【林世雄／台中報導】由台中市清水區公所主辦的「跟著油庫去旅行」活動，將在本周六上路，這項活動是以在清水鰲峰山上的大楊油庫為核心，早上從高美濕地的舊油堤開始出發，順著過去油管的管路，到達位於高北里的高北加壓站，中午到達大楊油庫。

牛罵頭文化協進會理事長吳長錕說，這些輸油設施建設於1960年代的越戰期間，主要是美軍轟炸機的加油補給站，循著這條路線走，一方面可以感受當年戰爭的軍事氣氛，也可以了解鰲峰山上的人文風情，未來希望這條路線應該可以列為清水地區的觀光旅遊路線。

【綜合報導】提起美國午餐肉SPAM罐頭，一般都令人想起價錢低廉的印象，不過這款午餐肉卻大受南韓人欣賞，更被奉為貴價的奢侈禮品！

南韓是美國以外，全球最大的SPAM午餐肉消費國。兩瓶橄欖油，另加9罐午餐肉的禮盒裝，要價75美元約台幣2200，是節慶的熱門禮品。SPAM午餐肉的流行，始於1950年代韓戰期間，由於當時食物非常貧乏，從美軍基地流出的食物，當中包括SPAM午餐肉，往往以天價發售，因此顯得格外珍貴。

在南韓，SPAM午餐肉由傳統口味，到煙肉味以及蒜蓉味都一應俱全，是南韓著名菜式部隊鍋必不可少的配菜。由二次大戰前開始計算，SPAM總共生產超過70億罐午餐肉。SPAM發言人表示：「任何收到SPAM禮盒的人，都會打從心底感到溫暖。」

【陳培煌／台北報導】美國聯邦政府於美東時間本月1日起部分關閉，停止運作，我外交部晚間發布新聞稿表示，美機場運輸與海關相關服務照常運作，短期內我國旅客及僑胞往返美國應不致受到影響；美國務院未宣布停止護照及簽證申請等服務，美國在台協會（AIT）也將持續提供各項對我國人的領事服務。

外交部表示，正密切注意美國國內相關情勢發展，與美方、我駐美代表處及AIT均保持密切聯繫。詳細情形AIT將隨時對外說明，外交部也會持續密切觀察後續發展，並提供最新消息讓國人參考瞭解，這段期間我與美政府的日常業務聯繫，不論是在華府或台北，也將持續進行，不會間斷。

宜家販售的太陽能板，是由中國漢能太陽能公司製造生產，最低售價18片太陽能板5700英鎊，約是27萬3千台幣起跳，安裝費和維修保固費也包含在內。

在英國民眾使用太陽能產電，可獲得政府補助，擁有半獨立式房屋的民眾，獲得的補助和省下的電費加起來一年約為770英鎊，約近3萬7台幣。

數月前，爆料者史諾登（Edward Snowden）揭露，美國國家安全局長期蒐集美國公民和非公民的大量電子通訊資料，至今，公眾焦點完全集中在他的個人處境。然而，在俄羅斯提供他暫時庇護之前，一個更重要的議題應該是美國公民自由的處境。難道，美國的罪責真如俄羅斯、中國和其他國家所指的偽善嗎？

回答此問題之前，我們必須先釐清兩個公共辯論中常被混為一談的議題：針對外國個體的電子間諜活動，和針對政府本國公民的國內監控。

美中互駭不相上下
一個竊情資、一個盜智財

早在史諾登爆料前，網路間諜活動早就已經是中、美之間爭執不休的重點，就連六月份的「歐習會」中亦有過討論，兩國政府還同意成立特別工作小組，專門研議這個問題。

美國指控，中國動用前所未見的規模，利用網路間諜活動竊取智慧財產。美國引用的其他公開資料來源中，有一份是網路安全公司曼迪安特（Mandiant）所進行的研究，報告追蹤到，許多這類諜報攻擊來自中國解放軍位於上海的設備。中國則反駁，他們也是數不清的網路入侵活動的受害者，其中有許多其實來自美國。

兩國各有道理。假設，有一名所謂的火星人正在一旁冷眼觀看東亞與北美之間的電子流互動，他可能會注意到，雙向交流穩定頻繁；但如果仔細看看資料封包的內容，他就會發現內容截然不同。
