【綜合報導】前疾管局（現改制為疾病管制署）副局長施文儀今天在臉書上貼「肛門是個人及國家社會的鬼門」一文，引發議論，雖然文已經撤下，但愛滋感染者社團「帕斯堤聯盟」公開聲明，「懇求施醫師發揮醫者仁心與同理心，莫再發出錯誤言論傷害感染者族群」。
 
「帕斯堤聯盟」表示，危險的是不戴套的性行為，而非肛交，可怕的是愛滋病毒，而非感染者，「如果連曾任疾管局副局長的施醫師都做出如此謬誤的比喻，又怎麼能期望社會大眾能有正確的防疫的觀念呢」？
 
「帕斯堤聯盟」也說，施醫師「明顯以偏概全，將一干人等打成妖魔鬼怪」，如同現在台灣有鼬獾感染狂犬病，「難道就能胡亂推說所有的鼬獾、白鼻心、錢鼠、貓、狗等，都是散播病毒的鬼門，都應撲殺殆盡嗎？」
 
「帕斯堤聯盟」也反駁說，「據了解，衛福部每年針對愛滋所編列之公務預算僅30億左右，其中15至20億為藥費支出，何來兩百億之說？」
 
「帕斯堤聯盟」重申，愛滋感染途徑乃是不戴套的性行為、共用針具、輸血、垂直傳染等途徑，而不是肛門交性行為，懇求施醫師發揮醫者仁心與同理心，莫再發出錯誤言論傷害感染者族群。
 
「帕斯堤聯盟」為一群愛滋感染者自發集結組成之社群團體，專為針對愛滋之任何不公不益發聲。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】京城建設(2524)7月營收可望較5、6月成長，預估可達5億元。不過今天京城表現不佳，受大盤走弱拖累，開低走低，盤中在28.7元附近震盪。

京城內部透露，7月營收受惠於「四季」、「曼陀羅」、「湖立方」等建案餘屋入帳挹注，表現可望比5、6月佳，營收達5億元，接下來未入帳建案仍有10億元，下半年仍以餘屋銷售為主要收入來源。

【綜合報導】前542旅副連長何江忠，晚間六點十分抵達軍高院，神情嚴肅，對於媒體的提問，都沒回應，座車一度停在軍高檢，但發現今晚的羈押庭是在軍高院，才走了30公尺轉到軍高院。

而前542旅連長徐信正在抵達軍高院時，也是不發一語，但委任律師袁健峰在接受媒體採訪時說到，希望軍事法院的判斷不要受到媒體影響，晚間3人是陸續搭車抵達軍高院，唯獨前542旅副連長何江忠的座車，還試圖衝撞媒體，被在場的媒體嗆聲說，難道還要再賠1條人命嗎。

上月25日，台東縣卑南鄉黃姓婦人遭自家養的大黑狗咬傷，今天傍晚檢驗結果出爐，在狗的檢體中檢驗出在豬隻常見的疱疹病毒科病毒，與一般引發狂犬病的桿狀病毒科病毒不同，但因發病症狀相似，因而定義為假性狂犬病，但防疫人員表示，這病毒不會傳人。

台東縣政府農業處長吳慶榮強調，假性狂犬病只是發病症狀類似狂犬病，一般僅存在豬隻身上，研判應為主人餵食生豬肉給狗吃，才會感染，並不會傳染人，民眾無須擔心。

「鋼鐵人3」高居台灣上半年最賣座電影，周邊商品熱賣迄今人氣不墜，新光三越信義新天地A9館本周推出鋼鐵人展覽外，全家便利商店和Hi-Life也趁勢推出鋼鐵人限定商品預購，供粉絲收藏。

全家今年曾獨家引進要價23萬到25萬元，200公分1：1的鋼鐵人等身雕像預購，引起鋼鐵迷轟動，迅速搶購一空。即日起到9月17日，推出鋼鐵人Mark 2~7共6款限量220公分雕像預購，比照電影設定製作1：1等身比例，每個部位皆為獨立雕刻，並以高級汽車金屬烤漆上色，金屬感與精緻度同時呈現，售價皆為23萬元。

為了減輕鋼鐵迷收藏負擔，「全家」預購活動首度推出「預付價」機制，消費者至店上FamiPort預購操作後，先付新台幣3萬元即完成預購，後續由野獸國專人通知宅配日期與尾款支付方式。

Hi-Life推出香港漫博展限定商品「鋼鐵人收藏公仔耳機塞-戰爭機器專盒版」，全套共3款LED發光公仔角色，限量兩千套，全套3款預購價1,390元。
