為鼓勵民眾採大眾運輸方式至經環保署認證之環境教育設施場所，台管處協助環保署舉辦「低碳綠生活 一起環島趣」集章抽獎活動，共同體驗與瞭解臺灣的生態環境。活動自102年4月17日至10月17日止，活動期間民眾只要造訪全國57處的環境教育設施場所，集滿3個或10個不同場域的戳章，拍照或掃描集章聯上傳至活動網頁，即可參加多項好禮的抽獎活動。

台江國家公園積極推動濕地環境教育，成立「台江濕地學校」，運用豐富的場域資源，開發符合台江濕地生態、人文歷史、經濟產業等獨具地方特色之環境教育課程模組，提供戶外教學的優質服務，於2012年11月13日正式通過環保署認證，成為全國環境教育設施場所之一。

《Forbes》周六（10日）報導，電子商務巨擘亞馬遜（Amazon.com）（AMZN-US）預計今年內推出建構在 Android 系統之上的遊戲機，可望年底首波購物旺季—黑色星期五之前就會上市。

不願具名硬體開發業人士透露，這款遊戲機將有專屬遙控器，並且將與亞馬遜既有網站遊戲平台結合。

不久前市場也傳出 Google （GOOG-US）正在開發自家遊戲機，這些消息凸顯出科技大咖均看好遊戲產業的巨大商機，除手機、平板外，也積極搶攻下個決勝市場—客廳。

與此同時，美科技媒體《TechChurch》指出，這款〝硬體設備〞據悉將採用高通 MPQ 晶片，因此很可能是以電視機上盒功能為主、遊戲機功能為輔，將整合亞馬遜豐富的音樂、電影與遊戲資源。

然而無論上述臆測何者為真，都顯示亞馬遜除平板這項硬體產品外，還會不斷擴大它的硬體版圖。

馬利第二輪大選，前總理呼聲高。馬利進入總統大選第二輪，由前總理凱塔與前財政部長席斯角逐總統職務。由於凱塔已在首輪贏得40%的選票，又得到其他落選陣營的支持，當選呼聲極高。馬利才剛從內戰中恢復，新總統能否打擊貪腐、與北方圖阿雷格民族達成和解，將是馬利能否走出動亂困境的關鍵。

去年至今飽受內戰侵擾的馬利，由於第一輪27位受選者中無人獲得絕對多數，得票率分居一、二的前總理凱塔與前財政部長席斯繼續在第二輪選舉中角逐，目前在首輪得票40%的凱塔因獲得其他落敗候選人的支持，目前當選呼聲極高。初步結果估計會在2、3天內出爐，但仍要到周五憲法法庭驗票後，才會有確定結果。

自從去年圖阿雷格分離主義者占領北方後，馬利內部的分裂狀態與日俱增，不僅恐怖主義藉機滲透，政府軍也跟著發動軍事政變。年初法國介入，協助政府軍收復領土後，情勢稍微緩和，但隨著法軍撤退，維和部隊進駐，馬利恢復和平與秩序的道路依然充滿荊棘。

分析師指出，這場選舉對剛從內戰恢復的馬利顯得格外重要，不僅國際社會密切關注選舉的過程，百姓也希望未來領導人能夠帶領國家走出不安定的泥沼。

首輪以40%第一高票晉級的凱塔因為得到許多落敗候選人的支持，目前當選呼聲極高。至於首輪以19.7%得票率進入第二輪的席斯則以改善教育、創造就業與軍隊改革等政見作為競選主軸， 有支持者因為「政見較為具體與緊密」而支持他。

未來無論由誰勝出，如何分配40億美元的國際捐款，並與北方圖阿雷格民族對談、和解，將是新總統能否帶領馬利走出內戰困境的關鍵。

《路透社》報導指出，由於膚色較淺，圖阿雷格人長久以來處於政治弱勢，馬利近兩年的不穩定局勢就與圖阿雷格人的獨立運動有關。雖然法軍撤退後，佔據北方基達的「阿扎瓦德民族解放運動」（MNLA）允許政府軍進入，但仍未去除對巴馬科政府的敵意。

前總理凱塔雖然承諾要重建國家秩序，並在選後儘快與圖阿雷格組織展開和平對談，但種種跡象顯示分離主義者的敵意仍深，不僅抵制投票，當地居民甚至表示，假如遠在南方的新總統不能給予更多自由，選舉不會帶來長久的和平。
