【蔣永佑／台北報導】政大地政係教授徐世榮與台大哲學系學生洪崇善，今年7月23日2人趁衛福部揭牌時，欲就大埔案向總統馬英九陳情，卻遭警方粗暴逮捕，2人認為是國安局下令警方違法逮捕，於是自訴國安局長蔡得勝等人傷害、私行拘禁、強制及誹謗。
 
士林地院今首次開庭，法官並未傳喚被告的國安局長蔡得勝及大同分局偵查隊長賴俊堯、重慶北路出所長歐陽俊3人，僅就被告身份向徐、洪確認，2人表示是依照當時警方勤務組織架構提告，對其他不明共犯也不清楚，希望法官能調查。
 
徐世榮離去時表示，希望法官能傳喚3名被告到庭，說明當時下令逮捕的過程；洪崇善也希望警方可提供相關值勤錄影以還原現況。2人律師則強調，今天只是按程序進行準備庭，但希望法官下次能傳喚被告，因為事涉違法逮捕的共犯結構尚須釐清。

相信關心堺雅人的版友都知道 堺雅人在歷年大河劇的演出是讓人非常激賞的 不論是新選組的總長「山南敬助」 當初要演出切腹的時候 一堆觀眾寫信請NHK改劇本 還是篤姬中德川家定 那迷死人的電眼 讓許多人感動 老實說 堺雅人演出時代劇就是有種特別的味道 想想NHK會放過他 不找他出來演大河劇嗎 以目前堺雅人的狀況 明年上半年可能已經滿檔（半澤2） 順利的話 正好可以接2015年的大河劇 不過以目前的大河趨勢 幕末（篤姬）、戰國（天地人）、幕末（龍馬傳） 、戰國（江）、平安時代（平清盛）、戰國（軍師半兵衛）的順序來看的話 2015年戰國的機率可能不高 如果是這樣的話 我反而希望是在幕府時代的故事 例如：忠臣藏 小弟想如果由堺雅人演出大石內藏助的話 應該會掀起一陣好大的旋風吧 不過這只是小弟的胡亂揣測 不知道版上大大有無其他的想法呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.235.216.116

【綜合報導】美國紐約一名女子，因為貪圖價格便宜飛往多明尼加整容，結果賠上性命。

這名31歲愛美又想省錢的女子赫南德茲(Erika Hernandez)，想做腹部整形、抽脂，及隆臀等手術，在紐約得花超過1.5萬美元(約台幣45萬元)，但如果找多明尼加一名曾在美國無牌行醫的醫生卡布拉(Hector Cabral)，則只需約6000美元(約台幣18萬元)，比原價足足便宜六成。

赫南德茲上個月就前往多明尼加首都聖多明哥接受手術，過程長達7小時，手術期間她因麻醉藥失效醒了過來並尖叫，當時手術室的助理還叫她閉嘴，最後她轉送當地一間診所接受治療，但隨後發起高燒，搶救17天後，終於在上月29日不治。

涉事的52歲醫生卡布拉在多明尼加有執照，但他曾在美國無牌行醫，去年就被判罪成，結果罰款回國了事，卻仍繼續向美國女性招攬生意，以平價吸引她們到多明尼加接受整容手術。
