【陳宏銘／屏東報導】在菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世授權下，菲律賓特使裴瑞茲今天下午三時在琉球鄉公所大禮堂，向廣大興案死者家屬表達「深切遺憾與歉意」（deep regret and apology），在菲國已公布調查結果後，菲國司法部也將全力儘快起訴。裴瑞茲並保證，台菲雙方未來執行漁業相關法令時，將避免使用武力。

洪慈綪以「不信真理喚不回」發表聲明，她說，事件經三個月終獲圓滿解決，這對家屬是遲來的正義，也是給父親的最好的父親節禮物。她感謝台灣政府與各界的關心，並希望台菲漁業談判有好結果，「盼我父親是最後一位犧牲者。」

受惠於低失業率和投資增加，新加坡扭轉第1季萎縮頹勢，加足馬力向前衝！總理李顯龍8日在國慶前夕演說表示，預估今年經濟將成長2.5%-3.5%，高於當局原先估計的1%-3%。

RTT和彭博社報導，李顯龍宣布新加坡上半年經濟成長2%，在全球景氣充滿不確定之際，穩健前行；該國吸引了更多優質投資，失業率也維持低檔。他表示政府平抑房價、遏止過度借貸的努力出現成效。

大華銀行(UOB)經濟學家Francis Tan指出，由全年成長展望可見，今年下半經濟預估將擴張3.1%-5%，表現強勁、符合該行預期。上個月星國公佈第2季GDP初估值，季增年率高達15.2%，表現遠勝第1季的衰退1.4%，增幅更為2011年以來之最；該國將於8月12日公佈修正值，彭博調查11位經濟學家的預估中間值為14.2%。

大華銀行的Tan強調，匯率走貶有助外銷和觀光業；預期今年年底新加坡幣兌美元將跌至1.30新幣兌1美元。新幣今年迄今貶值3.2%，跌幅大於泰銖和新台幣；人民幣則上漲了1.8%。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，台北時間12點42分為止，美元兌新加坡幣升值0.10%至1.2602。

美國銀行(BOA)經濟學家Chua Hak Bin認為，服務業擴張帶動整體走勢，拉升經濟成長。他說服務業大幅轉強，此外金融業、商業甚至躉售貿易也都有所提升。

根據新華網報導，今年以來，魯台經貿合作持續深化，山東利用台資保持平穩發展。截至6月底，山東共批准台資專案8434個，合同台資額314．2億美元，實際利用台資額207．3億美元，其中總投資額1000萬美元以上專案900個。

其中，上半年山東省新批台資專案48個，合同台資額8．3億美元，同比增長53％；實際使用台資5．6億美元，同比增長48％。受兩岸簽署服貿協定和城鎮化對服務業的實際需求影響，台商投資服務業熱情明顯增長。上半年山東共批准台資服務業專案22個，合同台資額3．73億美元，分別占上半年新批專案數和合同台資額的45．8％和44．9％，商業旅遊地產、電腦服務等逐漸成為台商投資熱點領域。

統計顯示，上半年全省有27家台資企業增資，增資金額為1．73億美元。台資專案平均單項投資規模進一步擴大，繼去年超過1000萬美元以後，今年上半年達到1160萬美元，實現歷史新高。

台北盆地發高燒！昨天下午一點五十八分，台北氣象站測得高溫卅九點三度，破了該站一百一十七年來最高紀錄；中央氣象局表示，今明兩天和昨天類似，雙北市氣溫皆上看卅七度，請民眾多加注意。

台北飆破百年高溫，用電量也大幅攀升；台電表示，昨天下午一點五十分，瞬間用電量最高峰達三千三百五十六點三萬瓩，一舉刷新今年最高紀錄。

台北氣象站自一八九六年設站以來，最高溫紀錄為二○○三年八月九日測得的卅八點八度，但昨天台北氣溫在卅分鐘內，由平紀錄變成破紀錄的卅九點三度。

不過，全台最高溫仍為二○○四年五月九日，台東站測得的四十點二度，造成高溫的原因是焚風；資料顯示，台北廿二次的高溫紀錄中，有六次皆發生於八月八日、八月九日之間，氣象局表示純屬巧合。

預報中心主任鄭明典說，昨日的高溫主要受到太平洋高壓增強的影響，空氣沉降使地表溫度快速上升；加上曾造成上海、杭州等地氣溫飆至四十度的大陸暖空氣團，正好在台灣上方，空氣對流不易，且昨日盛行風為南風，海風無法進入台北盆地，才產生如此極端溫度。

預報中心課長陳怡良說，台灣歷年最高溫前六名，皆是焚風或氣流沉降造成的，這次排名第七的台北特高溫，成因較罕見。

氣象局表示，溫度未來還會不會上升並不確定，不過類似的天氣會持續到周六，才會逐漸有水氣接近台灣。

今天北部溫度仍可達卅六度以上，其他地區也有卅三、卅四度，午後雷陣雨因受高壓影響，範圍較小，西半部的山區發生機率較大。

控長照中心疏失害墜樓　院長員工不起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名李姓男子在仁愛區1間老人長照中心療養，不料今年2月底竟從7樓墜落，造成李男脊椎損傷、顱內出血等傷勢。家屬指控長照中心疏失，沒將7樓門窗關上，才導致李男墜樓，怒告院長及1名員工過失傷害。

檢方勘驗現場發現，因為墜樓的地方是防災逃生處，門窗才未上鎖，研判是李男自行跳樓，排除意外墜樓嫌疑，難以認定院長及員工有過失，上周五檢方予以不起訴處分。

「小鍾楚紅」雷瑟琳擁有一張絕美混血臉孔，因拍過不少日系雜誌深受日本出版商青睞，日前開出千萬價碼邀請她拍攝全裸寫真，看好她有望成為新生代混血女神。經紀公司收到邀請相當心動，但雷瑟琳一口回絕，雙方險鬧翻。

台灣、巴拉圭混血兒雷瑟琳是日系雜誌御用模特兒，近期她轉戰戲劇圈，拍攝【女王的誕生】時因太疲累上吐下瀉，但她照樣苦撐不抱怨，雷瑟琳說：「我是新人，非常感謝製作人的提攜給我機會。」她輪廓深邃，混血外表深得日本人喜愛，有出版商願意砸錢力邀她推出寫真集。

雖然雷瑟琳在寫真界仍屬新人，不過廠商看中她無窮潛力，大手筆開出千萬價碼想替她拍攝性感全裸寫真，經紀公司原想接受，但雷瑟琳堅決婉拒和經紀人鬧翻，經過溝通雙方才在工作上達成共識。雷瑟琳說想改變別人對她的想法，「希望別人認識我不是因為是很正的混血兒，而是一個有想法的演員。」

這份工作9月就要滿2年了對於公司的狀況不知道該不該抱持希望繼續努力我是國立大學歷史系畢業今年24歲由於是畢業後第一份正式工作身邊沒有類似工作性質的朋友希望大家可以給我一點意見公司在桃園其實是間工廠裡面有廠辦的那種員工含老闆、老闆娘約16個人主要分為師傅、司機和內勤一開始進去是應徵行政助理處理一些文書工作面試的人是老闆娘當天就通知錄取並問我對業務有沒有興趣我說沒有經驗覺得自己不太適合因為學歷比其他人高一些起薪23K+2K全勤有勞健保三個月試用期後會調薪調多少看表現工作時間09:00-18:00 不用加班沒有加班費不含三餐隔周休有年終生日禮金1K 三節禮盒上班距離騎車25分鐘進去工作大概第三天老闆就找我談希望我跟著他一起跑業務沒有業績壓力可以認識很多客戶學到很多經驗所以我就懷抱理想得答應了我的職稱是專案助理因為跟在老闆身邊做事同事都說我是秘書或助理實際上我的工作包羅萬象設計名片、目錄、logo，製圖(photoshop、Auto CAD、3D圖) 報價、業務接洽、詢價、採購、算料、安排生產部製作、監督進度、安排車趟、請款、追帳、客訴處理等也就是接到一個專案後，所有的東西都由我一手包辦。有時候和老闆去見客戶、談生意，主要是老闆溝通，我在旁邊補充、學習、記錄，後期有時候由我自己去見客戶。通常出去好幾個小時，回來就要趕快處理業務，如果接到大專案，常常忙到晚上8.9點，有幾次10點多，沒有加班費有一次臨時出差半夜2點多才回到家但那次有加班費有時須提早1-2小時上班有些案子需要自己到工地跟客戶驗收，搭高鐵或火車、捷運，偶爾需過夜跑過台北新竹台中嘉義台南高雄墾丁(當天來回也有過夜) 工廠很髒亂因為沒有人專職管理常常看不下去會出去打掃整理搬重物有專案時還要出去幫忙包裝做品管下班回家或六日都需要隨時保持電話暢通客戶和老闆會打電話來談公事每年可以去大陸出差一次跟老闆、老闆娘一起去 4-7天都吃好料但蠻累的晚睡早起老闆、老闆娘算年輕 40初頭和他們比較像朋友可以開玩笑給他們公司的建議和老闆一起工作常常鼓勵我不管工作上感情家人方面都讓我學習很多認識的客戶很多都是大公司、大人物總經理層級的人工作上幾乎不曾罵過我我都是被同事罵(哭) 私下有時會和老闆一家人去吃飯老闆、老闆娘基本上對我完全信任各種公司重要資料證件我都有影本很多私事也會請我處理例如信用卡掛失網購等老闆跟老闆娘有時會買小禮物給行政小姐們，也會常常關心大家、開玩笑目前公司上班氣氛不錯以前因為我跟大家工作性質差很多又是跟在老闆身邊工作遭受到其他員工攻擊甚至偷看我存摺讓我很受傷那時內心十分煎熬常常下班後一個人在辦公室哭但因老闆、老闆娘鼓勵終於撐過去了薪水方面去年接到大專案拿過一次獎金30K 今年也接到大專案老闆說要出30K讓我出國放鬆但專案還沒結束滿三個月時沒有加薪滿一年時加1.5K 前陣子又加1.5K 平均一年加1.5K 年終第一年半個月去年一個月公司一直有穩定的客戶加上老闆業務能力很多業績還算不錯老闆很有抱負最近準備要遷廠自己蓋新工廠有申請程序的問題遲遲無法搬過去老闆之前承諾所有員工搬過去大家都會加薪3% 可是目前遙遙無期在這邊學到很多東西但是這陣子開始覺得停止成長了可能老闆覺得我可以獨當一面很少帶我一起見客戶加上公司有很多狀況因制度不全造成部分員工有很多缺失因牽動層面太多老闆也沒辦法解決人力不足、生產的東西有缺失、司機態度散漫、東西損傷被客訴、員工流動率高，大家年資都不高，最多只有3-4年(我是公司裡第4資深的人) 新人沒有專人帶，前天才剛離職兩個因為是小公司，大家要做的事很雜，行政上也會出現一些缺失請問大家這樣的工作內容領這樣的薪水合理嗎我的同學有些是老師或補教業領30-40幾K 聽了很羨慕有時候會覺得工作內容很多薪水卻和努力不成正比加上是隔周休休假偏少還有很多制度上的因素覺得有點無力但是考量和老闆、老闆娘的交情一直不敢提離職也是不知道該不該離職第一份工作無從比較也許這是份好工作我應該繼續努力下去嗎以我的科系真的沒有什麼專長兩年工作下來培養不錯的溝通能力，加上本身做事有條理、細心，就這樣而已如果真的要換工作，可以往哪方面找呢?(英文能力只有中等希望可以加強) 希望可以聽聽大家意見最近因考慮去留，工作變得很無力希望可以盡快調整心態，讓工作重新上軌道文章很長若有錯字請見諒謝謝你們耐心看完~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.217.177
