【法庭中心／綜合報導】立委賴世葆上午質詢法務部調查局執行監聽作業官員，網路電話是否可以被監聽？調查局官員說只要有監聽票，技術上都沒問題。
 
調查局官員還表示，不只LINE、WeChat連衛星電話都可以監聽。賴世葆表示，所有電話都可以被監聽，通通不安全，法務部一定要注意濫權監聽的問題。部長羅瑩雪說，她會全面檢討。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院交通委員會今邀請公共工程委員會代理主委顏久榮列席報告。民進黨立委李昆澤質詢時痛批，「政府機關是最大派遣戶！」李提到，《勞務採購法》並未明確規範，使得部會多採取最低標，不利派遣人力的勞動權利和薪資條件。李說，政府派遣人力晉用高學歷，高達10%是碩士以上、20%已有5年以上工作經驗，負責包括影印、開會通知等正職工作，卻是同工不同酬。李要求，勞務採購應明確要採最有利標。

對此，顏久榮說，人事行政總處規定核心工作不能用派遣人力，且政府勞務採購也有規定只限固定薪資、也可使用最有利招標，目前已有23.8%採用最有利標，但會繼續檢討。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻強拆大埔，至今已鬧出三條人命，還有國民黨立委和縣民說他是好官。《壹週刊》直擊發現，劉不但在張藥房頭七隔天，蹺班飆車去泡溫泉；隔天他遇到縣民車禍路倒，竟然讓座車冷血繞過。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，劉政鴻在大埔張藥房頭七隔天，下午簡單巡視了二個工地，各花不到十分鐘，之後還沒到下班時間，四時三十分就離開縣府，由隨扈護駕超速飆車到泰安，只為了泡溫泉。此外，劉政鴻一度懷疑自己被跟監，竟就在溫泉會館前上演一齣「假勘查工程」的戲碼。第二天外出時，劉剛好碰上騎機車的縣民出車禍，倒在馬路上，他竟然未下車協助，還讓座車大剌剌繞過，非常冷血！

針對蹺班泡溫泉，劉政鴻解釋：「我當天下午四點多才離開縣府，還先到其他兩處視察，到友泰溫泉會館已是下午五點多，當時已是下班時間。」針對行經車禍現場沒下車，劉強調：「只是碰撞，不是人被輾過去，所以才沒下車查看，但我有親自打電話給一一九。」

運動家二年生菜鳥投手史崔利(Dan Straily)前4局完全壓制老虎打線，未被敲出安打。老虎費爾德(Prince Fielder)在5局下敲出左外野德州安打，才讓主場球迷醒過來，馬丁尼茲接著擊出穿越一、二壘防線安打，佩若塔適時轟出3分砲，將比數追成3比3平手。

薛澤8局上面臨無人出局滿壘危機，但他展現今年大聯盟勝投王(21勝)的實力，連續投出2次三振，接著再以外野飛球化解危機。運動家氣勢急轉直下，8局下，滿壘先投出暴投，送給老虎1分，再被英方提(Omar Infante)補上2分打點安打。運動家古巴重砲塞佩達斯(Yoenis Cespedes)在9局上敲出2分打點安打，但已無力扭轉戰局。

【謝岱穎／台南報導】統一獅今年例行賽最後一場台南球場的比賽，賽前特別請到前緯來體育台主播、目前已轉戰非凡新聞台的呂佳宜擔任開球貴賓，呂佳宜還特別點名張泰山做為她的接球捕手，由於她跟獅隊選手都很熟，賽前練球時間完全融入氣氛，練過舞蹈的她在開球前還小秀了一下側翻動作，再順利投進泰山的手套，最後還與泰山互相擁抱。

生平第一次被女性開球貴賓點名接球，張泰山特別開心，他說：「我是男性開球貴賓的最愛，像是陳漢典、董事長樂團都找我接，都沒有女生找我…」不過呂佳宜跟泰山的交情本來就特別好，她說：「我進職棒之後的第一次訪問，對象就是泰山，像之前還是菜鳥時，去採訪關懷盃，就是泰山一直在幫我，對我來說，泰山有爸爸的fu，讓人感覺很安心。」

呂佳宜原本在非凡電視台工作，因為喜歡棒球、希望未來能在棒球場上拍婚紗而轉戰緯來體育台，結果成為球迷最愛之一，今年7月還被PTT表特版(BEAUTY版，帥哥美女版)選為最正女主播的第2名，現在已離開緯來、再回到非凡，今天重回球場，獅隊選手都很不捨，張泰山還把繡有兒子「可洛」名字的手套借給她開球。
