【陳俐妏╱台北報導】外資持續聚焦蘋果iPhone 5s，巴克萊證券表示，iPhone 5s產能在去瓶頸、十一長假加班趕工下將持續擴增，不過第3季出貨應只有500萬支。展望明年，預期蘋果將推出2款5吋和5.5吋大螢幕機款，不過也要到明年9月才有望問世，因此明年上半年仍不見殺手級產品。
 
巴克萊證券指出，iPhone 5s產線已再去瓶頸，並在十一長假加班趕工，供應鏈更給出3倍加班薪資，不過預期第3季iPhone 5s整體出貨量仍只有500萬支，要到第4季才能看到3200萬支的水準。至於大尺寸的iPhone 6，按照蘋果慣例要到明年9月時，2款5吋和5.,5吋機款才有望亮相上市。
 
在NB硬體部分，巴克萊證券說明，8月NB出貨月增10%，主要是假期校應帶動，預估9月NB出貨量可望月成長12%，不過NB ODM廠仍面臨需求不振的窘境，主要是新款iPhone/iPad、Note 3侵蝕市場。而9月DT/MB在庫存調升下，預估出貨月增僅1%。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】高鐵明天將依原計劃調漲票價，台北與高雄來回確定要貴280元。為免犯眾怒，高鐵近日已開始連絡董事，準備緊急召開董事會，趕推加碼優惠，最快1個月內開會，推2或3折超級早鳥票及延長優惠至明年底，甚至不排除全面打折。

《蘋果》報導，上周三台高公司董事長歐晉德去立院說明高鐵調漲案時，承諾推超級早鳥票，交通部長葉匡時也要求高鐵配套優惠到期日，應從明年3月底延長至明年底。高鐵規劃緊急召開董事會，討論推2或3折超級早鳥優惠，只要2或3個月前購票，原價1630元的北高單程票，僅要325元或485元。董事會也將討論其他擴大優惠方案，不排除票價全面打折，或擴大某一票種折扣，內部尚在研議。

我用畢身積蓄於10年前在新北市買到一間四樓的老公寓，鋼筋混泥土、頂樓且邊間，我們在此快樂生活10年，近來天花板老是掉落水泥，廚房上方樑柱也掉下大塊水泥，露出嚴重生鏽的鋼筋，令我一家人每天都生活在驚恐中，找人測量水泥氯離子含量，竟超標10倍，是標準的海砂屋。
這是一間30年的老公寓，邊間且是頂樓，經查樓下鄰居都沒有我這種情形，共用之樓梯間均沒有裂紋，因此推測海砂屋應是個案。
本想裝作不知情，像前屋主一樣用一些技巧賣掉，但良心過意不去，不應該讓驚惶留給無辜的人，應該終結恐懼，懇請各位幫忙解惑：
一、我可否自行拆掉後依原構造重建。(要鄰居配合一起重建，難如登天，不如自已重建)
二、冤有頭債有主，前屋主的確隱瞞實況，我也不知道要氯離子檢定，並且超過五年的瑕疵追訴期。海砂屋非常棘手，連我也想隱瞞實請後賣掉，人同此心，那前屋主也一樣。因此，我不怪前屋主，但我痛恨建商。如何找建商求償？還我們一個公道。
三、有無方式結構補強並解決鋼筋持續鏽蝕的問題，達到家人能確實安心的方式？
