餐廳名稱：鯨吞燒 消費時間：2013年10月 地址：台南市中西區海安路2段321號 電話：06-2289911 營業時間：06-2289911 每人平均價位：吃飽500左右 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：培根麻糬 烤馬鈴薯佐明太子 烤豬五花 烤雞肉團子 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/282568805 台南除了小吃林立,也有許多各式各樣的餐廳小店. 有天跟孕婦一樣一時興起想吃串燒, 向台南在地人打探了一下,問到這間位在海安路上的鯨吞燒,便決定和男友一起前往啦! 雖然是在海安路上,不過鯨吞燒的位子離最熱鬧的海安藝術街有一段路. 店家招牌不是夜總會的顯眼明亮大招牌,而是隱匿在半個樹屋裡的小木屋, 不熟那邊的人騎車經過時要仔細留意. 這天是週末,我們傍晚5點50就到了,不過店內早已客滿. 鯨吞燒假日不接受訂位只能現場後位. 本來想說串燒大家都要吃很久,想就此作罷離開. 但男友緊握我的手告訴我"我知道妳想吃,等下吃不到妳會好失落. 我要陪妳一起等." 窩喔~男友好貼心(抱) 鯨吞燒的串燒使用的是溫度可以迅速達到千度,煙相對來說比較少的備長炭(還立牌告知) 雖說我怎麼看都覺得串燒的煙還是有點多(笑) 不過這個畫面真的好殘忍啊~~~能想像被關在門外, 透過玻璃,看著一串一串的肉和食材滋滋滋的畫面, 卻還沒等到位子的痛苦嗎.... 幸好沒等上太久,晚間將近7點, 幾組第一輪的客人相繼離開. 吧檯也因此空了出來. 光是這個淺色的吧檯, 就好有置身日式居酒屋的感覺了, 只差店員講的是中文XD 吧檯座之外,鯨吞燒裡面也有給四人或六人的團體用餐區. 這個位子超有feel, 懸吊的日式燒水茶壺, 好像電影裡出現的日式小木屋. 坐在吧台,有個壞處就是...斜前方的玻璃櫃裡放滿了可口的生肉串. 即使知道生肉不能吃, 但這時肚子已經餓到前胸貼後背, 看著生日仍不斷吞口水... 餓成這樣,快點點餐比較實際!這是鯨吞燒除了飲料之外的菜單. 鯨吞燒本店的主要料理就是串燒,其中又以雞肉串燒為主打, 各式各樣部位的雞肉部位都有. 固定菜單之外,還有今日特選菜單. 不過看到日本大蔥這樣時我噗哧一笑, 從來不知道蔥段居然也可以當串燒的主角XD 這天有點餓過頭,和男友已經管不了什麼, 兩人翻到什麼就點什麼.... 串燒當然是現點現烤,於是除了候位外, 又進入漫長的未婚妻的等待....和男友邊聊天, 不小心又瞥見牆上的酒櫃!!! "酒量不好,等下一大杯又是我要幫妳喝完半杯. 我等下要騎車載妳,妳只能點無酒精的可爾必思啦!" 再反抗,我可能等下也回不了家,只得乖乖聽話點杯可爾必思囉! 鯨吞燒的可爾必思不錯,水的配比剛剛好,喝起來不會淡而無味. 看我們餓成這樣,店員先上了小菜蘿蔔乾. 這道小菜其實...蠻台式的, 應該說是比較濕潤版的便當蘿蔔乾. 不過就像我們前面說的, 因為餓翻, 男友還索性點了一碗白飯來配 (真的把這個蘿蔔乾當便當配菜吃XDDD) 冷盤, ??魚肝. 下面放上冰鎮過的洋蔥, 上頭撒上大量細蔥花,看起來十分可口! 不過,不知道為什麼,我覺得這裡的??魚肝已經處理太軟, 變成鵝肝的口感了...然後這味道, 跟小時候吃的同榮鮪魚罐頭相似度90%, 跟以往在日本料理店吃到的??魚肝差異蠻大的. 接著是烤筊白筍. 鯨吞燒是將整根筊白筍放到架上烤, 烤完之後才把皮剝掉, 因此,筊白筍的甜美水分全鎖在裡邊, 非常原汁原味喔! 不過肚子餓,還是要補充一些蛋白質才有飽足感! 等到第一份肉上來,我們才覺得:真的開始吃串燒了! 這是烤豬五花串(一份). 鯨吞燒選的豬五花部位很棒,油花夠多,烤過之後油脂的香氣被逼出來, 單吃可以吃到豬肉的甜味, 配附上的韓式泡菜吃也很搭喔! 每次吃串燒都必點的烤雞軟骨,一份也是兩串. 不過以吃過的雞軟骨來說,我覺得差了那麼一點點. 之前吃到好吃的雞軟骨,上面會加適當的佐料提味,且吃起來應該是外脆內軟. 但鯨吞燒的雞軟骨脆而硬,且味道過淡....相比之下香氣少了些. 然後是當最喜歡的一道配角,馬鈴薯佐明太子美乃滋!!! 這道剛上桌就覺得超級誘人,剖半的馬鈴薯上放明太子與美乃滋, 烤過之後再灑上蔥花, 嗯~上桌時明太子鹹味伴著蔥香, 我要開動了!!! 這˙個˙真˙的˙太˙好˙吃˙了˙啦!!!(搥桌) 馬鈴薯皮烤到微焦,裡面卻十分鬆軟. 加上明太子和美乃滋,甜甜鹹鹹卻一點都沒有違和感~ 烤培根麻糬. 培根裡捲蘆筍和金針菇都吃過, 但捲麻糬這種吃法,倒是第一次吃到呢!!!! 我喜歡這個搭配,麻糬露出的部分烤到脆脆焦焦, 裹在培根裡的部分卻是黏牙的Q彈,口感很有層次的一道啊~ 最後是當日主角,八選盛合. 正是鯨吞燒最經典的雞肉丸子八種口味組合! 八種不同佐料,當然是從顏色淺的清淡口味開始吃囉! 鹽燒和原味就是清淡組合的代表, 烤過之後表層灑上一點點的海鹽. 鯨吞燒的雞肉團子好吃! 雞絞肉沒有剁到太碎, 邊吃柔軟的雞肉團子,還可以咬到一些碎軟骨呢! 大阪燒雞肉團子和味噌雞肉團子. 甜味比較重的兩個口味.尤其大阪燒那個,超像在吃章魚小丸子(笑) 起司雞肉團子. 大半片起司放在雞肉團子上烤! 賣相和創意都不錯,但因為雞肉團子本身就有鹹味,再加上起司, 鹹味比起前面幾到就更重了些. 醬燒與海苔雞肉團子. 正當我要把這幾枝深色的雞肉團子送進嘴裡時,店員把我叫住 "你要不要試試沾我們的蛋黃呢?" 原來中間的蛋黃是要沾這個的!!! 醬燒的東西口味很重, 加上溫醇的蛋黃後讓味道綜合不少, 且好有吃雞肉團子丼的感覺喔! 為了爭取釣魚臺主權，日本開始主打文宣戰。NHK報導，日本外務省近期在網路上傳影音，說明日本擁有島嶼的歷史及國際法上根據。對此外交部回應，日本任何的宣傳手法都屬無效，我擁有釣魚臺主權不容置疑。

報導指出，這一分半鐘的宣傳影片，強調日本擁有釣魚台、竹島主權，說明在歷史上、第二次世界大戰後、舊金山和約都確認是日本的領土，內容還包括當時的歷史照片與影像。未來外務省要陸續推出英文、中文等10多種語言版本，藉此向世界表明立場。

檢視日本這波宣傳影片，確實有相當大影響效益，截至24日為止，釣魚臺主權影片已有近20萬人次瀏覽，對比我國先前的宣傳文宣(瀏覽人數不到1萬)，有相當的落差。

外交部表示，政府重申釣魚台列嶼是中華民國固有領土，對日本任何意圖損及釣魚台列嶼主權主張的說法及宣傳手法，都屬無效。釣魚台列嶼是中華民國固有領土、台灣附屬島嶼，無論就國際法、地理、地質、歷史與使用等各項觀點，主權屬於中華民國不容置疑。

外交部表示，政府捍衛釣魚台列嶼主權決心堅定不移，將持續向國際宣示中華民國對釣魚台列嶼主權主張，並呼籲相關各方自制，響應東海和平倡議，使東海成為「和平與合作之海」。

公車疏運規劃：

為配合【2013地景藝術節】活動期間交通管制計畫，本府交通局規劃了由桃園高鐵站及各停車場至會場之雙向免費接駁公車，免費接駁公車營運時間自上午8時至下午18時（11/10營運至19時30分），其路線如下：

既有公車路線

中壢火車站：(於前站左轉300m桃園客運中壢站搭乘) 
可搭乘5035中壢-新屋、5027中壢-後湖、5030中壢-下北湖、5031中壢-福興宮、5039中壢-永安觀音
-新屋陂(點點區)：下車站名為桃園客運新屋總站，票價為45元。
-後湖塘(小鴨區)：下車站名全美公司，票價為53元。
-過嶺58號池(蓮花區)：下車站名北勢站，票價為36元。

楊梅火車站：
-5654中壢-新屋(經楊梅)，下車站名為新屋站，票價為26元。
-5650新屋－楊梅，下車站名為新屋站，票價為26元。

接駁路線

2.紅線－由台31線橋下停車場出發，共經10處接駁點，經青田路至過嶺58號池，再經由縣道114至新屋陂後沿原路回到台31線橋下停車場，假日每5至10分鐘一班、平日每10至20分鐘一班。本路線提供低地板公車供身障人士使用。

3.黃線－由新屋陂出發，行經三民路抵達後湖塘後，再回到新屋陂，假日每3至5分鐘一班、平日每5至10分鐘一班。

4.綠線－從永安漁港沿著縣道114抵達後湖塘後返回永安漁港，假日每15至20分鐘一班、平日每30分鐘一班，民眾可將車輛停放在縣道114沿線，利用既有公車站牌等候上車。
