會靠固定收入生活。

四、日益追求個性化商品。目前的消費者希望買到的東西就是他們想要的，而科技的日新月異，也讓這一切成為可能。

五、網絡影響日益強大。越來越多人上網搜尋產品，即使不買東西，也會上網查看。與此同時，在線購物也日益增加。有些商品實際並不符合網上購買，如汽車，但消費者買車前仍會上網搜尋一番。消費者上網查詢，通常會查詢商品購買地點、價格、規格和產品評級等。

網絡時代 網評決定產品生死

另一方面，商品的網評非常關鍵，70%消費者表示會受網評影響。克萊羅克斯對加拿大廣播公司（CBC）新聞說，這一趨勢在上升，不可逆轉，小商家要抓住這一網絡潮流，管理好自己的網絡形象，非常重要。他說，遺憾的是，近30%國內小商家沒有自己的網站。當然還不止是網站，還得有網絡戰略。

報告發現，去年45%消費者均買過本土產商品，87%表示購買本土產商品更環保，97%表示購買本土產商品有利當地經濟。同時，消費者還很關注企業商業行為。總而言之，消費者喜歡買本土產商品，是因為有利國家經濟和就業及環保。

克萊羅克斯說，國內消費者對產品質量的意識，也許在零售價格競爭激烈的當今時代，可能不利於小企業。但一些創新企業，卻可提供其他方式幫助消費者省錢。

他說，在市場競爭激烈環境下，小企業可通過些許創新，充分利用個性化市場優勢。如有些企業縮小品牌範圍，專門針對某一消費群體。還有些小企業乾脆就是直接面對個人客戶。如有家企業，專門根據客戶早餐口味需求，提供定制早餐。通過這一方式，讓自己在擁擠的市場競爭中脫穎而出。

她的朋友們都覺得不可置信，紛紛留言問她「你的肚子呢？」、「你是不是沒吃飯？」其實她前3個月害喜不舒服，爆瘦4公斤，也難怪還能維持原有的傲人馬甲線！

新快報27日態度急轉

中共官方媒體報導，被長沙警方跨省刑拘的新快報記者陳永洲，已經「認罪」。而新快報仍在10月26號發出聲明，堅持陳永洲並無違法違規行為。

據美國之音報導，新快報在10月26日發出聲明，堅持陳永洲並無違法違規行為。聲明說：「中聯重科財務問題報導是新快報一個正常的新聞報導，對問題進行監督和報導是媒體的職責所在，作為新快報經濟中心記者，陳永洲只是正常履行其職責。」

聲明中說，核查報導之後，除了其中一篇報導將「廣告費級及招待費5.13億『錯寫成』廣告費5.13億」之外，其他報導內容均無事實差錯。新快報認為陳永洲的報導「符合與論監督類新聞報導的基本要求」。

新快報說，經過「調查瞭解，陳永洲在報導中聯重科財務問題的事件中，不存在有違新聞職業操守和違法違規行為」。

但轉天在27日，新快報在頭版發出致歉聲明，稱：「經警方初步查明，本報記者陳永洲受人指使收人錢財發表大量失實報導，嚴重違反了《中國新聞工作者職業道德準則》和新聞真實性原則，報社對稿件的審核把關不嚴。事發後報紙採取的不當做法，嚴重損害了媒體的公信力，教訓深刻。」並表示將以此為戒，對存在問題進行認真整改...,同此前的堅持態度迥異。

10月26日，中共官媒央視《朝聞天下》節目播出陳永洲「懺悔認罪」視頻。報導稱，陳永洲為顯示自己有能耐、獲取更多名利，在未經核實的情況下，受他人指示收人錢財，根據他人提供的材料連續發表針對中聯重科的大量失實報導，致其聲譽嚴重受損。陳永洲為此向中聯重科、廣大股民和自己的家人道歉，告誡同行「要以我為戒」。陳永洲表示非常後悔：「我願意認罪，也願意悔罪。」

在央視的視頻中，很多人注意，還未被審判的陳永洲已經被剃了頭。新京報官方微博發表一個隱晦評論，質疑事件背後有鬼。

新京報新浪機構認證：10月26日清晨6：24分，央視鏡頭下，剃過頭的陳永洲承認受人指使收人錢財，發表失實報導。
