中國大陸國營企業華潤集團旗下的華潤電力控股有限公司今天公布，在山西的煤礦已先後獲得採礦權證和勘查許可證。

新華社旗下報刊記者7月底實名檢舉華潤集團董事長宋林貪瀆，罪名之一是華電向金業煤礦公司收購山西若干煤礦時浪費公帑，收購了一些未獲開採證的煤礦。

華電隨後澄清，公司與其他投資者聯營的公司太原華潤煤業有限公司，已於4月取得其中之一的原相煤礦為期20年的採礦權證。

華電今天接著宣布，金業向太原華潤轉讓的另外兩個煤礦中社煤礦及紅崖頭煤礦，已於7月底獲山西當局發給礦產資源勘查許可證，有效期至2015年7月。

華電重申，任何人故意向公眾發放對公司、董事和職員失實或未經證實的訊息，公司方面保留採取法律行動的權利。

另外，華潤電力6名小股東向20名公司董事提出起訴，要求披露有關公司3年前收購山西煤礦的交易詳情，法庭上午開始審理。

曾在大陸微博實名檢舉華潤集團高層貪腐的山西晚報前記者李建軍今天也來到香港，到廉政公署檢舉宋林，指他涉嫌侵害香港股民利益。

李建軍指出，部份涉案行為在港發生，加上華潤在香港上市，因此來港檢舉。

【綜合報導】《飢餓遊戲》的書本及電影全球大賣，美國佛羅里達州一個夏令營，為了搞噱頭，將夏令營比賽項目變成飢餓遊戲現實版，搞到參加的孩童險變暴力狂，被迫叫停。

夏令營安排參加的小孩，進行為期一周的比賽，就如《飢餓遊戲》中的格鬥比拼，最後生存者便是冠軍。想不到，遊戲竟然激發出參加孩童的暴力傾向，其中一名參加者表示，如果輸了要死，寧願選擇被箭射死，或者被槍殺，不想死於刀下。

臨床心理學家表示，孩童以往看《飢餓遊戲》書本或電影，都只是一個遠離殺戮的旁觀者，但現在他們可以親身參與類似的遊戲，融入其中則會更接近戲中的角色，暴力問題便會變得嚴重。

夏令營主辦者也坦承，低估了孩童在遊戲中表現出的暴力性，在夏令營進行一半時，立即更改比賽形式，改為考驗參加者的智力、準確性、平衡力和團隊合作性。

各位好，由於剛出社會找第一份工作，卻疑似遇到不合理待遇， 請各位幫我評估是否符合法律規範!! 工作地點：診所 待遇(底薪+獎金)：32000+3000 原商意工時：全班制，月休6天 週一至週五：早2.5 + 午3 + 晚3 周六：早2.5 + 午3 (週六晚間及周日不看診) (這部分我到現在才知道已超過基本工時雙週不得超過84的限制) 問題：診所提出人員太多，要我減少班次為以下 週一至週五：午3+晚3 周六：早2.5 + 午3 (隔周) 又由於剛開業，星期一晚上、星期三早上以及隔周六其實是沒有診的(沒開店) 請問這樣老闆以不滿每周42小時要求我只能以時薪計算合理嗎? 薪資計算方法卻把原本休診日都算到時薪分母內， 而實際上班數卻不含本來就休診的時數。 另外請問，勞基法有規定月薪者最低工時嗎? 先謝謝各位!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.9.131

標題[心得] 聽見你的聲音+求解毒劑

之前看學校2013後 迷上李鍾碩和金宇彬 剛好有聽見你的聲音解毒 個人本來對法律類的戲沒啥興趣 但這部看了第一集後就停不下來 到後來放慢腳步是因為怕太早看完>(看之前已經被雷過彗星媽會死 但看到這段我還是淚流滿面 之後的劇情有回顧這段的話還 是會鼻酸) 但最讓我有深刻體會的是關於"立場" 法庭戲裡的檢察官與律師就是簡單明瞭的對比 彗星成為受害者時痛恨無罪推定原則 但為修夏辯護時卻慶幸有這個原則 處於不同的立場 就會有全然不同的感受與想法 因為自己未來職業的關係 站在對方的角度來想非常重要 看了這部之後真的是受益良多 再來簡單談一下角色和演員 朴修夏(李鍾碩) 本來以為同樣是高中生 朴修夏可能跟高南舜感覺差不多 但看了之後完全就是不同的兩個人啊 很佩服李鍾碩的演技 當然看了這部後我也如眾多少女/姊姊愛上朴修夏XD 8集結尾的吻落下的那滴淚實在是太唯美帥氣了! 張彗星(李寶英) 我真的很喜歡這個角色 聰明率直善良 雖然有時候沒禮貌又傲嬌 但寶英姐姐演起來就特別可愛XD 值得一提的是小時候的彗星 雖然戲分不多但非常搶眼 演技十分到位令人印象深刻 車貫宇(尹相鉉) 選男友可以選朴修夏 但選老公的話一定要選他啦XDDD 連彗星媽都感化不了的閔俊國 最後卻被車辯稍稍動搖了 徐度妍(李多熙) 小時候的度妍十分惹人厭 但長大後的度妍卻讓我目光移不開她(實在是太正XD) 尤其後段與黃達鍾的橋段 我每看必流淚 整部戲的節奏掌握得很好 除了17集前半回憶太多有拖戲之嫌 結尾也收得很棒很完整 雖然有些梗很早就猜到(閔俊國自己砍斷自己的手 度妍的生父是黃達鍾) 但也有猜不到劇情走向的時候(修夏的判決我看得超緊張的 心中一直默念拜託無罪啊XDDD) 總而言之就是 我中毒了XDDDDD 最後重點來了 有沒有解毒劑啊??!!!!!! 希望是2011之後的劇 已看過的有: Dream High (很愛!但我是國美派XD) 49天 (超愛 心中排名前三的韓劇) 我的公主 (劇情普通 主要還是對男女主角的愛) 最佳愛情 (棄追 即使有對車大叔的愛也不夠> -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.153.123

【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦台北雙子星大樓聯合開發弊案，昨天2度以被告身分，將台北市財政局長邱大展約談到案，經過1整天的訊問後，認為邱涉犯《貪污治罪條例》圖利罪，以及《刑法》詐欺得利、背信、洩密等罪嫌，諭令100萬元交保，並限制出境出海。

昨天深夜請辭獲准的邱大展，本來以為這次檢調約談會大事不妙，在移送北檢複訊時，不僅公開表示「我這輩子毀了」，甚至透過律師發聲，直指檢調輕率辦案，「毀掉一個無辜的人的一生，令人憤慨」，但是當他重保離開北檢法警室時，卻低調不發一語。

其實檢調早已掌握邱大展的犯罪事證，先查出太極雙星團隊動用政商關係標下雙子星大樓，實際上卻是空殼，毫無執行能力，深入追查又發現，團隊負責人何岳儒及發言人王佑仁涉嫌偽造投標文件，謊稱有外商資金挹注，取得最優議約權後，再吸引下包競標各項工程，從中賺取差價，已依詐欺罪將2人收押禁見。

事後又有人咬出邱大展不僅與王佑仁熟識，2人還時常在邱的辦公室密商，太極雙星詐標一案，邱不僅知情，甚至獻策指導業者如何規避不法，與何、王2人根本是共犯結構。

檢調在今年3月底，第一次約談邱大展到案後，暫先將他請回，經過4個多月的搜證，確認多名證人、被告指證邱大展的不法事證，可信度相當高，昨天上午再次以被告身分將他約談到案，並一一提示證據請邱說明，邱遇到敏感的部分故意避重就輕，但又沒有合理交待，檢察官訊問後，認為他涉有重嫌，但重要的2名被告目前均在收押中，暫無羈押的必要性，諭令交保候傳。
