總統馬英九今天說，澎湖是全亞洲風力發電最適合的地方，再生能源越多越好，但須配合基載電力，否則沒有風的時候難以為繼。

提到最近高溫達攝氏37、38度，甚至39度，馬總統說，台灣最近這幾天非常熱，用電量非常高，「很不幸的就是，我們台灣最需要用電的時候，卻不是我們風最多的時候」；「東北季風來的時候，已經不太需要這麼多電了；但是需要電的時候，又沒有那麼多的風」。

馬總統上午前往澎湖與青年有約，參加在馬公高中舉辦的「北醫楓杏生物醫學研習營」，並以「偏鄉服務，有志醫同」為題發表專題演講。

總統談到能源問題時表示，澎湖是全亞洲風力發電最適合的地方，再生能源越多越好，但再生能源也有其先天的侷限，比較難成為基載的發電，必須配合基載電力的發展，例如柴油或其他能源、天然氣，「這樣才不會使得沒有風的時候，能源難以為繼」。

他說，英國的風力發電做得很成功，因為剛好能與季節相配合。

總統也說，再生能源是全球的趨勢，他上任第2年，於民國98年就通過了再生能源發展條例，至今再生能源的裝置容量，包括設風場、風機、太陽光電等設備，都比當年增加23倍。

總統並承諾打造澎湖成為低碳島，「減碳，永遠是我們在這個世紀必須要追求的目標」。在他上任之前，台灣的人口占全球人口約0.3%左右，但台灣的排碳占全球1%，這是非常嚴重的警訊。

他說，努力做好節能減碳、提高能源使用效率，1%的排碳比率已降到了0.89%左右，能源使用效率也提升了，「節能減碳永遠都是我們必須要推動的目標」。

8/1當福特kuga第一天首賣當天....
我就已經領到排開上路了....真是開心
我買的是1.6的中間級-時尚型
因為考量日後養車問題與個人實用性....
所以就沒選擇頂級的18吋鋁圈...自動停車...自動尾門...巡航等等
由於時尚型原廠並無車頂行李架
所以我後來自己加裝...
目前已經跑了快500公里...
駕駛心得:
1.加速上十分順暢..引擎跟變速箱搭配得很好..
2.避震器感覺軟硬適中..很有Q度..
3.超控性十分靈敏....
4.後坐空間非常充足...
5.中控台感覺十分科技....
6.此款原廠說沒有配日行燈..但是實際上路後發現...是有日行燈...只是非2.0頂級的LED..(原廠技師也是在我跟他們反應後才知道...)
7.車門.引擎蓋關閉必須稍用力...才能關閉順暢
8.1.6時尚型的語音操控...只能控制音響..電話...並不能像頂級控制冷氣.....希望以後能更新電腦..
9.油耗表現上...目前還沒有真正去測試過...之後有機會再回報....

華碩是"7750"，藍寶是"7770"

就效能來說7770(單6PIN)優於7750(免插電)

廠牌的話建議還是以華碩 微星 技嘉3大廠為主

藍寶 喬帝 撼訊零件用料可能會比較差一點

V2新增"超級合金電源"

是指零件用料採用獨家合金，效能比7750第一版再提升15%

壽命延長2.5倍，顯卡溫度也更低

也許真的有改進，但以上是理論值僅供參考

P.S藍寶的7770後面有加EDITION字樣跟微星類似

【陳偉周／基隆報導】「是奔牛節嗎？」基隆市七堵工建西路上，今天凌晨0時許，突然出現20隻牛當街奔騰，民眾停車在路旁與水牛拍照留念，一度造成交通阻塞，居民通知警方到場處理，百福所警員派出巡邏車與警用機車到場牧牛，20分鐘內將牛群指引到基隆河畔。

中央氣象局表示，熱帶性低氣壓今天凌晨2時在菲律賓東方形成，距台灣約1930公里，方向朝西北西，有機會增強為颱風。

氣象局說，受到這個熱低壓影響，從下週一開始，台灣的東半部和南部雨量會偏多，而明天開始，太平洋高壓減弱，台灣的天氣就不會再像昨天和今天這麼熱，「不過，還是很熱」，高溫約攝氏36度以上。
