把「副總」叫成「副理」，是不小心還是不用心？

這是朋友發生的真實案例，業務員一開口就將顧客的情緒搞砸。

「文惠姊，很抱歉打擾您。我是某某公司的行銷專員，要向您介紹最新的優惠方案。」

乍聽之下沒有什麼得罪人的用字遣詞，但是為什麼讓當事人的情緒不快？原來這是一通陌生拜訪的電話，劈頭就被人直接稱呼「文惠姊」，她說那種「刻意裝熟」的感覺真是一點也不自然。這種營造出來的誠懇，好像噴了許多香水的人造花。

在個人隱私越來越受到重視的今日，行銷人員與顧客之間距離的拿捏顯得特別重要。為了塑造親切形象而貿然拉近與顧客的距離，不但無法贏得好感，還會引來顧客對自己個人資料隱私的疑慮。誰知道電話的那一頭，對方取得自己多少資訊，又是透過什麼管道取得的呢？

更令人傻眼的是，這位業務員要推銷的是「美容產品」。我想他熟記了銷售訓練手冊上的各種話術，但是沒有從從聽者的角度，去聆聽、去感受自己的說話內容。美容產品的目標顧客無不是希望自己越來越年輕，這位業務員可能沒有想過「姊」這個字，會讓聽者帶來什麼負面感覺。

我自己也遇過類似例子。

業務員拜訪新客戶，在會議室的第一句發言是：「陳副理和各位主管大家好，今天我將為各位說明這次提案的內容。」接著他開始長達30分鐘表達流利、幾乎沒有任何停頓的業務簡報。

期間他尊稱了好幾次「陳副理」，但是沒有察覺當事人略顯僵硬的表情，也沒有注意到旁人欲言又止的尷尬態度。看到他全神貫注沉浸在自己流利的簡報當中，沒有人打算中斷他。彷彿這場會議的主角是業務員和那些光鮮亮麗的投影片，而不是客戶。

報告結束之後的Q&A時間異常冷淡，沒有太多提問。等到這名業務員收拾桌上名片準備離去時，才赫然發現他把對方名片的職稱看錯，應該是「陳副總」，而不是「陳副理」。

我心想，若是在他簡報過程不要只關心自己的口齒伶俐、台風穩健，而可以多花一些心思在聽眾身上，包括重複確認聽者的身分、觀察聽者的表情和反應，他肯定會發現一個上百萬的採購案，應該不會由這家公司的「副理」來做決策，而最後結束的對話也不會如此尷尬。

這名業務員離去前還在為錯誤稱呼道歉，陳副總說：「職稱不重要，我不是那麼在乎。記得報價單上的數字算清楚，不要再搞錯就好了。」

被稱呼「文惠姊」和「陳副理」的兩位當事人，照理來說都不會當面向業務員抱怨。但是，這種業務員到底有沒有把事情搞砸呢？在他們的成績單上會看到答案。

印度舊金回收量大增緩解可能的供應緊張

《華爾街日報》9月6日報導，印度盧比貶值促使印度國內金價在上週創下歷史新高，加上政府對黃金進口的限制措施，使得印度國內市場的舊金回收量大增；不過，也因為有大量的舊金供應，珠寶商回收黃金的折價正達到空前新高。印度寶石珠寶出口振興委員會副主席Pankaj Parekh表示，舊金回收的供應相當程度緩解了因進口減少所可能導致的供應緊張。專家估計印度民間持有的黃金達到2.5萬噸。

孟買主要舊金回收商之一Jugraj Kantilal and Co.的老闆Jitendra Kantilal Jain表示，現在每天回收的舊金可以達到10-12公斤，相比上個月平均每天只有3-4公斤。不過，舊金回收價目前較黃金進口價少大約每盎司45-70美元，相比今年4月金價大跌帶動需求大增的時候，珠寶商願意給付較進口價高出每盎司25-35美元的舊金回收價。

舊金回收大增卻不代表需求也有回升，事實上受到印度國內金價創新高的影響，消費者普遍對於購金決定較為觀望，且印度政府已經努力採取措施希望穩定盧比的匯率，預期匯率穩定之後國內金價將會回落也是民眾較為觀望的原因。不過，印度的黃金消費旺季即將展開，需求也可望回升。受到年底節慶季節的帶動，印度黃金消費通常自9月份起即會開始回升。

印度政府為抑制經常帳赤字的攀高而祭出包括提高黃金進口關稅以及要求進口黃金需有20%用於再出口等限制措施，但根據世界黃金協會（World Gold Council）的報告，今年上半年印度黃金進口仍年增45%達到553公噸。

檢察總長黃世銘指出，在關說案中，高等檢察署檢察官林秀濤，涉及聽檢察長陳守煌建議，而未對立委柯建銘的全民電通背信案提出上訴，她涉及的過失部分一定會處理。

黃世銘表示，檢方尚在調查她涉及行政疏失或刑事不法，但會考量林秀濤坦承犯行的態度，雖然她事後又出面指特偵組曲解，或擴大解釋的意思，但經檢視偵訊錄音錄影，與她的筆錄吻合，她的說法與事實不符。

隨著東京成功爭取2020年奧運，對棒壘球或角力重返奧運，能否有所幫助？

棒球是日本普遍流行的運動，角力則是日本在國際賽甚至奧運具競爭力的項目，外媒分析，東京的當選，多少有推動的效果。

IOC（國際奧會）在布宜諾斯艾利斯舉行的年度大會上，公佈2020年奧運主辦城市後，第二天的重頭戲，就是棒壘球、角力與壁球之間，何者可以成為奧運競賽項目之一。

男子的棒球與女子壘球在2008北京奧運後被剔除，為爭取重回奧運，合併成棒壘球項目，只不過它的動作不如角力來得積極。

尤其在棒球部份，一般都認為大聯盟的態度最為關鍵，但大聯盟明顯不配合，尤其在經典賽推動後，更不可能為了奧運對賽程與球員徵召上做出讓步。

角力這項從古時人類求生技能演化出的運動，二月意外被踢出奧運家族，之後就痛定思痛，日本、美國、伊朗、俄羅斯甚至罕見地整合勢力，為重返奧運而努力。

原本它得與武術、壁球、空手道、滑輪溜冰、攀岩、滑水還有棒壘球一同競爭，但IOC在5月舉行一次閉門投票會議後，與棒壘球與壁球留到最後。

角力陣營還特地向MMA請益，參考格鬥技比賽的擂台與聲光效果，可能連過往的角力服裝都會改變，還跑回發源地雅典進行比賽與祈福儀式。

壁球聲勢看上去弱了些，但仍信心滿滿，這項運動可以在百貨公司與車站內舉行，兼具表演與觀賞性，且易吸引人潮觀看，並找來「瑞士特快車」Roger Federer背書，還嗆聲說壁球是代表未來的運動，不像角力代表著「過去」。

一般認為會是角力與棒球的競爭，但在5月的閉門會議之前，空手道被認為是與角力、壁球成為最後的競爭者，結果是棒壘球，結果難以預料，候選結果將於台北時間8日晚間公佈。

柯建銘回應馬：台灣水門案

涉司法關說案，民進黨團總召柯建銘今晚發新聞稿回應馬總統下午記者會指出，這是台灣版的水門案，是公然挑釁國會，這將是台灣民主化以來最為嚴重的憲政衝突與考驗。

柯建銘說，總統記者會僅選擇性對國會議長攻擊，卻未交待：檢察總長黃世銘先向其報告案情是否牽涉洩密？是否撤察特偵組對他及王院長違法監聽？顯示馬總統作賊心虛，不敢直接面對，未來黨團將就此事追究到底。

他重申，自己絕無請求王院長進行司法關說行為；他所涉全民電通案，在最後更一審已宣判無罪，是在「無罪之後」才與王院長談及司法迫害艱辛痛苦，並提及檢察官常有濫權追訴情況，而非於訴訟期間請求王院長干預該案。

柯建銘說，該案在一、二審期間檢察官均認為刑度過重不再上訴，反而是他自認清白才採取上訴動作，該案所涉刑度僅有六個月，得役科罰金僅約十八萬，他沒有必要為此微罪請求王院長關說。

他說，曾勇夫部長與陳守煌檢察長雖提及王院長有去電表達關心，但事實上均謹守行政份際並未就他的個案進行干預；王院長只是基於民代職責反映民情，表達檢察官不應濫權追訴而已，若此司法改革意見也能被視為關說並為總統所否定，則未來國會職權將形同被閹割，所有監督行政部門的作為都將被視為關說而被污名化，民主憲政終將敲起喪鐘。

柯建銘說，馬總統片面聽信檢察總長黃世銘的洩密，以特偵組違法監聽與胡亂編造的內容對國會議長與在野黨黨團總召進行指控，這是戕害司法、介入個案、特務治國的行為，是以違法手段打擊政治異己；此舉不但公然破壞司法體制、違法亂紀，更違反憲政份際，逾越總統該有的高度與職權。

他說， 馬總統在國會議長出國辦理女兒婚禮期間發動政治追殺，嚴重違反人性，顯然馬總統視王院長如寇讎，欲去之而後快，這是馬總統在民調僅剩十三趴之際，對國會與在野黨發動的殲滅戰。

標題[問題] IE9 x64 奇摩登錄畫面空白

因為經營網拍關係，不得不使用IE與奇摩（網頁太老舊） 正常使用下有一天便無法正常豋入 從首頁不管要進入信箱或拍賣都會變成這樣，除了上方以外一切空白無法輸入帳密豋入 已經試過不是編碼語言的問題，IE也設回預設還是無法解決問題 所以上來請教專業的各位 Q＿Q http://i.minus.com/iABvo4eYTJcm4.jpg

以前小時候看的，忘記片名了，還請各位大大幫忙搜尋一下。

據情描述是很多觀光客(好像是一個家庭)去到一個莊園。
但那個莊園好像有雲霄飛車(有個軌道會把人送去剁成肉醬)
每天都會少一個人，而那個人就成為當天晚上的菜。
最後據情是男女主角逃離了莊園，莊園毀了，但最終的壞人存活下來。
