最近看到這隻，發現它可以一手掌握，而且還能用鉛筆當觸控筆

WOW! 這跟Galaxy Note系列一樣啊，還更大更薄更快，也內建NFC，除了無法使用S Beam之外什麼都具備了

看了一下預購方案，覺得是入手時機了，不假思索地就購買下去

我不是gpro的使用者，不過應該也能說一下 我用過opera、firefox、海豚跟quick ice browser。chrome太多人說速度慢就沒試了 現在最常用的是quick ice browser 這套瀏覽器的速度算是相當快(對opera、firefox這些重量級的來說) 所以速度上來說沒什麼問題 而操作的話，這套最大的特色就是他的工具列是隱藏式的 所以平常看網頁都是滿版全螢幕，對小螢幕很不錯，而5吋大螢幕用起來也很有爽度 不過這算是利也算是弊 由於工具列要按住螢幕的邊緣才會出現，這需要一段時間適應就是了 適應之後我覺得這套也算是android上數一數二的web browser 重點是這套是免費無廣告的!!! -- 鉛華洗盡,偎江感雲 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.109.207

剛剛從happy hair明水店修剪完頭髮回來, 被設計師Alle的態度給嚇到傻眼了!! 到現在還無法從莫名又生氣的情緒中走出來~~ 今天只是去happy hair修剪一下頭髮層次和劉海(長度不變), 這家店我去過好幾遍,設計師Alle我也給她剪過幾次... 剪髮時, Alle:妳的頭髮越來越毛躁了, 我:可是我都很認真在顧頭髮,不知道為何越來越毛了... Alle:和飲食/心理狀態也有關係。 我:是喔~可是我覺得我飲食蠻正常(在家吃居多),心理狀態也ok阿~ (聽完我說的她已臭臉) Alle:我也不是醫生 我只是就我知道地告訴妳 妳不信也沒辦法 (因為發現氣氛不太對,我已不說話了...) (最後修剪完,吹整好頭髮後) Alle:妳可以把一邊頭髮塞耳後,看起來比較女生。 我:難不成不塞像男生嗎?(口氣也很自然,因為我中長髮怎麼像男生?) Alle:妳要我講一句妳頂一句,那我也沒辦法了... (不是笑笑的,依然一臉臭臉) (這句話已經讓我覺得她不是在跟客人說話,只有我媽才會這樣跟我說話!!!) **對話到此結束** 最後,我一個人抱著傻眼又莫名的情緒, 默默拿著帳單到櫃檯付費,修剪頭髮的費用:NT1,000 (happy hair 由設計師服務完後,送客人至櫃台付費, 是他們標準服務流程,事後我有打去總公司反映,客服說的) 我花了一千元,被一個設計師冷眼冷語,臭臉對待, 至今我都不明白為什麼!! happy hair根本讓我 一 點 也 不 happy!! 以上都也有向明水店櫃檯和總公司客服反映了(尚未收到回覆), 只是想跟大家分享一下這莫名的經驗。 好煩~又要開始尋覓喜歡的髮廊了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.204.171

【王中聖／金門報導】離島金門因車輛成長快速及停車場興建問題長期未解決，致金城鎮民生路等交通要道時常出現違規、併排停放的亂象。今開學首日警察局增派同仁馬拉松式站崗執勤讓民生路出現難得的乾淨景象，但警局坦言開單勸導治標不治本，希望縣府能加速停車場興建及路邊收費機制以解決民怨。今日上午許多家長送小孩進學校出來後發現擋風玻璃前多了一張「違規取締單」，紛紛上網開砲「警察不近人情、縣府連停車場都無力處理」，也有人認為交通太亂了，本來就應該這樣做了。

金門縣警局長蔡耀坤說，許多被開單車子多因停留時間過久，執法難免有陣痛期，希望鄉親諒解。對停車場拖了好幾年遲遲未興建，縣府觀光處長楊鎮浯強調，目前會先讓路邊停車收費機制上路，「提高停車格使用週轉率也遏止部分車主全天候佔著停車位的問題」。

【王玉樹／台北報導】環保署環評大會今天下午審查六輕擴廠案，台灣水資源保育聯盟先到環保署前抗議，他們批評六輕有機揮發物VOCs已超過環評每年4302噸總量，又涉違法短報空污費，且六輕致癌風險已涉超過萬分之一，要求包括台灣銀行、彰化銀行、華南銀行、兆豐銀行等多家公營銀行不能貸款給六輕，否則形同鼓勵涉違法污染產業擴張，讓國光石化借屍還魂。

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控今天舉行法說會，總經理李長庚會後接受媒體採訪表示，希望中國的保險業者可以參股國壽與國泰世紀產險，創造雙贏局面。
 
另外，被問及不動產投資，他表示，只要有好標的都會考慮評估，國壽全省都有投資。也希望能擴大開放海外投資不動產，由目前的正面表列改為負面表列。海外不動產投資的收益更好，也不影響國內市場，有利壽險業的資產配置。

中國石油化工集團公司 (Sinopec)宣佈，其全資子公司國際石油勘探開發有限公司已與美國阿帕契石油公司簽署協議，由中石化以31億美元收購阿帕奇埃及油氣資產三分之一的股權。阿帕契公司埃及資產剩餘石油可採儲量為6.41億桶，天然氣剩餘可採儲量為3.79兆立方英尺(1137億立方公尺)。

進攻敘利亞，美英都喊暫緩。針對是否進攻敘利亞，美英兩國在積極軍事部署後，造成國際油價上升、各國股市下跌，現又陸續傳出暫緩進攻的消息。美國總統歐巴馬28日表示，尚未決定是否要發動攻擊；英國政府也決定待聯合國調查小組完成工作後再投票決定。

敘利亞21日驚傳化武攻擊後，國際齊聲譴責，美英更大動作進行軍事部署，眼看箭在弦上，戰事一觸即發。但在國際油價高升、各國股市紛紛下跌後，英美兩國政府在28日也陸續暫緩原訂計畫。

據《路透社》報導，由於英國前首相布萊爾2003年進攻伊拉克的行動至今仍充滿爭議，反對出兵敘利亞的議員便以此反對卡麥隆的出兵計畫，要求暫緩行動，待聯合國小組完成化武調查後，再投票決定是否攻擊。

敘利亞目前的情況與英美在2003年攻擊伊拉克時相似，當時兩國宣稱，海珊掌握「大規模毀滅性武器」，因而在聯合國決議通過前強行進攻，結果不但「大規模毀滅性武器」是子虛烏有，美軍在深入伊拉克的地面作戰之後，更深陷無法自拔的泥沼。

不過美、英官員強調，敘利亞不能與伊拉克相提並論，這次美軍只會從停靠在地中海的軍艦以飛彈攻擊，並沒有進行地面戰的打算，畢竟這場軍事行動目的在於嚴懲規範使用化武的政府軍，而不是推翻阿薩德政權。

針對是否進攻敘利亞，國際上仍出現諸多反對聲音。聯合國秘書長潘基文認為，應該等聯合國調查小組完成調查後再決定；俄羅斯表示，目前還不到推翻聯合國決議的時候；伊朗則提出警告，「任何美軍在敘利亞主導的攻擊行動都會波及到以色列。」敘利亞總理哈勒吉也表示「敘利亞有自我防衛的權利」，並揚言「敘利亞將成為所有入侵者的墳場」，

目前除了英國工黨敦促卡麥隆提出阿薩德政府使用化武的證明，並暫緩進攻計畫，美國議員也警告歐巴馬在國會同意之前，不可輕舉妄動。《華爾街日報》28日指出，歐巴馬在公共電視網（PBS）表示，「目前尚未決定是否要發動攻擊。」
