昨(5)日台股量能飆升、大盤指數強漲，外資買盤是背後重要的推升因素，近7日來外資連續買超約394億，昨日買超更達99億元，這是否意味著外資看好台股後市的大趨勢確立？多位外資分析師表示，外資加碼台股的主因包括政策做多與外資收假歸隊，買盤力道能否延續還有待觀察，尤其是要注意企業基本面表現。

對於近日來外資對台股出現連續買盤，一名歐系外資分析師指出，這只是資金歸隊的效應，在經過8月的假期後，外資回到市場重新佈局，加上電子旺季又即將來臨，因此推升外資買盤。

另一名外資分析師則表示，不認為近日外資買超將成為未來大趨勢，但不可否認的，近日金管會的三項利多措施對外資加碼台股絕對有幫助。該名分析師表示，目前全球對QE結束都有共識，在退場細節尚未底定的情況下，資金就已經從新興市場轉移到成熟市場，台灣一直以來都是被外資減碼的市場，外資對這次金管會放出三箭期待甚高，且預期這將只是開端，未來將有更多限制放寬，因此吸引部分外資資金提前卡位台股。

一名美系外資分析師則指出，目前還難以斷言外資是否將大舉翻多台股，但台灣的確因為財政體質相對強勁，又搭上美國經濟復甦題材，因此成為外資在新興市場中相對青睞的地區，且當初美國大印鈔票時，台股正因為證所稅罩頂而沒有享受到這項利多，預計在資金收回時受到的影響也不會太大。該名分析師認為，金管會的三項利多政策的確如同主委曾銘宗所言，是較為中立的政策，後續外資對台股的加碼力道能否延續，主要還是要看企業基本面表現。

跟女友交往也一年多了 其實各方面都很好 唯獨她是比較大女人了點 該怎麼說呢 就是如果她問你問題 答案不是她要的 她就會生氣== 像昨天 她提到中秋節可能會跟同事烤肉 她同事包含她爸爸 問我要不要去 我回答說:感覺很奇怪 畢竟不認識 又有長輩 而且她是屬於那種會跟異性有 肢體上接觸的人 偏偏這是我的死穴 我說如果我去了看到可能會很悶 我不想讓她爸爸或同事覺得我很難搞 而且她也很在意別人的眼光(如果表現不好) 所以可能不會想去。 然後女朋友就生氣了 說她希望我跟她同事可以打成一片 她很喜歡這樣的感覺.... 我後來想一想就跟她說:好 我可以陪妳去 也會表現的很好 就算有什麼不開心也會回家再說 她又說不想勉強我 只是會記上一筆... 我聽到都無言了我== 我知道她是為了我好 希望我融入她的生活圈 可是我是個有自知之明的人 所以我才會拒絕她以免雙方都不開心。 難道我錯了嗎QQ ps.第一次用手機發文 排版雜亂請見諒 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.54.107

標題[請益] 自己染髮，布丁色差很大~

在我這次自己動手染髮之前， 上次染髮到現在已經隔了一年， 布丁當然是非常嚴重的大布丁… 今天跟同學一時興起就買了小布娃娃染髮劑(古典紫)來染， 黑髮染出來的效果很不錯， 原本下層褪掉的黃色染了之後也有變深色一瞇瞇… 成果出來後發現還是一樣有布丁色差，(頭頂深紫色、下面有點帶黃的紫色) 我知道原本髮色不同染出來的深淺本來就會不一樣， 但我想要的整顆頭沒有色差… 我想請問現在該怎麼救才好？ 想讓下面的顏色跟頭頂是一樣的… 布丁色差是有比之前好一點了， 買同樣的染劑，整顆頭再染一次行嗎？ 或是只染下面比較淺色的部份呢？ 囧rz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.213.109

程仁宏最近調查基隆市長張通榮涉拍桌關說案，兩次彈劾未過，意外引爆監察院長與監委間的對立及爭議，在後續提出調查報告後，公布張通榮關說內容，也讓國人更清楚真相。

程仁宏說，從曾勇夫案與張通榮案，顯示關說文化仍存在行政部門。監院會監督法務部門，在制度面是否現行法制，不足以保護公務員抗拒關說，未來有必要推動內部舉發人保護法制，類似美國「吹哨者保護法」，以保護舉發者可能的權益受損。

筆者最近想買台安卓小平板來玩 想挑選cp值高的 目前找了三個 ACER a1-810 7.9" ASUS hd7 NEXUS 7 2012version 需求: 續航力 不要求照相但是要視訊前鏡頭 不需要3G 內存要求16G以上 要能跑3D遊戲 al-810跟hd7的cpu gpu都一樣ram也都1G 不知道這兩台的內存16G有幾G可以放app?有被內外卡分割嗎? 這兩台跟地瓜3的N7一代比哪個比較優? 順便問一下N7哪邊買最俗? momo嗎? 謝謝板友 -- Sent from my Google Glass -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.122.158.140

聽說幫人修指甲的師傅,買來的新指甲剪刀不能立刻使用,必須先拿去"開嘴"(用台語唸),之後才能使用。
請問什麼是"開嘴"?為什麼新指甲剪刀不能開封即用?我都是買來就用了啊!有差別嗎?

※較高級鋼剪，是要再給磨刀師再處理一下，使用較耐用，就叫開嘴

中級的大都己開嘴，才上架的，所以店家會跟你講不用再處理了
另一現磨一次得250至400，除非是營業用，一般這種錢，較不願再花費

沒開嘴還是可用，一般不會有感覺啦，專業的每天在操作，不順手，定會知的
