近八、九年有不少在地品牌興起，大多數仍停留在手工業程度，但有些品牌卻能大幅成長還進軍國際，他們怎麼辦到的？

你我正處於被在地故事包圍的世界。除了微熱山丘和阿原肥皂外，果醬品牌在欉紅，清潔用品薑心比心，賣米的掌生穀粒，一時，在地品牌在台灣各鄉鎮點亮了一盞盞燈。

旗下通路販售台灣兩、三百種在地產品，台灣好基金會執行長徐璐稱此為「微型文創」，特色：資本額小、連結在地情感、懂得用故事行銷。

歷經九二一、金融海嘯到八八風災，人心對於「真實」、「幸福」的渴望，手感品牌正好迎合這股心靈商機。

肯默設計總監黃信彰認為，在經濟越被壓迫時越想找出以前的味道。這些品牌賣的是消費者對於土地的謙卑與尊重，吃鳳梨酥、果醬不是在吃食物本身，而是吃一口手做的人情味和懷舊。

社會風氣也支持這股微型創業潮，最明顯的是在企業伴手禮市場，專門販售台灣在地品牌的「台灣好，店」，來自企業購買禮品的營收，五年內由二％成長到二五％。

然而，有理念顯然不夠，和通創投董事長黃翠慧觀察，新台幣一億元營收是這些文創品牌的成長門檻。

文化部統計數據反映這個現實，二○一○年文化創意產業的家數為五萬二千多家，在八年間成長約一七．四％，但其中，年營收能達新台幣一億元以上者只占總家數的○．七％，說明成立容易，成長難。

但現在有一群人卻開始由鄉間走入國際。

微熱山丘將前進甜點一級戰地東京、阿原肥皂賣入亞洲最大的市場─中國，還有國際生意「不請自來」，讓觀光客走進來購買。世代陶瓷公司創辦人周奕成開設民藝埕，則把改裝的大稻埕老屋引入台灣在地陶器品牌─台客藍，讓賣南北雜貨的大稻埕出現不少自由行的年輕日本面孔，現在，民藝埕有兩成營收來自這些日本客。

【陳培煌／台北報導】外交部今發布新聞稿指出，我國與俄羅斯於本月16日在台北正式簽署「台灣與俄羅斯聯邦間航空服務協定」，雙方分別由台北莫斯科經濟文化協調委員會主任委員柯森耀以及莫斯科台北經濟文化協調委員會主席羅伯夫（Oleg Lobov）代表兩國簽署。

外交部指出，據統計台俄兩國互訪旅客人數呈現逐年增長趨勢，去年已達2萬人次，較前年成長30％，此一協定簽署後，對於促進雙邊人員及經貿的交流往來將有助益。

外交部說，為因應未來漸增的觀光商務往來與日益密切的經貿關係，台俄雙方經過多次協商，達成共識，決定簽署台俄空運服務協定，為日後台俄航空業者的直航預作準備，未來除可節省兩國旅客往來時間，並可將我國的工具機、高附加價值的電子科技產品以及各類產品更快速運至對方國，有助於帶動兩國各領域更加密切的合作與發展。

耐吉公司周二在紐約舉行發布會，正式發布了旗下最新健康追蹤腕帶Nike+ FuelBand SE，增加了多項新功能，但遺憾的是，這款產品的配套應用僅支援iOS設備。

據鳳凰網報導，與去(2012)年發布的前一代FuelBand產品相比，Nike+ FuelBand SE並未做重大升級，但耐吉宣稱，新一代產品更準確、電池續航能力更強勁，設計也得到了改善。Nike+ FuelBand的主要賣點是，它能將用戶所有的運動和鍛煉活動，轉化為通用的健康資料，即『NikeFuel』。耐吉表示，該公司去年對用戶的健康資料進行了細致研究，現已對NikeFuel演算法做了進一步修改，令其更為準確。

耐吉還對Nike+ FuelBand的軟體做了升級，增添了多項新功能：用戶可以啟動『會話』（Sessions）功能，用以了解他們在某項活動中贏得了多少『NikeFuel』點數，同時還可藉助於『Fuel Rate』，追蹤運動強度——這項功能可以測量用戶每分鐘獲得的『NikeFuel』點數。

此外，新的『Win-the-Hour』功能會激勵用戶馬上行動起來，讓他們感覺自己好像無法完成既定健康目標似的，而且用戶還能雙擊FuelBand SE快速查看時間。FuelBand配套應用還支援組群功能，並將用戶突破的每一個極限資料記錄下來。

至於硬體方面，FuelBand SE搭載了藍牙4.0，在連接至智慧手機時，會減少能耗。耐吉宣稱，FuelBand SE的電池續航能力更為強大，一次充電最多可以使用四天時間，而第一代FuelBand的續航時間不到三天。

另外，FuelBand SE的防水性能也得到增強，也更具彈性，LED燈還會根據周圍環境，自動調節亮度。同第一代FuelBand一樣，FuelBand SE配套應用僅支援iOS設備，這肯定會讓不少Android用戶覺得很遺憾，他們只能去尋找Fitbit Force這樣的替代品了。

與此同時，iPhone 5S用戶甚至不用佩戴FuelBand，就能增加NikeFuel點數：藉助於支援iPhone 5S協處理器M7的新款Nike+ Move應用，即能實現這一目標。業內人士相信，FuelBand SE將逐步取代第一代FuelBand的位置。FuelBand SE售價與前一代一樣，也是150美元，現在已開放預訂，將在11月6日連同升級版FuelBand應用和Nike+ Move應用一起發售。
