【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】由LG代工的Google新機皇Nexus 5規格陸續曝光，手機科技網站 PhoneArena 昨天更爆出消費者最關心的建議售價，據稱32GB版本的Nexus 5要價399美元（約11741元台幣），16GB版本更只要299美元（約8798元台幣）。

PhoneArena 稱，16GB的Nexus 5將配備2300 mAh電池，32GB的Nexus 5則有3000 mAh大電池。由於16GB小米3的售價為人民幣1999元（約9609元台幣），比起類似規格的Nexus 5還貴約1千元，若屆時Nexus 5真的賣這個價錢，小米3的「價格破壞者」稱號將拱手讓人。

網傳Nexus 5除5吋螢幕（1920x1080、442ppi）、無線充電功能、高通2.3GHz Snapdragon 800四核處理器與Android 4.4系統，最大亮點就是防手震鏡頭加上800萬畫素的MEMS（微機電系統）相機模組，拍照速度可提升為現有相機的7倍快，可能還有先拍照再對焦的特異功能。

【大紀元2013年10月09日訊】（大紀元記者廖素貞台灣雲林報導）雲林縣口湖鄉台子村養殖達人何銘輝，投入大尾虱目魚放養，成功培育出超過十三台斤的大尾虱目魚，重量是坊間虱目魚五-六倍，何銘輝指出，口湖當地由於採用自然生態養殖法，讓虱目魚在文蛤池裡發揮工作魚的作用，且以投餌方式提供虱目魚主要食物來源，讓虱目魚、文蛤及藻類三者自然形成食物鏈，如此的養殖方式不僅文蛤肥美，也讓虱目魚的肉質鮮美、口感絕佳。

坊間普遍認為，體型在二斤左右的虱目魚其肉質最為好吃，何銘輝表示，超過五台斤以上的大尾虱目魚，不僅不會老澀，更有類似吃雞肉絲一樣的結實口感，每年7-9月產季時大尾虱目魚早被各地饕客預訂一空。

縣長蘇治芬表示，採用自然生態養殖法能讓民眾吃得安心，代表『呷安全、找雲林』的精神，減少使用水車的養殖方式，不僅響應節能減碳，更符合農博環保、愛土地的重要意義。口湖為年底農業博覽會的副展場，這種養殖方式就符合農博的精神，搭配成龍濕地，台子村虱目魚塭可以成為一日遊或二日遊的觀光景點。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】前屏東縣政府技士林美陽（56歲）因涉及貪污遭判刑10年2個月，今天中午在屏東縣長治鄉住處遭到高雄市警方逮捕，當時他刻意戴著口罩低調出門，林被捕時，未有抵抗，只是輕嘆口氣。
 
警方說，林涉及多起公共工程弊案，2010年4月被判刑，之後四處躲藏，躲了3年多才被逮。警方轉述林的說法，表示未收到法院通知，不知被通緝，也否認有收賄，遭判刑感到很無奈，警方訊後將他解送歸案。

北市中正區南海段更新案，引發舊違章戶不滿，並讓外界批評北市府為哄抬房價始作俑者，市府澄清表示，更新房地估價與安置補償均為更新過程保障各方權益的重要措施。更新後房價是由專業估價師依法查估合理房價，並經審議會審議通過，作為所有權人分配房地的基準，以充分保障所有權人權益，絕無哄抬房價疑慮。

更新處表示，中正區南海段更新案，7日經台北市都市更新及爭議處理審議會審議後，因陳情意見眾多，故經審議會決議請實施者與陳情人再持續溝通協調，尚未審議通過，後續將待雙方協調情形再提會討論。

更新處說明，該案都市更新後二樓以上房價，是由三家以上專業估價師按不動產估價技術規則覈實查估價格日期當時之新成屋合理房價， 並經審議會審議通過，作為地主分配房地的基準，以充分保障土地所有權人權益。

另外，佔有他人土地舊違章建築戶共計有60戶，實施者因協助處理舊違章戶，故爭取容積獎勵面積25%，而處理方式分別有「現地安置」及「現金補償」，實施者既擬爭取容積獎勵，即應公平合理的給予舊違章建築戶安置或補償，並依雙方所簽訂之協議內容辦理，審議會將秉公審查並要求實施者妥善處理。
