【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】薩默思（Lawrence Summers）退出角逐下屆美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）主席大位，投資人樂觀預期QE（量化寬鬆）退場步伐將緩慢，激勵美股3大指數開盤大漲，道瓊工業指數大漲逾150點，S&P 500指數迅速站上1700點大關。

馬王持續激戰，網友也接力搞Kuso，繼網友將王金平變身鋼鐵人復仇後，網友又將港片《古惑仔之人在江湖》劇照人物改版，換成馬英九、羅智強、金溥聰、王建煊、江宜樺五人「擒王」小組，手拿刀、棍，還裸露胸膛龍鳳刺青，一副流氓要砍人的模樣，圖片右下角還落款「勝者為王」圖章，並註記「2013天龍攪惑仔」，酸諷馬英九鬥爭王金平的手法拙劣，就像天龍人一般瞎攪和。

心情複雜的我，很感謝五月天 原本昨天的最終場，我打算不去的.. (雖然票都買好了，旅館也訂好了) 這陣子發生的一些事，讓我的病復發了 狀況不好的我哪裡都不想去，也不想開口講話，甚至想結束自己。 但是想到跟朋友約好了，不好意思放他一個人去看演唱會 所以硬著頭皮搭車下來了 我心想~ 這演唱會我大概是會從頭哭到尾了 尤其是下午聽到家家在彩排，心裡一陣不妙... 果然~ 演唱會家家的命運一開口~ 我就崩潰了... 五月天開始演唱後，前幾首我一直都在哭 但不知從哪段開始，我的眼淚停止了 接著他們的TAIK，讓我笑到不行 XD 漸漸的，我的情緒不再那麼沉悶、封閉自己了 雖然我的狀況沒有百分之百的好轉 但我願意跟朋友說我發生了什麼事 我回想到第一次發病的時候 也是五月天陪著我走過最痛苦的那一段 如今，五月天仍在我最不好的時候，陪伴著我 昨天忘了誰說，不知道到底有沒有帶給我們什麼~~ 我要大聲的說：有!!!!! 真的有!!!!!! 至少你們拯救了一條命~ 我不敢想，若我真的沒到這場演唱會上，我會是什麼樣 謝謝五月天，我愛你們!!!! 想請問各位下~~
自從我拿了《台灣大Amazing A2》這支手機後不久
手機便會自動重新開機(連續關機又開機那種)
更誇張的還連續開了好幾10次(手機都發燙了)
此狀況已經發生4~5個月了!!!

我想問看看有誰和我一樣是拿《台灣大Amazing A2》的手機
是否有人和我一樣有這方面的問題??

我曾把手機拿到手機店詢問過
店員是說有軟體與手機不符，才會造成此結果
但我的手機有下載許多軟體，真不知道到底是哪個軟體的因素...><
拜託各位幫我解開我的煩惱 拜託了 謝謝Q口Q

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】9月16日上午，美國首都華盛頓DC的海軍海上系統司令部（Navy Yard）總部大樓發生槍擊案。當局證實，槍案已造成包括一名槍手在內的13人死亡，2名槍手仍在逃。

美國首都華盛頓警方表示，美國海軍海洋系統司令部大樓16日上午8時20分發生槍擊案。3名槍手進入大樓1樓對現場人員射擊，1名槍手被在場警方擊斃，另有2人在逃，動向不明。在逃槍手為一名白人與一名非裔男性，2人均身著軍裝，40至50歲，身分不明。

槍擊案發生後，海軍大樓緊急疏散內部工作人員，無法撤離現場者，須緊閉門窗，避免陌生人進入。傷者陸續送往喬治華盛頓大學醫院與華盛頓醫學中心治療，部分傷者傷勢嚴重。

警方迅速封閉華府東南地區進出要道與連外橋梁，大樓內部分人員和傷者由直升機陸續撤離，首都里根機場一度禁止班機起飛。

根據多名在場人士離開大樓後指出，聽到多次槍響，現場一片混亂，在場民眾就地伏地掩蔽，不過槍手仍不斷射擊。2名槍手約在8時35分離開大樓後，大樓緊急疏散各樓層工作人員。

海軍海洋係統司令部總部是美國海軍五大司令部之一，共有6萬名工作人員。出事的大樓容納約3000名員工，除了海洋係統司令部，海軍作戰部長也在此辦公。

據目擊者說，大樓附近區域由8時多開始封鎖，聯邦調查局接手案件調查，華盛頓警方在附近地區展開大規模搜索。

許多焦急的家屬在槍案附近的職棒大聯盟國民隊球場聚集，與大樓撤離人員相聚。許多人對能夠活著離開大樓感到十分幸運。

針對總統馬英九和立法院長王金平間的紛爭，二二八受難者陳秀鑾教育基金會董事長陳孝平在《蘋果日報》撰寫評論文章「請總統幕僚犯顏直諫」，質疑馬總統背後的理路與邏輯卻莫衷一是。
 
陳孝平質疑，馬總統若為捍衛司法，則有極為明顯的多重標準，對於其他涉案情節遠為重大的黨員，訴追並不急切，倚輕倚重至為明顯。馬若為排除施政障礙，則大家公認王院長為調和鼎鼐的高手，本會期有多項重要法案待審，陣前換將，豈是明智？若說陰謀鬥爭，則馬總統之前盡擁溫良恭儉讓之美名，落差之大未免匪夷所思，且「出招」雖步步凌厲，但馬步不穩、招式凌亂，顯欠鬥爭「專業」。陳孝平認為，比對馬從政以來為人處事的方式，「幼稚暴衝說」似乎比較接近真相。
 
陳孝平認為，馬總統一出手就不留任何緩衝餘地，此為思慮天真；考紀會開議之前，又公然指示議決底線。到了王院長所提假處分又獲法院支持，總統民調幾近崩盤；且王院長仍然極盡溫言之能事，但府方仍「擴大律師團」，堅決表示「一定抗告」，越是反擊，自傷越重。
 
認識自己的問題，就已經解決一半的問題，目前是總統尚不知問題的所在。在總統身邊的人士，如果有愛於台灣，應以魏徵為榜樣，犯顏直諫：「請適可而止！」
