【大紀元2013年08月22日訊】（大紀元記者蘇雲編譯報導）近日，航空公司在基本票價之上添加了許多附加費，受到消費者大量的關注﹔與此同時，旅館行業也競相效尤，在其穩步上昇的基本房價上添加了各種名目的附加費。這些賬單上添加的「服務費」，在某些情況下就是使用旅館的基本設施被征收了額外的附加費。

《紐約時報》報導，據紐約大學「特蒂希藝術中心」（ Preston Robert Tisch Center）的旅遊和體育管理部最新發佈的分析，今年旅館附加費收入，估計將從2012年的20億上昇至21億美元。

當然與航空業的附加費收入比較，這僅僅是一個小意思﹔去年航空業的托運行李和改變行程附加費，總額收入達60億美元。特蒂希藝術中心的院長漢森（ Bjorn Hanson)說：「航空業創造了巨大的附加費收入，也鼓勵了旅館行業競相效尤。」

在過去10年中，許多旅館在賬單上添加了許多服務費，收入增加超過以前的一倍有餘，特別是在會議所、豪華度假胜地使用商務中心或接連互聯網服務的，客人，被強徵各種所謂「度假費」（resort fees)﹔其實在某些情況下，基本上就是使用酒店設施被徵收的附加費。

在一些酒店提早結帳也被添加費用、自動扣收小費、強制性的代客泊車、迷你吧從新進貨﹔另外還有接收傳真和過夜包包、室內的保險箱費。

漢森表示，雖然部份國際旅客在一些小旅館已被加收了能源附加費等費用，但總部設在北美、設施全備的連鎖旅館（powerhouse hotel）卻迅速擴大向國外出口這種附加費心態。他補充說，一些「度假費」已成為全世界通用，但往往是由北美的品牌旅館引起，接著全球採用了。

以下是《紐約時報》記者親身體驗的一些附加費例子﹕

＊兩年前，在鳳凰城（Phoenix)的度假酒店參加一個會議時，驚異地發現被徵收了12美元的行李搬運費用。

＊床鋪收拾費－－也就是說，收拾你的床、打掃你的房間 。

＊侍者服務﹕即使自子推自己的行李，也被收取12美元服務費。

＊旅館還收取13.95美元基本的互聯網服務，快速度的互聯網服務收費19.95美元。

＊比原計劃提前一天退房時，被告知「提早搬出費」為75美元，經過與櫃檯員和經理據理力爭後，同意一次性的禮貌免交費用。

＊深受商務旅客青睞的許多品牌旅店，不在附加費遊戲中。在整個行業中，一些中層的旅館為商務旅行，提供一系列無須付任何額外費用的服務－－從免費的互聯網和商業中心、提供免費早餐。在某些情況下甚至免費雞尾酒小吃。

如題
我的電腦是win8的系統
剛剛看影片還好好的
突然就沒聲音了
但是用IE看相同影片就OK
已經上網查過許多方法都沒用
例如停用flash後 下載flash更新......
重開chrome
重開機
下載youtube option
以上方法都沒效
已經習慣用chrome了
不能看影片真的很困擾啊!
