《匯市》美國政治僵局料將落幕，美元兌日圓走升

美元相對於日圓、英鎊16日走高，因美國舉債上限可望趕在最後期限之前調高、美國政府料將恢復正常運作。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至16日紐約匯市尾盤為止美元兌日圓升值0.49%至98.78；盤中最高點98.97創9月27日以來新高。英鎊兌美元貶值0.25%至1.5947；盤中最低點1.5890創9月18日以來新低。

彭博社報導，根據參議院多數黨領袖Harry Reid、少數黨領袖Mitch McConnell的協商版本，聯邦政府將有足夠的資金可以運作到2014年1月15日、舉債上限將凍結至同年2月7日。眾議院議長John Boehner表示，共和黨將不會阻擋上述妥協方案。白宮也表示，歐巴馬(Barack Obama)總統支持上述方案。

紐西蘭第3季消費者物價指數上揚0.9%、創2011年第2季以來最大增幅。紐西蘭不動產協會日前公布，9月房價指數月增0.8%至歷史新高水準。瑞穗證券首席匯率分析師Kengo Suzuki指出，紐國幾乎是唯一具有升息能見度的先進國家，因此紐幣匯率可望續強。紐幣兌美元16日升值0.65%至0.8426；盤中最高點0.8444創5月9日以來新高。

Thomson Reuters、道瓊社報導，信評機構惠譽(Fitch Ratings)於台北時間16日上午4時50分左右宣布將美國「AAA」主權債信評等納入負面觀察名單，主因為美國並未適時地調高聯邦舉債上限。歐元兌美元16日升值0.10%至1.3527；盤中最低點1.3470創9月27日以來新低。

【劉曉霞／台中報導】台中七期豪宅下半年新案陸續開案，眾所矚目的「台中帝寶」、大陸建設七期推案預定11月開案。「台中帝寶」每坪開價60~70萬元，大陸建設七期推案開價未定，不過，台中地產界推估，大陸建設新案每坪開價將上看8字頭，成交價可望落在70~80萬元。

Oreo如毒品　美研究：吃了會上癮

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國康乃狄克大學神經科學系的研究顯示，Oreo餅乾就像古柯鹼一樣，容易讓人一吃上癮。

研究人員設計一個迷宮，一邊放著Oreo餅乾，另一邊則是放米餅，以老鼠為實驗對象走迷宮，結果顯示所有老鼠都奔向Oreo餅乾，而且老鼠們還會弄碎餅乾，從中間有餡的地方吃起，這個實驗結果，就和先前他們用古柯鹼和生理食鹽水做迷宮實驗一樣，所有老鼠也都是跑向古柯鹼。

研究人員表示像Oreo餅乾這類高脂高糖的食物，刺激大腦的方式和毒品一樣，而且Oreo餅乾刺激大腦所產生的神經元，還比古柯鹼多，也就能解釋為什麼有些人無法抗拒高脂高糖食物，即便知道這類食物有害健康，支持先前高脂高糖的食物會讓人上癮的假設。

英業達：明年維持一定獲利

筆電市況冷清，不過上市筆電代工廠英業達(2356)在商用布局有成，今年營運表現相對有撐亮眼，展望明年營運，英業達董事長李詩欽表示，傳統筆電下滑是趨勢，不過英業達透過多元產品包括精簡型、一體型、超薄筆電以及平板電腦成長動能，希望能彌補傳統筆電下滑的量，明年營收要增長較難，但目標是維持一定獲利。

筆電持續負成長，讓筆電代工廠營運苦哈哈，不過，英業達今年表現相對強勁，李詩欽指出，今年筆電較同業逆勢成長，未出現下滑主要是商用市場穩定度相對較高，加上重慶廠也發揮了一定競爭優勢，明年希望維持今年規模，隨著產品更多元，穩住一定的出貨量，整體明年營收要成長較不易，維持一定獲利更較重要，也積極透過內部整合削減浪費。

李詩欽預期，一體機今年出貨約200萬台，出貨持續看俏，簡易型筆電也成長，平板電腦自今年第四季出貨，需要觀察市場需求，今年主機板出貨量將大於整機，主要是跨國性客戶出貨調整，主機板出貨與系統比重約各半，預期主機板出貨占比會再提高比重，相對毛利率也會較佳，不過增加營收難度較高。

對於穿戴式商機，李詩欽分析，明年穿戴式機會不敢說，大家推很多新品，觀察市場接受性，不過這個商機是一定要嘗試，在智慧手機終端有競爭優勢較有利，穿戴式未來價格競爭很大，把量集中起來才有規模，最大量的是個人隨身攜帶商機，看好平板手機(phablet)需求。據了解，英業達打入Tom Tom供應鏈。

這段影片是美國ABC NEWS日前放在他們的YouTube頻道上的， 裏面有美國即將上映的電影"危機解密"(The Fifth Estate)的 男主角--班奈迪克康柏拜區(Benedict Cumberbatch)和維基解密 (WikiLeaks)創辦人--朱利安阿桑奇(Julian Assange)的專訪， 當然兩人的訪問是分開的，不過傳記電影的主角本人不高興到要 上新聞節目接受專訪，而且有能耐讓新聞節目想專訪他，也算是 很罕見了，我英文不太好，請問有人可以幫忙聽譯嗎? 很想知道 Cumberbatch以及阿桑奇說了什麼。 前幾天在媒體曝光的那封信，訪問也有提到，那應該就是阿桑奇 在電影開拍之前寫給Benedict Cumberbatch的那封吧? 國泰10月國民經濟信心調查續下滑

國泰金融集團今日上午公布10國民經濟信心調查結果「內外夾擊，信心續降」。國泰認為，美國預算僵局及舉債上限問題，加上新興市場風險仍存，皆為經濟前景投下變數。國內經濟受到外部動能不足的拖累，加上內部政治出現紛擾，對民眾經濟信心產生衝擊，調查顯示景氣樂觀程度持續降溫，現況及展望指數分別降至-39.1及-31.1。此外，民眾的對薪資與就業市場的展望信心也持續下滑，加上通膨預期升溫，使得民眾消費意願再度下滑。

美國兩黨談判觸礁，正式引發美國政府關門危機，及對美國國債違約的擔憂，標普500指數近期自高點下滑4.6%。台股9月下旬雖僅回跌1.5%，惟國內外不確定性增加，影響民眾投資信心，本月民眾股市樂觀程度下滑至-17.2，風險偏好亦下探-17.7 。

受到A7/A7R強力衝擊買A99的開始後悔了嗎?或是A99有什麼A7/A7R所不及的優點

今天去體驗會，A7R的畫質根本是變態.. 可惜不能帶圖片走…
似乎是把低通濾鏡位置抽換成一種新開發的鏡片，可以大幅增加細節詮釋能力及大幅改善邊角失光
你能想像他搭配小小的FE 35/2.8 ZA，光圈全開 3600萬畫素的邊角細節100%檢視都沒有破綻…
在靜態影像的畫質上完完全全把我手上的A99打爆了…
而且不只是畫質上把A99打爆，在價錢上、便攜上、轉接的自由度上也通通勝過A99
不過似乎也因為這片鏡片的緣故使得A7R無法使用混和式對焦的技術，所以和RX1一樣是純對比對焦
雖然是純對比對焦，不過據現場人員的說法由於使用了新的BIONZ X引擎，對焦速度完全不是RX1可以比擬的
實際使用的感受上也的確，並不會像RX1有慢半拍的感覺，只可惜暗部對焦及連續追焦上就會出現一點點遲緩
另外官方公布的A7R參考價格是64980，吸引力非常非常可怕啊...
A99目前剩下的就是對焦速度、握感、以及專業感？

而和A99、RX1同一塊感光元件的A7的售價則是44980，理論上來說話質應該是和RX1不相上下的
但和RX1同樣少了一塊半透鏡，在高ISO表現上都比A99好很多
另外A7有混合式對焦系統以及BIONZ X的加持，據官方新聞稿所說運動追焦及鳥類拍攝完全不是問題…

1.A7和A7r外觀幾乎一模一樣，只是材質不同。在握把方面，個人覺得比NEX相機好握，可能是握把凹槽處有做得比較深？

2.將來不會使用NEX這個代號，以後Sony的單眼相機都是α系列，分成A接環和E接環。

3.透過轉接環接上A接環的變焦鏡頭後，還是會有機身輕鏡頭重的現象。

4.圓圓的轉盤很多個（當然其實是兩個），一開始試用，想撥動靠近身體這一側的轉盤還轉錯，哈哈。

5.客製化按鈕有兩個，c1和c2。沒有ISO獨立按鈕，要進入選單操作。

6.Fn介面進入後，選單都在下方（兩平行橫列），個人比較習慣左右兩門聯的介面。

7.基本上，用這麼小的機身，放入全片幅感光元件，做出全世界最小最輕的全片幅可交換鏡頭式數位相機，這一點就非常令人讚賞與肯定。誠摯推薦，有心進入全片幅世界的消費者，α7和α7r絕對值得您採購和使用。

8.個人已經習慣使用α99及A接環的鏡頭。α7r的確輕巧方便，但短期內不會想買，將來如果需要第2台輕便型全片幅相機會考慮，但A和E系列鏡頭無法通用（雖然可以透過轉接環，但那就變得比較笨重了），是阻礙我添購α7r的因素。希望Sony可考慮設計生產A機身接A鏡頭的平價全片幅相機。

寮國飛機失事 我國1男性罹難

一架編號QV301的寮國航空ATR42 型班機，10月16日從寮國首都永珍飛往南部巴塞省巴色市時，墜入湄公河中，機上44人全數罹難。外交部發言人高安證實，有一名台灣男性旅客罹難。

高安表示，我國駐越南辦事處從昨天深夜就開始了解情況，這名我國的男性罹難者是前往寮國探親，不幸遇上意外，辦事處已和罹難者在當地的家屬取得聯繫，協助處理後續情況。

根據寮國航空發表之聲明，初步調查結果將於17日傍晚公布。

【中央社╱台北17日電】外交部發言人高安今天說，寮國航空飛機昨天失事，1名男性台籍旅客不幸罹難，駐越南台北經濟文化辦事處已與家屬聯繫。

寮國航空公司1架飛機昨天失事衝入湄公河，機上有44名乘客，5名機組員。目前尚無人員生還消息，機上疑似有1名台籍旅客。

台灣在寮國沒有設置代表處，高安上午在立法院外交及國防委員會接受媒體訪問表示，外交部從昨天深夜到今天凌晨，都一直在了解並掌握情形，寮國航空飛機失事後，駐越南代表處也立刻掌握了解。

她說，經查證，罹難者中有1名台籍旅客，駐越南代表處已和這名罹難者在寮國親戚與相關家屬聯繫，如有需要，外交部將提供必要協助。但為尊重罹難者家屬意願，個人資訊不方便對外透露。

跟大家分享我吃了好多年的麵食館：） 店家名稱：重慶抄手 消費時間：2013年 10 月 地址：台北市信義路三段103號1樓（內湖、通化夜市也有分店，但我推薦總店） 電話：02-27049087(總店) 營業時間： 11:00 - 21:00（週一至五14:00-16:30休息、八點半後停止點餐） 可否刷卡： 否 官網：http://www.noodles-house.com.tw/ ---------------------- （無音樂、網誌圖文版）http://blog.yam.com/shuin192/article/70875568 ---------------------- 如果要在三秒內馬上說出台北市區最愛的麵食館 只能說一間喔！ 一定有人跟我一樣 不假思索地回答「重慶抄手」吧 重慶抄手坐落於台北精華地段，捷運大安站、師大附中旁 營業至今應不少個年頭了 店面雖曾翻新過，但看起來還是不太起眼 木桌椅上的累累刮痕 是絡繹不絕的饕客留下的痕跡 麵館還有二樓 但接近打烊時間，因此樓上不開放 直到晚上七點左右 這間店還是高朋滿座 尖峰時段還要排隊 所以，我最喜歡平日八點來吃 人潮都散了，好安靜 不過太晚來的缺點是：湯類幾乎都賣完了 喜歡喝湯的人，還是早點來吧 MENU在此 抱歉，拍得有些模糊 清楚圖片版請見官網（請點我） 所有麵類、湯類都很推薦，尤其是抄手類 此外，本店三大人氣料理分別是 「炸響鈴」、「攪和攪和」、「怪味雞」 來到麵食館 總是習慣順手拿個兩盤小菜 這裡的小菜都不錯 不過以30-55元的價位而言 個人覺得再大盤一點會更棒 糖醋黃瓜 (30元) 醋、鹽、糖調得剛好，很入味 清清涼涼，適合配辣的麵食 紅燒烤麩 (55元) 香菇、蘿蔔、麵麩、木耳、筍子 油油亮亮，烹調得很軟爛，我很喜歡 炸響鈴 (65元) 剛才提到的三大美食「炸響鈴」、「攪和攪和」、「怪味雞」中 個人最愛炸響鈴 它們其實就是炸雲吞 香酥的炸雲吞 沾著右下角的特調醬汁 每吃一口，都配上一片酸甜的小黃瓜 百吃不厭 （我每次都吃不夠，會多要一份醬汁與小黃瓜） 表皮的口感分為兩層次 包著肉的皮薄薄一層，卻還是很酥 一點也不會被肉的蒸氣給泡爛 最上方手捏皺摺處的皮，更厚實酥脆 內餡很實在 而且經特別調理過，很香、好入口 這道是我最喜歡、最常想吃的料理之一 原湯抄手 (60元) 抄手分為乾的、湯的 一般而言，乾的比較能吃出抄手的特色 但這天晚上因為其他湯品都賣完了 我們只好把抄手叫成湯的 裡面超過八顆，可多人分食 60元算是十分划算 香菇炸醬麵 (60元) 看這照片，料多麼豐富 扁麵條Q彈有嚼勁 炸醬不會太鹹 碗底留有一些湯汁，是味了方便攪拌 但我習慣請老闆瀝乾 因為我吃重口味，不喜歡炸醬被湯汁給稀釋 酸辣抄手麵 (70元) 可別被它清淡乏味的外表給欺騙了 酸辣醬都墊在底下 一邊攪拌，一邊聞到陣陣香味，口水直流 辣度不低，略帶麻感 而且後勁很強，會越吃越辣，十分過癮 怕辣的朋友就點原味吧 大學時，我幾乎每個禮拜都報到一次 出社會後，忙得沒時間造訪 但每次想吃麵的時候 腦海浮現的第一個畫面仍是重慶抄手的麵與炸響鈴 今天終於被我吃到了，趕緊跟大家分享：） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.51.221.156

昨天(10/16)早上在橋頭捷運站1號出口下的停車場第一次看到牠 牠躲在機車群中趴著，我只看到一團黑白毛的東西，感覺應該是隻大狗 下班的時候沒見到牠，以為牠已經讓人帶走了 今天早上又在同樣的地方見到 這次牠好像聞到我袋子裡肉包的味道所以跟過來 是一隻應該算大狗，毛色像哈士奇 但臉長得一點都不哈士奇(我對狗沒研究) 四隻腳挺長，所以站起來還算高，有到我這個160小朋友的大腿 脖子上有項圈，估計是隻走失的流浪狗 看髒的程度應該已經走失很多天了 牠一直跟在我旁邊 但肉包是我今天唯一的午餐了，所以只好狠心沒給牠(請原諒我...Orz) 然後牠就這樣跟上捷運站了(冏rz) 最後牠停在半路就沒跟了 但我覺得很心虛，雖然我不是弄丟牠的那個主人= =b 下班如果還在，我再特別去旁邊買罐頭給牠吃 不過我不可能帶牠回家或帶去醫院 有沒有誰把狗弄丟了???快點來把你家的狗帶回家啊啊啊 -----------------(以下請勿刪除)--------------------------------- 另外，高雄板非心情板，個板，無關高雄廣泛市民之文章請勿張貼。 比如：我家隔壁的母貓生了小貓、對面的阿婆一個人獨居之類的。 這裡是高雄板，請討論與多數高雄市民有直接關聯性的文章。 沒高雄點就直接刪除囉。 修改文章標題請於文章列表按大寫T 修改文章內文請於文章列表按大寫E 同性質文章請以大E修改內文方式加註，請勿於板上重覆多發 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.219.124.54

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北17日電）中國大陸LED龍頭三安光電集團副總經理林科闖表示，三安與璨圓互補性強，希望能再進一步增加對璨圓的持股。

林科闖16日在2013台北LED論壇(LEDFORUM TAIPEI 2013)作以上表示。

三安於10月初完成認購璨圓光電的登記手續，以新台幣23.52億元入股璨圓，持有璨圓19.9%股權，使得三安成為璨圓單一法人最大股東，是開放陸資參股的第1件成功案例。

三安表示，三安與璨圓客戶重疊的部份約只有5%，目前以在不同市場提高市場占有率為主要目標，因此二家策略聯盟會帶來一些效益。

看好明年LED產業持續成長，三安計劃明年再增加100台的MOCVD機台，將產能規模從今年的160台拉高到260台。1021017

賈樟柯拍《天注定》搞女俠風　被妻質疑選衣眼光

【楊景婷／綜合報導】中國導演賈樟柯執導的《天注定》今年提名6項金馬獎，他和演員老婆趙濤合作13年，前年在威尼斯浪漫結婚，工作、生活全綁在一起，賈樟柯說，夫妻平時很少吵架，不過這次拍《天注定》卻因造型起爭執。他透露：「我幫她設計女俠造型，特地選了一條紅色燈籠褲，但她卻覺得現在女生哪有這樣穿，不願意穿。」
 
2人僵持不下，他只好花了好幾天找資料，最後才說服老婆。賈樟柯過去征戰各大影展，卻是第一次入圍金馬，他笑言：「我當時人在紐約，早上5點多接到通知，很開心！不過這次入圍電影太強，誰贏都很棒。」夫妻倆屆時也會來台灣會影迷。
