北市動物園長頸鹿「長宵」有喜　產下健康女

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台北市立動物園的網紋長頸鹿媽媽「長宵」，7月24日早上7時4分生下牠和「菊忠」的第7個孩子，7時31分新生長頸鹿成功站立，10時12分確定喝到母乳，是個健康女兒，園方預計11月讓牠和大家見面。  

北市動物園表示，長頸鹿的壽命約20至30歲，懷孕期約450至480天，24歲的長宵算「高齡產婦」，但也是個好媽媽。目前小長頸鹿的主食是母乳。

請問HTC Sensation XE Z715e之前泡過水也換了主機版，最近開機後變成無畫面(黑屏)，但有聲音，放sim卡和記憶卡那邊很快就變熱了，這是哪邊壞了，維修需多少錢?謝謝

17歲姊下藥迷昏妹妹　供妹男友性侵

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市21歲沈姓男子想和交往一年多、有輕度智障的15歲女友發生性關係，竟與女友的17歲姊姊共謀將安眠藥摻水讓女友喝下，等藥效發作再性侵得逞，事後被害人懷孕，由父親帶往醫院人工流產，採取檢體比對DNA才知遭男友性侵。

沈男辯稱女友事知情，被害少女也因擔心連累姊姊，法院審理時才翻供說因擔心被父親責罵，才在偵訊時謊稱遭性侵。但士林地院根據偵查筆錄認定少女遭下藥，且無意願與沈男上床，今依強制性交罪判沈男8年6月徒刑；被害人姊姊則送交少年法庭審理。

為方便閱讀，我隨便分段，文章很長工作也很膩的或許會跟我有同感 一 前言 目前做的是CP測試，原本只是打雜的那種產品不過自己邊做邊學， 也算有點底子，但是環境不比design house看到測試項目問題時 可以隨時找RD討論。 二 公司新業務 公司新業務需要幫客戶開發程式，這時需要有人去支援，這種新業務 開發通常都吃力不討好，弄不起來是你的問題要背黑鍋要當箭靶！ 若是搞得起來說不定也只是幫人抬轎子而已，但我認為年紀老大不小 若是再不衝，隨著年紀增長冒險的勇氣也會變小，大家都想待在目前 的位置上很穩定，順著組織的方針執行，穩穩的拿薪水跟獎金，只有 我想說為了專業精進，還有衝勁就自己舉手說要接這一塊！ 客戶給了spec之後，說包含配件設計到程式開發產品出貨只有三個禮 拜時間，跟著目前的專案組織忙到整個翻過來，量沒起來之前大家都 不看好，要機台沒機台，要人沒人，資源相當難取得，就跟另一個在 公司裡的專案經理兩個人對定，一起忙！ 1.平均下班時間晚上十一點 2.連續三禮拜週末回公司on call debug， 客戶自己spec寫錯，自己要找變數去try，成功後跟客戶回報 客戶 : 阿對！就是這樣沒錯。(其實客戶是外國人這裡是英文mail溝通) 因為客戶spec寫錯驗證時間也包含在三週內，內心充滿OOXX可人家是客戶阿~ 3.程式弄完還沒完，連量產自己也要顧著，交期前一天衝刺 產線只要有問題全call過來，請他門做事情還要求要透過正常程序才要做 一個晚上凌晨被叫起來尿尿兼連線發mail四五次。 4.上面要求的條件，跟生管期望的目標有衝突，卻還是要我達成， 我只好自己偷偷的違反規則偷跑偷渡一些工作程序，如果沒出事績效是大家的！ 如果出事情，就會是我一個人出來背責任，我稱這種狀況叫為dirty work. 上面只是一個型號的狀況而已，而通常同時間不會只有這樣的事情 三 畫大餅 這樣的日子以後還會持續，上面長官跟業務都講很好聽餅畫的很好吃 "這裡可以學到不同的平台，你可以在業界打響個人名號" "目前只是專案組織，等之後量起來就會正式成立而你就會升上去當主管" "上面的大老闆很重視這一塊，做這個可增加你的可見度" 其實我一開始抱的想法是學到整套東西後，我就要直接帶著本事跳去 更好的工作環境並讓薪資水準上去一個台階，根本沒想到還要升主管之類。 四 新組織新契機 職場上何以要分派系，因為就是希望可以做的安穩 有人眽有靠山就可以空降至某單位當主管養老，失勢的一方就慘了。 勝者為王，敗者為寇。 目前的專案組織，其實一開始根本就沒人看好， 會願意過來接的主管，我分析有以下幾種 1. 之前被合併後開始被邊緣化的單位 合併後不會叫你走人，但那個廠區三年內人數從兩千人變成五百人， 機台也一直被搬走，業務也一直縮減。 2. 非國王人馬被打入冷宮 就是目前同我合作的專案經理，這位經理我很佩服他，少數幾個我還敬重的主管 真正有能力有guts的主管，也因為如此這樣的環境下虎落平陽被"狗"欺。 3. 個性孤僻但資深有能力 這是設備的一個資深同仁，算不上主管！因為太黑了沒升上去 但我個人認為他能力比原本設備主管強十倍。 基本上都是希望可以透過這新業務可以取得翻身的機會搶爭大位， 所有成員或多或少都帶有著某些目的進到組織裡。 五 內憂外患 業務的一開始，新竹這個site只有兩人負責就我跟那個專案經理， 我們是幫專案組織做事情，但是缺還是掛在原單位，資源也要跟原單位要， 而原單位的主管就會認為你做的事情又不關我的performance還要搶我資源！ 這當然要築一道高牆卡你所有的申請。 某一陣子， 我們兩個對外要面對韓國同業對手在工程品上惡意動的手腳所導致的異常， 對內還要小心堤防自己人會不會抓自己各項目內的語病玩文字遊戲抓尾巴。 很累，因為工程難題要解決加班很累，對內的鬥爭內心要抵抗這些壓力也很累。 說什麼上面大老闆很重視，當下只是覺得根本就狗屁，要真的重視 要資源沒資源，要通關也不給通卡來卡去天荒地老。 一直到最近總算問題幾乎都解決轉成量產，量也起來有漸漸做出成績， 很多本來漠不關心的主管紛紛跳出來想湊一咖，漸漸把手伸過來。 資源也慢慢有，好像有好過一些。 錯！大錯特錯 六 包山包海 design house的測工可以release程式之後，量產就給測試廠自己顧 我們不是，我們是連量產也要顧， 只要產線出異常 / 測試時間過久 / 出貨不順 / 貨批找不到 / 無法過站 全部都call到我這裡來，而且是用追殺的方式奪命連環call 這中間一樣半夜被叫起床，白天還做一堆驗證，聯絡其他單位請他門去幫忙， 中間還要忍受其他單位的白眼，因為這樣做會讓他門增加loading， 三請四拜託，還要每天發日報很卑微的跟生管解釋今天何以出貨delay。 從程式開發，配件設計下單，預估交期到量產維護甚至系統改造全部包， 只要裡面環節隨便一項有問題全部算到我頭上，我就是箭靶， 其實跟我一起的專案經理更慘，他是箭靶正中間的紅心，我可能就是旁邊第二圈。 七 值嗎？ 想想，我才領多少薪水卻要做多少事情？而且這間公司是表面上說可以報加班， 但實際上卡關非常嚴，其他人有報的也頂多報補休，所以其實我根本沒有加班費。 很累也很膩，為什麼做這樣有意義的工作，我站在最前線為公司衝鋒陷陣， 攻城掠地搶韓國人的單，卻最後變成像是靶子一樣人人都可以喊打？ 我領的也沒那些生管來的多，人家生管甚至還可以掛主任工程師， 我真正在搞工程的連高級工程師都不是，越想心裡越不平衡。 這樣的心裡話我有跟一起做事的專案經理講過， 他跟我分享了一些事情！ 他自己本身以前也是個性很衝，曾經也是帶人的實權部經理，但是後來理念不同， 被打落下來，開始負責一些不著邊際的工作，也就是開始被邊緣化。 他本身有老婆有小孩還有經濟壓力，他不能說走就走，於是只好改變心態撐著， 先前還是部經理時廠商對他恭敬有加，現在只是點頭甚至視若無睹， 他說只有這時候最看的出來人情人暖，也所以現在有一個契機，以他年紀機會不多了！ 所以一旦遇到就要拼了命去做去求翻身，不然下次是否還有機會就難說了？！ 他還分享一個他朋友的例子，也是公司被合併 這間公司在竹北，被另一間更大的公司合併後原本想把該單位的主管全部撤掉， 但是當時的部經理很有guts，他對新來的經營者說 "只要你不動我下面的人，我就自己拿離職單走人" 這主管會走是因為不採購另一間parts比較貴的廠商， 剛好那廠商是新公司高層的親戚，他這樣做就是斷人財路。 這位主管得到允諾後就走人，非常瀟灑十幾年的資歷沒拿到任何遣散費還是主管喔！ 但現實是什麼，他底下的人最後還是被搞走了！ 其中一個副理，是怎樣被搞走的？ 職等沒降但是被叫去做設備PM的工作，各位有做過設備的能想像嗎？ 你叫一個主管自己去PM，但是這個副理竟然也忍的住就這樣擦了一年PM維護， 最後是新公司終於受不了把他資遣掉，當然他也有拿到資遣費。 專案經理講這麼多就是希望我可以認清事實好好做下去 不要為了無謂的意氣去斷掉目前的"機會"， 因為不管其實去什麼地方人都一樣，甚至工作環境也一樣 既然如此何必要跳，何必要換工作，除非你離開台灣 我自己內心其實還是想走，這環境太扭曲了，就算升主管依然是這樣 如果真要做下去我可能都不是我了！趁還可以試的時候再衝一下， 否則真的等結婚有小孩可就不能這樣玩。 -- 作者 QBby (Q比先生) 看板 MenTalk 標題 [閒聊] 以前的女友變正 當大家在FB看到前女友開始會打扮、變正了會覺得有點可惜分手了嗎?? 推 mizuirosyo:不會 分手就全刪了 推 meowyih:不會 因為根本沒前女友 Orz → whk183920:樓上好哀傷QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.187.25 ※ 編輯: loloman 來自: 111.251.187.25 (08/09 01:15)

渣打銀行8日公布最新6月渣打人民幣環球指數為1050，較5月上升4.8%，年增長65%，未有受到外圍和市場不明朗因素影響，渣打銀行並預測，至年底指數將達1200。

渣打銀行表示，由於離岸人民幣外匯交易增長，抵銷香港和新加坡跨境人民幣結算因大陸6月出口減慢而下跌。受到大陸經濟增長放慢以及人民幣升值預期減少，市場風險胃納減弱，導致離岸人民幣債券一手市場7月份發行量下滑至全年新低，預計當市場穩定下來，高質素發行人將重投一手市場。

渣打銀行並預測，人民幣環球指數年底將達預期的1200，但下半年增長幅度將較上半年放緩，有待大陸經濟增長恢復動力以及人民幣升值預期重拾升軌。

此外，渣打銀行分析，市場下個月的焦點將落在國務院剛宣佈成立的上海自由貿易區。相信計劃將包括試驗進一步開放跨境商品和資本流，以及給予在該貿易區營運的企業更自由兌換人民幣，渣打認為上海自由貿易區有助促進各離岸人民幣中心的發展。

渣打銀行在2012年11月推出渣打人民幣環球指數。指數覆蓋3個主要的人民幣離岸市場，包括香港、倫敦和新加坡；計算4項業務的增長，包括存款（財富儲存）、點心債券和存款證（融資工具）、貿易結算和其他國際付款（國際商貿）以及外匯（交易渠道），而隨著人民幣國際化繼續深化，指數未來會因應發展考慮增加其他參數和市場。

投顧：景氣回溫 布局能源資產

天達投顧表示，歷史經驗顯示，自 8月起至年底止，能源資產漲多跌少，加上目前全球景氣逐漸回溫，可望進一步帶動能源需求上升，能源股後市樂觀可期。

天達投顧指出，根據彭博統計近10年MSCI明晟世界能源指數表現，每年自 8月至12月底止，能源股上漲機率高達8成，且其中有 5成報酬可達10%以上，掌握能源股下半年漲升契機，可及早布局。

天達強調，美國頁岩油革命增加供給，可能造成價格下跌的說法，顯然並沒有對能源資產表現造成衝擊，預期隨著景氣逐步回溫，能源股後市將更可期。

因此，美國頁岩油革命在今年初引起市場關切，油價一度受到壓抑，但目前每桶油價已回升至100美元以上，表現仍十分搶眼，顯示美國原油產能增加的議題，中長期對能源資產影響有限。

天達引述近日荷蘭皇家殼牌石油管理團隊看法表示，在他們參與開發的27個美國頁岩油產區，其中只有5個達到完全開發的狀態，顯示許多頁岩油田並沒有辦法提供合理的投資回報。

Xerox印表機傳出包　正影本不一致

【綜合報導】Xerox印表機傳出包，德國包恩大學的電腦工程系研究員大衛凱瑞瑟爾，使用Xerox影印，結果正本和影本居然出現不一樣的數字，正本上的數字6，影印出來後居然變成8 。

瑟爾向Xerox公司通報錯誤，工程人員回應表示出包的印表機，是因為掃描品質和解析度的設定被更改過，檔案經過壓縮後，品質也會降低，進而導致錯誤，工程人員建議掃描品質的設定應選擇「預設」(default)，品質則選擇「較高」(higher)，就應能避免錯誤發生。

出包的印表機型號 ：
ColorQube 87XX / 89XX, ColorQube 92XX / 93XX, WorkCentre 57XX, WorkCentre 76XX, WorkCentre 58XX, WorkCentre 77XX, WorkCentre 5030/5050, WorkCentre 6400, WorkCentre 78XX, WorkCentre 51XX, WorkCentre 7220/7225, WorkCentrePro 2XX / BookMark 40/55, WorkCentre 56XX and WorkCentre 75XX 。

我在pchome商店街買了一個東西
然後是新加入會員的~~
後來都訂單完成了
之後我登入商店街的帳號,都登不進去(都跟我說帳號密碼錯誤)
結果我案查詢密碼的,他說帳號輸入錯誤(就是沒有這個帳號的意思)
後來我用同一個帳號再辦一次,還是登不進去
但是查詢密碼的時候,已經有這個帳號了
我想問,那我當時訂單的那個帳號呢??
這樣算交易完成嗎?
要是算完成,我是選擇超商取貨的,如果貨到他會發簡訊到我手機嗎?
那要是他沒有發來,我以為他貨沒有到,就沒去拿貨付款,會怎樣?
我現在該怎麼辦?

1.iTools(將貼圖匯出)
2.http://vectormagic.com/home(點陣轉向量)
iTools 將手機 Line貼圖匯出：
Step1
進到iTools，點一下應用程序，找到Line後，點後方的瀏覽。

接著點/Library/Application Support/Sticker Packages下，就是目前手機已裝的貼圖清單啦!

廠牌:SONY 型號:SVF14A15CW 購入日期:兩個星期前 問題內容: 各位版大好 本人日前購買SONY SVF14A15CW這台電腦 因為需跑一些較吃記憶體的軟體 上網看說這台有插槽可以加記憶體 所以狠下心把保固貼紙破壞拆開再加一條4G的 但是後來操作發現使用上有時候電腦會整個當掉 就要把它強制關機重開機 在電腦開機完成後未執行其他程式的情況下記憶體就有2G使用中這是正常的嗎 請問是記憶體不相容的緣故還是這台真的如原廠所說4G是已達最大上限 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.103.144

美國總統歐巴馬計劃10日帶家人前往瑪莎葡萄園島（Martha's Vineyard）渡假一週。不過，當前美國正值多事之秋，部分人士認為，此時並不是總統渡假的好時機。

上周，美國才因截獲蓋達恐怖組織情資，下令關閉超過20個位於中東與北非的大使館與領事館；「深喉嚨」史諾登事件也使得美俄關係一度緊繃，歐巴馬甚至取消了與蒲亭的雙邊高峰會；再加上華府即將面臨攤牌的提高舉債上限爭議，白宮此時正面臨多項重大外交與經濟議題挑戰。

再加上每每有總統渡假就必須出動特勤局（Secret Service）及隨從人員維安，反對者批評這樣的開銷。同時，總統所到之處將進行道路管制，當地居民得多花時間繞道行駛，也是部分民眾反對總統渡假的原因之一。

《福斯新聞》（Fox News）民調顯示，48%的民眾認為歐巴馬應該渡假，但同樣也有48%的人反對。對此，白宮發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）表示：「總統非常期待能夠和家人一起共度幾天假期。」

同時，歐巴馬決定在前往瑪莎葡萄園島度假前，在白宮召開記者會，針對取消美俄高峰會、防恐怖攻擊關閉使館以及秋天將面臨攤牌的預算之爭等議題進行說明。這也是他自4月30日以來，首度舉行總統個人公開記者會。 (接下一頁)
