德意志銀行任命新亞太投資銀行部門主管

據路透報導，德國德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）12日擢升奧馬查亞（Michael Ormaechea）與辛赫（Bhupinder Singh），擔任亞太區企業銀行與證券部共同主管。

奧馬查亞曾任區亞太貿易業務主管及澳洲與紐西蘭企業銀行與證券部門主管；辛赫曾任亞太區企業金融與結構部門主管。

兩人共同主管的部門也將涵蓋機構客戶部門；該部門負責向企業客戶及金融中介業者，提供債券、外匯及商品等市場產品。

兩位新主管將駐在新加坡，直屬主管是全球企業銀行與證券部門主管范昆侖（Colin Fan）及洛永勤（Robert Rankin）。

【黃國棟／台北報導】新台幣今天以30.060元開出，貶值5.8分。匯銀主管分析，台北外匯市場近期的交易量明顯萎縮，導致匯價呈現盤整格局，新台幣在29.9~30.1元間。昨日新台幣收盤價，在央行尾盤調節下，以貶值做收，以1美元兌新台幣30.002元，貶值2.2分，兩大匯市成交量僅7.16億美元，也再度讓新台幣匯價回貶至3字頭。

新台幣以30.060元開出，貶值5.8分。資料照。

智冠科技（5478）半年報結算出爐，上半年合併營收52.33億元，稅後淨利3.1億元，較去年同期1.93億元成長60.04%，每股稅後淨利2.26元，看好第三方支付商機，董事長王俊博宣布推出「智付寶」第三方支付平台，預計今年第4季上線。

智冠指出，上半年除了MyCard本業獲利穩定外，集團內其他主要子公司也貢獻上半年獲利，包括中華網龍獲利4217萬元，遊戲新幹線獲利256萬元，智樂堂獲利1.09億元。

智冠董事會也決議10月12日為現金股利除息基準日，自10月8日至12日止，依法停止股票之過戶登記，10月7日為最後過戶日，11月8日發放101年度股東紅利1.9億元，每仟股配發1500元，全數以現金股利發放。

看好第三方支付商機，王俊博宣布成立「智付寶」第三方支付平台，提供多元付款機制，期望為買賣雙方建立一個安全、便利、可信賴的網路交易環境。除既有MyCard旗下服務內容外，「智付寶」將為更多商品及服務提供金流支付，甚至將觸角延伸至網路商城、平台業者等，滿足各行各業所需的金流服務，預期將有助集團總體營運規模增長。

他表示，「智付寶」也計劃申請從事跨境支付業務，提供台灣消費者購買國外商品，或提供國外消費者購買台灣商品的服務。「智付寶」第三方支付平台近期將依據政府法令政策擬定平台市場發展策略，預計今年第4季上線，搶攻千億元商機。另外，為搶攻手機遊戲行銷商機，智冠也將推出「免費MyCard」來吸引玩家。

※ 引述《BoyGirl1 (男女板專用帳號1)》之銘言： : : 我的女友目前是加護病房護理師 : : 而小弟是醫師 : : 一開始我的阿母非常反對我們交往 : : 只因為在她眼裡我女友就是學歷低 : : 於是我開啟了家庭革命，甚至斷絕了母子關係 : : 我堅硬的態度有了改善 : : 最近我阿母的態度有軟化，認為自己的幸福自己去爭取她不會再干涉 : : 但是目前問題就在於我的女友 : : 我是最近覺得事情開始漸入佳境時才選擇告訴她 : : 女友卻一直卡在我阿母就是用學歷看人的這個死胡同 : : 女友認為她第一關學歷就被刷掉，死不覺得我可以改變我阿母的想法 : : 並跟我說不是她不想跟我繼續交往下去，而是她看不到我們的未來 : : 就算我一直請她相信我可以擋下任何的箭，她卻問我要拿什麼證明讓她相信我 : : 問她之後的路，她連要不要決定跟我繼續交往下去的勇氣都沒有 : : 讓我覺得自己堅持這快一年的時間好像智障...... : : 請問有經驗的大大該怎麼解決這困難的事情? : 嗯... 老實說... 我也不覺得你可以改變你媽的看法XDDD 接受事實與期待不符、認命，這與「想法與看法的改變」是「完全不一樣的兩件事情」我認為這一點你要先有認知。我媽也是這種人，而且我身邊不乏這種人某種程度上...，這也算是物以類聚嗎（大悟）舉例來說很多年前當我還是高中生的時候... 你知道的，十幾年前那個時代，很多爸媽都會告訴你：你不用這麼快教女朋友，上大學自然就會有女朋友了書中自有顏如玉，你好好唸書還怕沒有女人嗎？媽媽（爸爸）現在不是反對，是擔心你成績退步未來會恨我... .......以下略當然，血氣方剛的我是完全聽不盡去的... 所以女朋友照樣交往，也從來沒有帶回家過。不過這種事情怎麼可能瞞得住？就算我不寫日記不在家裡面講電話不寫情書也都準時回家... 臉上的幸福感又怎麼瞞得過這些人老成精的老半仙？於是有一天...，就在我趁著去大賣場買東西、順便找女朋友出來約個小會的時候我姪子忽然間現身了！說是姪子... 但因為輩份關係... 其實他年紀跟我爸一樣大... 這位姪子大人就像翦徑老賊一樣跳出來攔在我跟我當時女朋友的面前用親切的笑容跟我打招呼，順便讓我介紹旁邊的女孩當時我不疑有他，還真的傻傻的介紹了... 甚至之後還跟姪子大人交待：絕對不能講出去！！！結果？你應該猜得到。這位姪子大人轉身就把我賣了。回家之後就是各種說教、各種吵鬧，這些且先按住不說我爸媽反對之意甚堅當然青少年反彈力道也很大跟小狗沒兩樣，越拉越不走，繩子往前我就一定要往後所以後來跟家裡關係鬧得很僵那時候為了女朋友，也為了證明給我家的人看我很難得的考試都一百，名次都很前面生活習慣也變好了整個人簡直煥然一新，就差靈魂沒換過而已。但想當然爾，完全沒有用。爸媽反對的事情，不會因為我付出多少，努力證明什麼，他們就會變得贊同。所以後來上大學之後我就換了一招我把女朋友帶回家作客然後介紹給我爸媽認識但很少跟我爸媽主動談論我女朋友。當然如果有問的話我會知無不言言無不盡，還會順便美化一下之類的女朋友到我家之前也會好好教她應該怎麼跟我家的人相處甚至在女朋友還沒到過我家之前我就會先打預防針：我爸媽很武斷很主觀，而且階級觀念很重，所以如果你不想去那我們可以不要去如果去了，你覺得受到委屈了，你不要跟我爸媽吵，你記得跟我說就好我會負責跟我爸媽溝通甚至爭吵。我必須先說，這不是不肖而是在兩個不同觀念的接觸衝擊裡面，我應該扮演的角色。女朋友會分手，家人則永遠是家人。老婆會離婚，我的血跟基因可沒有辦法換成另外一種。我跟我爸媽翻臉，可以慢慢修復可是女朋友或者老婆呢？當他們到你家的時候，就像是入侵平衡生態圈裡的異種一樣會引起這個生態圈的震盪與衝擊當這個生態圈處理這種衝擊的方式是攻擊或者同質化異種時該異種可是居於絕對劣勢不是被消滅就是被同化...（也會有例外就是了）所以我一直認為我在我家應該要好好的保護女朋友這是應該要做的當然我也希望在我女朋友家的時候女朋友可以跳出來幫我淌刀啦雖然經驗上來說都沒有＝＝至於保護的方式與方向有很多不過針對這篇的話... 首先我就不會告訴我女朋友我媽討厭她什麼。「我媽討厭她什麼」，跟「我討厭她什麼」也是兩回事情我媽討厭她，這是每個女朋友都很難接受的我想但「我討厭她某些東西或行為」則就經驗來說，比較容易進行溝通與討論畢竟成熟的男女朋友除了啪啪啪啪以外，應該還有相互學習磨合的部份不可能每天只是啪啪啪跟啪啪啪吧？如果要這樣的話，就找個砲友或者找左手右手就好了找什麼女朋友... 例如，我媽希望我女朋友學歷高一點的時候我會跟我女朋友說：欸，你有沒有考慮一下進修一個學位？我覺得多學點東西好像不錯耶... 我媽討厭女朋友會打麻將的時候我會說：欸，做四圈做八圈肚子會有游泳圈歐，走啦我們去游泳比起在桌上游泳我比較喜歡在水裡游泳說... 諸如此類... 總之我媽說的會變成我說的阿如果完全不能解決的... 例如我媽希望我女朋友小我四歲小我八歲（大四把大一還可以，馬的小八歲是要去哪找！？這種的洗腦方向就不能找女朋友，而是要找我媽... 當然不可能洗得很乾淨不過至少要做好心理建設不能讓我媽受到太大衝擊。基本上我的原則大概都這樣當然我也還沒有結婚（馬的現在連女朋友都沒有... 不過在我開始這樣處理事情之後我的歷任女朋友跟我爸媽就基本沒有有發生過類似原PO這樣的事情以上大概是在「女朋友知道父母好惡之前」的處理辦法至於像原PO這樣洞都有了... 解決辦法因人而異，每個人都各有奇招舉例來說：我有個表弟也是醫生女朋友也是護士我姑姑也是覺得為什麼要跟護士交往？她覺得護士只是看到醫生就貼上去... 你知道我表弟怎麼解決嗎？我表弟跟他媽說：以後出來開診所，你覺得兩個醫生好還是一個醫生一個護士好？以後萬一家裡有什麼意外，你不覺得有個專業護士你會很放心？而且你不覺得護士比醫生溫柔嗎？找個兇巴巴的醫生老婆跟找個比較溫柔的護士老婆你覺得哪個比較好？現在女生都很不傳統，但我女朋友是護士，我從職場上就比她有權威性以後我們家很難有夫綱不振的問題，你完全不需要擔心我老婆爬到我頭上這樣你覺得不好嗎？後來他媽就沒有再說什麼了...。而且他女朋友也沒有再說什麼了... 因為他後來自己買了房子住外面，直接把婆媳問題降到最低雖然說沒事還是需要回爸媽家做婆媳相處「但至少沒有住在一起」。於是就快快樂樂的直到今天。當然這種方法對你不一定有用畢竟人有千百種而你女朋友跟你媽長什麼樣只有你懂所以我相信、也希望這些栗子可以讓你吃得很開.... 我說了栗子？抱歉，我是說希望這些例子可以讓你靈光一閃，想到解決辦法但不管如何，耐性，是洗腦成功唯一的路...。 FIGHTING! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.111.51.2

【綜合報導】埃及軍方昨日血腥鎮壓前總統莫西支持者陣營，目前傳出死亡人數可能突破2千人，甚至傳出有2名記者今天在開羅殉職。　

這2名殉職記者為英國天空電視新聞網（Sky News）的61歲電視攝影記者丁恩（Mick Deane），以及杜拜新聞週刊Xpress的26歲記者艾拉濟茲（Habiba Ahmed Abd Elaziz）。　

Xpress副總編輯法魯克（Mazhar Farooqui）說：「不敢相信艾拉濟茲已經離我們遠去，她對工作有熱忱，且前途似錦。」另一方面，丁恩則是在天空電視新聞網工作長達15年，丁恩中彈受傷後曾接受治療，但隨即不治。

工研院IEK ITIS計畫表示，第2季台灣IC封測產業受惠通訊晶片客戶訂單回籠，加上上游晶圓代工營收強勁反彈，第2季封測產值季增13.4%。

IEK ITIS計畫表示，第2季台灣IC封裝產值新台幣724億元，較第1季635億元成長14%；第2季台灣IC測試業產值新台幣322億元，較第1季287億元成長12.2%。

IEK ITIS計畫指出，第2季台灣IC封測產業受惠通訊晶片客戶訂單回籠，帶動第2季整體表現；加上上游晶圓代工第2季營收強勁反彈，支撐封測廠接單。

另外，新台幣兌美元走勢轉貶，封測業者接單能力增強；國際金價走跌，也有利金線打線機台材料成本下降，提升業者毛利率。

觀察第2季台灣IC封測產業，IEK ITIS計畫表示，為穩定大尺寸面板驅動IC所需捲帶式薄膜覆晶(COF)封裝關鍵捲帶材料供應，驅動IC封裝廠頎邦擬發行新股並透過股份轉換方式，取得金仁寶集團旗下欣寶100%股權，確保產出穩定，此舉有利頎邦長期發展。

IEK ITIS計畫指出，目前全球COF所需捲帶，主要由韓商供應，全球市占達6成；台灣約占3成，主要由欣寶及長華提供；其餘1成由日商供應。

IEK ITIS計畫表示，未來4K2K大尺寸面板所需的LCD驅動IC，是Full HD電視驅動IC的3倍；若4K2K所需的關鍵材料TAPE韓商一旦發生供應問題，將會影響驅動IC出貨；為穩定未來面板所需COF所需材料供應來源，頎邦在策略上必須跨足材料垂直整合。

話說昨天陪朋友與他新牽的A250回原廠做第一次里程保養是位於板橋三民路那間獨棟的賓士展示間赫然發現開進保養區接待的是一位頗年輕的小姐視覺年齡約22歲笑起來有點像...吳怡霈!! 另外有一次是路過Lexus中和展示間順道進去看新的IS 出納櫃台也有發現一位頗嬌小的接待也許是這兩種品牌的客層偏中年以上找這種外貌的比較有親切感吧... 不妨來分享回原廠保養或賞車時發現的驚喜吧?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.72.67

馬利總統大選結果出爐，前總理凱塔在競爭對手承認落敗後，確定成為馬利新任總統，未來將肩負打擊貪腐、民族和解與重建國家經濟與秩序的重責大任。

《路透社》報導指出，馬利由於久經動亂，國家已經殘破不堪。眼前雖然有40億美元的國際援助，凱塔就任後仍有艱鉅的挑戰需要面對，除了必須重整政府軍隊、解決根深蒂固的貪腐體系外，儘速與圖阿雷格分離主義者進行和平談判更是當機要務。

自從馬利1960年獨立以來，圖阿雷格人就因南方黑人政府邊緣化北方發展，而紛爭不斷，不僅曾經發生5次的流血抗爭，去年至今幾乎動搖國家根基的內戰也起始於圖阿雷格組織揮兵南下。凱塔曾表示，維持北方和平是新政府的首要任務，並承諾與北方各個民族（黑人、圖阿雷格人與阿拉伯人）展開和平對談。

由於南方民眾對北方懷有敵意，不僅拒絕分享寶貴資源，更將其視為國家動亂的根源，因此「民族和解是一個挑戰」；華盛頓國際民主研究院（NDI）非洲研究員克里斯甚至表示，「不只是南北嚴重對立，北方各個部族間也互有摩擦。」

至於將用來穩定並回復國家秩序的40億美元國際捐款，基於過去數十年來的協助資源，都在缺乏透明性的情況下消耗殆盡，又沒有在北部作出實質建設的貪腐前例夏，分析師表示擔憂。皇家國際事務研究所（Chatham House）研究員麥利表示，「貪腐是馬利一大問題，尤其近年來更出現許多醜聞。」
