1.現在的機車行照已經不用每兩年換發一次了,那還需要隨車攜帶嗎?
即使行照已過期?
另,若行照汙損,還需要換發嗎?要換發是不是要收費?

2.那駕照呢?是不是也是到期後不用再換發了呢?
若駕照汙損,或想換新照片,要換發,是不是要收費?

標題[請益] 系統碟用SSD與否對於開機速度的影響

各位好 記得之前在某篇菜單文的推文裡看到板友說,系統碟使用SSD開機不用20秒就可完成 這樣聽起來還蠻有吸引力的,純粹爽度問題 現在是用Toshiba 1TB/32M/7200轉,加一個WD 2TB外接硬碟 這樣平均開機時間大約一分半,如果使用SSD真的可以快那麼多的話有點想換 想請問有板友也是因為這個原因才換成SSD的嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.244.71

【大紀元2013年09月09日訊】（大紀元記者韓婕綜合報導）被稱為「中國最小良心犯」的安徽10歲女童張安妮，經已與姐姐張儒莉在美國時間7日成功抵達舊金山，迎接她們的女權無國界組織表示，希望兩人能在美國開展新生活。

新望之聲報導，胡佳8日表示，美國政府給予兩姐妹極大的幫助，他真的很感動！美國人在幫助中國異議人士的子女方面確實很盡職的，他非常非常感謝！目前張林和曾經幫助她們在上海辦理赴美簽證的姚誠仍然被關押。

美國之音報導，大陸異議人士張林的兩個女兒，姐姐張儒莉和妹妹安妮，從上海搭機，已抵達美國舊金山，女權無疆界組織主席瑞潔到機場迎接她們，她表示，她本人以及所有關心這對姐妹的人，期待她們在美國開始新生活，並且希望能為他們的成長提供幫助。她說，「這是一個大喜日子，一個姐妹倆改天換地的日子」。

張安妮因父親是異見人士而被當局禁止上學，今年4月，50多位大陸公民赴安徽省合肥市，聲援安徽異議人士張林年僅10歲的女兒安妮上學。

今年2月27日，張安妮被4名警察從合肥市琥珀小學綁架到派出所，在監護人不在身邊的情況下，被限制人身自由長達三個多小時。期間遭警方不人道對待，包括不提供餐飲和禦寒用的棉被。後又與父親一同被關押，遭關20個小時後釋放，之後不准她回該校上課，自始失學。安妮被迫失學至今。張安妮僅因父親維權，就被中共當局剝奪上學的權力，引發海內外廣泛的關注。

張林是中國安徽蚌埠異議人士，1980年代以來多次因發表文章和參加民運活動而被判刑和勞教，張林還因在網上發表文章於2005年7月被中國當局以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」判處5年徒刑。今年7月，張林被當局以「涉嫌聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪」刑事拘留，更威脅要把張安妮送入福利院。8月22日，張林被正式拘捕。很長一段時間以來，張林的兩個女兒因受到父親的牽連，在上學等問題上受到多方磨難，有異議人士甚至為這兩姐妹爭取上學權而絕食絕水。

小弟是文化大學新生,最近都是走路上學,主要是熟悉環境,現在想要騎車上學,因為我從租屋的地方走到那,快走也要二三十分鐘

小弟從站牌對面那邊上學(旁邊有文化大學的石碑)

我有看到旁邊有一個汽機車停放處,那邊是可以隨意停放嗎?因為我看那邊好像滿空曠的,另外,還有哪邊有空曠一些的位置?想請學長姐幫忙解答一下,謝謝!!

所謂「民以食為天」，人民以食物為生存的根本，食物對我們的重要性不在話下。中華飲 食文化一向博大精深，天空飛的、陸上爬的、地上走的、水中游等，全都能搬上桌。在台 灣飲食文化中，曾盛行並具代表性的莫過於辦桌文化，「辦桌」即一般所稱的「外燴」， 由廚師到客戶指定的活動地點備餐，並安排完整宴席服務的一項活動，而當中負責主辦桌 的廚師就稱為「總舖師」。在過往國片當中，較少有中華飲食文化的題材，而當中的辦桌 文化，由於常伴隨著婚、喜、慶等熱鬧活動出現，而多半脫離不了人情味的範疇。當這些 要素與電影相結合，處理得宜自能讓觀眾產生共鳴，如今，號稱史詩喜劇電影的「總舖師 」，在透過煎煮炒炸等各種料理方式下，將我們熟知的人情味，再度賦予全新樣貌。 以辦桌文化為題材的總舖師，故事敘述20多年前，台灣辦桌界─三大總舖師各自稱霸台灣 北、中、南，分別為憨人師、鬼頭師與蒼蠅師，但人稱「人、鬼、神」的三位，卻隨著時 代變動，辦桌文化勢微，漸漸地凋零失去舞台。蒼蠅師想將家傳手藝交給獨生女詹小婉( 夏予喬 飾)，無奈只想當明星的小婉，卻逃避如同家業的廚師工作。然而好景不常，一心 想逃離油煙血水的小婉仍被迫面對人生巨大的挑戰與使命，在試圖接手總舖師一職後，也 意外地喚醒了與逝去父親過往的親情回憶。 辦桌文化一向固有人‧情‧味三大特色，「總舖師」也特別地在這三者上予以強調與闡述 。在「人」方面，除了不同的角色自然有不同鮮明的個性外，無論是為了老年結縭的夫婦 ，抑或是吳念真所飾的憨人師說過的：「沒有那個古早心，怎能煮出古早味？」等，過往 強調總舖師生意所賺的是與客人、與親朋好友之間的認同感，用「給家人」的心，創造每 道蘊含「古早心」的「古早味」料理的觀念，都鉅細靡遺地呈現在大螢幕上，透過辦桌飲 食，也漸漸拉近了彼此陌生的距離；在「情」方面，小婉與父親間的親情、鬼頭師對於料 理的熱情，抑或是料理醫生(楊祐寧 飾)對於美食(番茄炒蛋)的鍾情等，許多大大小小情 感都一應俱全地在總舖師中流露，徹底激盪觀眾不同心靈感受；在「味」方面，常說食物 講求色香味俱全，不論料理手法也好，食材形體也好，味蕾品嘗也好，甚至是老師傅傳承 下來的食譜筆記也好，在「總舖師」中皆活靈活現地翻弄著，透過影像化的視覺饗宴，觀 眾得以咀嚼體會美食的箇中韻味。 在人情味的特色顯現外，「總舖師」另一玩味的地方便在於其對於社會現象之剖析。時下 諸多原先較為嚴肅的社會議題與要素，在片中皆以幽默詼諧方式提及。例如：現今多半家 庭會聘請照料老者的新住民籍看護，隨著長年的陪伴，竟黑酐仔裝醬油地如此精通辦桌菜 ；新興的網路勢力，也透過片中「召喚獸」一詞傳達網路號召力量；遊民的無奈與辛酸， 更透過憨人師的仗義掌廚為其發聲；無所不在的詐騙集團，則以顛覆舊有的形象，風趣地 展現心中的良善面；種種常在媒體中探討到的社會亂象與軼聞，在形同社會觀察家的導演 陳述下，再再讓「總舖師」有另一值得深省與迴響的地方。 整體而言，「總舖師」煎煮炒炸出多盤好菜，以簡單的劇本作為主幹，輔以複雜多元之面 向，並透過較為親近的喜劇手法，藉此與觀眾產生共鳴。然而，片中仍有些許值得再補強 的部分：片中一幕有以壁畫的方式娓娓道起總舖師這份職業的過去與意涵，從中得以讓觀 眾清楚明瞭之，但在劇情表現上，卻無如同介紹內容般地呈現出來，換言之，過往總舖師 一家一家趕場做流水席的辛苦精髓，在片中卻用簡單俗套的辦桌大賽取代，後期評審的評 判風格表現，也易讓人聯想到周星馳電影「食神」，不免有貧乏重疊之嫌；曾提及到的「 人、鬼、神」之稱的三大總舖師，由於不是故事敘述重點，一些細節上明顯地點到為止， 要從台灣由南到北貫穿代代傳承古早心的野心，也因此受到影響而削弱不少，是其可惜的 地方，或許上一輩完整故事的交代，豐富性會勝過後期新一輩較為單調的故事主軸。但無 可厚非地，「總舖師」的確具有相當份量的喜劇舒壓能量。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.4.38

立法院長王金平捲入關說風波，馬總統昨天主動召開記者會說重話。台北市長郝龍斌上午被媒體追問對此事的看法，他表示，關說案處理，他尊重總統的決定，國民黨要將王金平送交考紀會，他希望馬主席可以慎重處理這件事情，也呼籲黨內同志這時一定要團結。

媒體也追問郝龍斌是否擔心自己也被列為監聽對象，他表示「不擔心」，因為沒有涉及不法，就無須擔心被監聽。至於他如何看待「馬王心結」，郝龍斌則以「無法回答回應，強調他「不知道」。
