【大紀元9月17日報導】(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北17日電)資策會MIC預估，今年全球PC出貨量將較去年衰退7.5%，但平板電腦可達2.23億台，年成長58.4%。

資策會產業情報研究所(MIC)產業顧問周士雄今天在「展望2014全球資通訊產業發展趨勢」記者會表示，受全球經濟疲軟及平板電腦持續侵蝕影響，今年PC出貨量持續衰退，預估僅2.96億台，較去年衰退7.5%。

其中，筆記型電腦（NB）受歐美消費市場大幅衰退所累，出貨量僅1.73億台，較去年衰退10%；筆記型電腦衰退力道首次高於桌上型電腦；NB佔PC產品的比重由2012年的60.1%，下滑至2013年的58.5%。

在平板電腦部分，MIC預估今年全球市場規模持續大幅成長，出貨規模達2.23億台，較去年成長58.4%。預估2014年全球Tablet出貨達2.8億台，較今年成長26.3%。

周士雄表示，平板電腦產品在小尺寸(7吋)與低價產品刺激帶動下，今年占整體行動運算產品的比重已超過50%。

他指出，低價產品雖有助在短期內刺激Tablet市場需求快速提升，長期而言，隨低價產品對市場刺激效益逐漸遞減，預估2015年後成長力道將逐漸趨緩。

展望今年台灣資訊系統產業，周士雄表示，今年台灣資訊系統產業除平板電腦外，整體出貨均較去年下滑；2014年隨著韓系及中國大陸品牌業者持續成長，預期僅有平板電腦為正成長。

周士雄表示，白牌Tablet興起持續侵蝕品牌業者發展空間；Apple等品牌出貨衰退，連帶影響台灣平板電腦產業今年出貨量，預估今年台灣平板電腦全年出貨可達1.1億台，較去年成長14.8%；下半年在新機種問市帶動下，可望較上半年成長6.1%。

展望2014年，MIC預估，在微軟Windows XP作業系統取消支援，全球PC市場預期將出現一波商用換機潮，市場衰退幅度逐漸趨緩，預估2014年表現較2013年約僅1.7%衰退幅度，2015年後可望轉為正成長。

大家好新手來發問請大家指點一下！ 小弟的車停在路邊停車格好死不死 政府要修路..就用堆高機把我放人行 道...之後再開就發現聲音很大聲是 排氣管破裂了~打1999溝通後由他 們合作的廠幫我修補 由於本人是接親戚舊車BMW520i 是199X的車了..對方廠看了也調 不到材料因為年代久遠於是同意補 現在的問題是補好之後他們說我消 音器整個老化了..完全沒用就拿出來 現在開車就是有跑車般的躁音 令人不愉快...現在想請問內行人該 怎麼處置？由於暫時沒預算換車 上次聽說能調一支新排氣管要5萬.. 覺得也太貴了！一定要整支換嗎？ 還是能另外裝消音器？大家有什麼 推薦的廠能處理這個情形嗎？謝謝 手機排版亂抱歉~也希望沒違版規 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.229.219

【姚瑞宸／新北報導】旅日棒球選手陽岱鋼，在今天日本火腿vs.軟銀鷹之戰，跑出個人本季第37次盜壘成功，繼續雄踞太平洋聯盟盜壘排行榜首位，領先第2名的西武獅洋砲傑曼(Esteban German)有5次之多。

【綜合報導】立法院會上午因朝野協商，議事持續停擺。立法院長王金平因此宣布2點繼續協商。

立法院長接受訪問時表示，11點35分朝野第二次協商時，在野黨已願意退讓，暫不處理電價緩漲及廢核四的訴求，而江揆道歉、廢除特偵組等訴求，則交回藍黨團內部溝通，下午再繼續協商。另外，行政院長行政院長江宜樺，下午有沒有機會上台報告？王金平語帶保留，表示「可能可以，也有可能不行」。
