餐廳名稱：Chez Alexandre 亞力的家 消費時間：2013年8月 地址：高雄市苓雅區中山二路342號 電話：07-338-5665 營業時間：11:00~ 21:30 (週二公休) 每人平均價位：150 up 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：甜薄餅系列 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/257503130 法式薄餅一直是我蠻喜歡的輕食甜點,可惜台灣專門做法式薄餅的店家不多. 前幾天看到朋友分享這間高雄新開的Chez Alexandre 亞力的家法式薄餅小館, 便決定和媽媽一起前往來個母女輕食下午茶. 亞力的家位在高雄捷運三多商圈站附近,六號出口出去走路5~7分就到了. 雖然凸出的白色小圓招牌不甚明顯,不過木質風的外觀,儼然有歐洲小木屋的感覺. 正面看過去,在一排舊平房裡還算蠻亮眼的. 以前第一次在台灣吃到餐廳賣的法式薄餅,以為那是在高級茶沙龍的奢侈東西, 因為台灣早期的精緻法式薄餅都是法式餐廳在賣的. 直到去年去歐洲旅行,我才知道法式薄餅不是貴婦店的主打, 因為它在歐洲算蠻普遍的一道甜點. 亞力的家正給我這樣的小店感覺,店內裝潢不管是黃色貼斜木條的牆壁, 全貼木頭的地板,蠻有歐洲小茶館的味道. 櫃上的小茶壺,彩繪玻璃吊燈,和古典雕花的羅馬數字時鐘. 我很喜歡亞力的家的一點就是他們不過度裝飾,但如果像我這樣悠閒在店裡逛, 會在一些小角落發現帶有歐洲味小東西的蹤跡. 彩虹茶罐塔(笑),這是亞力的家店內茶飲使用的法國有機茶飲品牌LOV. 這是這幾年在瑪黑茶和Hediard之外,第一次看到在台灣使用的法國茶飲品牌. 吧台兼開放式廚房在店內比較靠裡面的地方. 上方的木頭櫃還開個小房子形狀,超級可愛的~ 在吧檯可以偷看店員在現做法式薄餅喔XD 拍照拍得有點忘我,在老媽一聲呼喚下立刻回座點餐. 這是亞力的家的菜單, 餐點部分主要分為鹹食和甜食. 目前一切都還在上軌道,主餐部分只供應薄餅系列,鬆餅是暫時不販賣的. 不過反正我一開始來就是來吃法式薄餅. 店員另外提到,鹹薄餅都是做成套餐,甜薄餅則是單點,但單點可以折飲料30元. 和老媽討論了一下,決定鹹薄餅和甜薄餅都各點一份一起分享. 茶飲部分,就是剛剛七彩茶罐裡的茶葉囉! 有聽起來養身的有機環保茶系列,也有女生們喜歡的果茶系列. 幾分鐘後,店員送上招待的起司薄餅. 在肚子飢餓的狀態下.等餐時間送上這個是極為貼心的. 不過這個一吃就知道是我們家以前在大賣場常買的起司薄餅XD 鹹薄餅餐附的飲料,這天我們選的是的法式氣泡蘋果酒. 一口下去,清涼的氣泡帶著蘋果香氣,蠻適合初秋仍然炎熱的高雄. 可惜100cc實在有點少啊~~~~ 等了十幾分鐘後,我們的鹹薄餅帕瑪森綜合菇黑胡椒加特列薄餅上桌(呼~一口氣念完好累) 鹹薄餅上有薯泥,附上培根條的綜合菇山,和小沙拉一份. 看上去頗豐富. 不過好奇地是沒看到起司的蹤跡. "喔~帕馬森起司是起司粉,撒在菇的上面"店員解釋. 我喜歡亞力的家的菇菇山,裡面有鴻喜菇和杏鮑菇.調味以外面餐廳來說十分清淡. 培根的話,我想是為了不讓這份鹹薄餅吃起來太素加上得一些肉味XD 搭在一起不算差,但也沒到絕配的地步就是. 不過這薯泥才是這份薄餅上我最喜歡的配料(明明就不是薄餅原本的配料XD) 薯泥十分細緻滑順,且沒有過多的奶味,吃到最後一口也不膩. 不知道大家是否注意到,這份鹹薄餅的餅皮是黑色的? 沒錯,因為這是用蕎麥製作的法式薄餅. 店員說現在在世界各地,法式薄餅以甜薄餅較受歡迎, 不過最早時法式薄餅曾經是當地居民物資不夠,用蕎麥做出來充飢的食物. 蕎麥薄餅由於蕎麥本身的特性,吃起來自然比我們平常吃到以麵粉做出來的軟薄餅乾硬些. 鹹薄餅吃完才送上的餐前麵包, 以出餐順序來說真的有點怪,後來也跟店員反應了. 麵包...就是切片麵包,麵包本身和抹醬都沒有太大的記憶點. 鹹點完之後就是甜點時間啦! 甜薄餅的擺盤比鹹薄餅厲害多了, 這是我點的純手工玫瑰香橙卡士達奇異果薄餅(怎麼每個口味名字都那麼長....) 不得不說,我還是喜歡麵粉做的法式薄餅,軟嫩皮又薄, 裡面酸酸甜甜的香橙卡士達醬,佐上奇異果也和餅皮很搭. 玫瑰的話,個人覺得比較像裝飾的點綴啦,因為整朵吃下去也蠻詭異的..... 餐後飲料,媽媽的柑橘水果茶.水果茶甜度不高, 餐後喝很清爽,就是茶味和水果香氣可以足一點更好. 九月底之前有八折優惠, 不趁優惠時間來是不是太可惜了一點! 亞力的家提供了一個溫馨氣圍的小茶館,讓大家舒適享受輕食,我覺得還蠻不錯的. 餐點的話我們只試了一款的鹹薄餅, 相較之下甜薄餅比較讓人印象深刻. 或許一切都還剛開始, 店內出餐流程以及幾個新手店員對於餐點的認識不夠,是稍稍可惜的地方. 不過以店內餐點,以及店長非常誠摯認真的工作態度, 蠻希望這間小店可以有它自己的一片天, 大家有興趣也可以來試試喔! -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.66.189 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 CAFENCAKE 09/29 09:34 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mikageyoru (114.39.66.189), 時間: 09/29/2013 09:34:06 ※ 編輯: mikageyoru 來自: 114.39.66.189 (09/29 09:35)

中央氣象局表示，今天台灣各地大多為多雲到晴的天氣，迎風面的東半部地區及北部的山區偶爾會出現零星短暫下雨。

南部地區、中部山區午後會有局部性的短暫雷陣雨，民眾如果要安排活動，應要多加注意。

氣象局說，溫度方面和昨天相差不大，各地低溫約攝氏23到25度，早晚感覺上稍有涼意，白天高溫除了東北部地區約29度，其他地區多在30到33度，整體上感覺是相當舒適。

氣象局表示，位於南海的蝴蝶颱風，往越南的方向前進，對台灣的天氣不會有直接影響。

接到「A-Rod」羅德里格斯（Alex Rodriguez）生涯第24發滿貫全壘打的12歲小球迷吉瑟勒（Steven Gieseler Jr）說，他把球還給這位洋基球星，是因為A-Rod「打得很賣力」。

本月20日時，A-Rod在紐約洋基主場出戰舊金山巨人揮出這支滿貫砲，生涯滿貫全壘打總數超越前洋基球員蓋里格（Lou Gehrig），打破大聯盟紀錄，而吉瑟勒幸運接到球。

然而，吉瑟勒告訴「新聞日報」（Newsday），當球場安全人員告訴他，A-Rod想保留這顆球時，他一點也不介意。

這名男孩說：「這是球員的成就，他理應拿回這顆球，他打得很賣力。」

球賽過後，吉瑟勒和他父親被帶到私人房會見A-Rod，A-Rod給了男孩簽名球棒和棒球。

吉瑟勒說：「他稱讚我球接得好，不過我只是傻傻的站在那裡，看呆了。」

美國職棒大聯盟巴爾的摩金鶯隊台灣投手陳偉殷，今天在球季最後先發，於主場出戰波士頓紅襪隊，殷仔過去1個月都未出現勝投，寄望最後一戰能有好成績。

美國職棒2013年球季29日將進入尾聲，陳偉殷28日先發出戰強隊紅襪隊，金鶯隊本季倒數第2場比賽，確定無緣取得外卡參加季後賽，28日的賽事成為殷仔本季最後一戰。

殷仔在美國職棒第2年賽程即將結束，不少台灣球迷仍有始有終到場支持。巴爾的摩球迷熱情依舊，希望金鶯面對分區冠軍紅襪，在秋高氣爽的氣候下打出好成績。

陳偉殷在今年球季初期表現出色，是金鶯球迷寄予厚望打入季後賽的重要支柱。殷仔5月中出戰明尼蘇達雙城隊，因右腹斜肌拉傷進入傷兵名單，兩個月後復出投手丘，9月主投5場，都無關勝敗，本屆球季共累積7勝。

殷仔在28日的賽事，肩負挑戰球季末期體能耗盡下，難有勝投的「9月魔咒」，積極爭取今年個人第8勝。

【綜合報導】美國長春藤名校之一布朗大學（Brown University），明起將舉行為期一周的裸體活動「Nudity In the Upspace」，將涵蓋裸體瑜珈、身體彩繪、裸體話劇、裸體歌舞等活動，希望吸引學生探索裸體相關議題。
 
美國《校園改革》（Campus Reform）網站報導，這項活動將在布朗大學位於羅德島州首府普羅維登斯的校區舉行，除了各種不穿衣服的表演外，也有與會人士須穿衣服參加的研討會，探究與身體形象、裸體、性別相關的權力、種族、階級、能力等議題。此外也邀請學生分享個人經驗與思考。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】洋基左投佩提特(Andy Pettitte)生涯最後一戰，對上前東家太空人，羅嘉仁在6局上後援登板湊熱鬧，結果主投3人次，投出1次四壞球，製造2次飛球出局，0.2局無失分，無關勝敗，防禦率降到4.19。

羅嘉仁上場時，洋基1出局一、二壘有人，結果他一上場就保送索瑞安諾(Alfonso Soriano)，形成滿壘，接著讓歐佛貝(Lyle Overbay)擊出二壘平飛球出局，沒想到太空人捕手搞笑，想牽制三壘時竟把球砸在地上，奉送洋基1分，最後羅嘉仁讓艾爾蒙提(Zoilo Almonte)擊出中外野飛球出局。

餐廳名稱： 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：彰化縣花壇鄉岩竹村聽竹街５０號 電話：04-7882882 04-7882168 營業時間：AM11:00 ~ PM9:00 每人平均價位：400 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：有 彰化出差結束後 長輩介紹我們到花壇吃一間風味餐廳 附近有很多家同性質的店，沿路的招牌很混淆視聽 這間黑公雞1992年就開幕了，經過二十年生意越來越好 在2009用採用檜木打造重新翻修 讓客人還沒進門就感受到大方開闊的視野 外觀的設計可看出店家的用心 超大一隻黑公雞在門外引領客人 停車場很寬廣 平日也是幾乎停滿 假日可能就會不太夠得停到外面了 有二樓區唷 櫃台 一樓用餐區非常大 一上座，服務生送上店家招待的小菜毛豆 加入許多辛香料醃製後非常順口 苦茶油雞 $700 苦茶油的香氣在入口之前就先撲鼻了 外皮處理得很酥脆，內層的肉質稍微有些偏硬有嚼勁 雖然蠻油的，但卻完全不會膩 薑片也可以吃喔！整片都是軟的，吃起來不會太辣，同時有老薑和苦茶油的香氛 非假日來才會送的處女蛋，假日人太多就沒有送喔 純放山土雞下的蛋，不會有腥味，沾一點鹽巴就很好吃 蜂蛹煎蛋 $150 剛開始沒有注意到是蜂蛹.... 一直聽到風味煎蛋 想說那好多白白一小塊是什麼 吃完了才知道..... 好吧 不提蜂蛹 油加很多所以蛋皮表面非常光亮 很家常的一道菜(除了蜂蛹一點都不家常) 老實說沒有特別吃到蛹的感覺 因為真的很小 大概是1/4的吻仔魚大小 雞汁悶筍 $200 少了一般筍子的苦味和澀味 吃起來反而有股淡淡的甘甜 以雞湯悶煮，淋在飯上非常開味 炒過貓 $100 以破布子調製醬汁 炒的剛剛好 清炒百合 $200 清脆的蘆筍 配上百合 也是非常清爽 設有戶外區坐位 吃飽了若還意猶未盡 可以點冰淇淋再多坐一會兒 這裡除了可以吃到很特別的風味餐 風景也很寬廣宜人 很適合家庭帶小朋友來聚餐 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.228.148
