【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院朝野黨團幹部傍晚進行朝野協商確定本次臨時會不討論核四公投案，民進黨主席蘇貞昌也在協商結束後到立院議場前發表談話，並感謝這5天佔據議場的綠委們。蘇貞昌強調，民進黨願將今天這一步當成朝野走向和解的一步，並呼籲馬總統應立即宣布停建核四，一舉解決社會長年爭議。

蘇貞昌說，因黨團同仁夜宿議場，反核到底、一步不讓，而民意高達七成反對續建核四，政府根本不必浪費資源舉辦公投。過去馬總統始終拒絕與社會溝通，才會爆發一波又一波風起雲湧的公民運動。

蘇貞昌批評，主政者一錯再錯，犯錯還不認錯，一而再、再而三與人民為敵，挑戰人民忍耐極限，民進黨這次強硬對抗並不是執政黨與在野黨衝突，而是總統與人民衝突，總統選擇站在人民對立面，而民進黨選擇和人民站在一起。

對《軍事審判法》明可望三讀，因凱道25萬人民站出來，讓國民黨終於同意讓《軍審法》儘速三讀，不但回應了洪家訴求，也能避免類似悲劇再次發生，「這一步是主政者在強大公民力量前，不得不低頭！」

【綜合報導】毒物科權威、林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任林杰樑，昨午因肺部感染併發多重器官衰竭逝世，僅55歲。其妻譚敦慈是護理師，長年協助丈夫義診、檢測毒物，林醫師臨終前，她在病榻前嘆，「夫妻情30年還不夠，你是我最親近的人。」

林杰樑30歲時，迎娶小4歲的護理師譚敦慈，兩人生活、工作緊密聯繫，夫妻常隨林杰樑大學時成立的綠十字醫療服務團下鄉義診，譚也是林的實驗室助理，協助檢測毒物。自大七就開始洗腎的林杰樑，都在家由妻子協助每周3次、每次4小時洗腎。

2人結褵25年、育有2子，一家4口關係緊密，譚敦慈守在加護病房內，聲聲呼喚他，泣訴「如果可以，我願折壽給你」，也令一旁女記者也淚流滿面。

大部分的20幾歲年輕員工一定經常在心裡這麼抱怨。

其實我也不例外。整理廣播節目播報室的資料、準備氣象報告的稿子、報紙剪報、處理觀眾寄來的抗議或抱怨信……。比起拿著麥克風說話，新進播報員必須花更多時間處理這些雜事。

當時還不成熟的我，在做這些雜事時總是擺著一張臭臉，直到有一天，一位年長的導播看不下去，便這樣勸我：「我們導播只要看新人打雜時的態度，就能看出他的未來。」

對於菜鳥助理導播來說，最重要的工作就是訂便當。這些便當是為了給藝人或工作人員在錄影的空檔食用的。訂便當可說是雜事中的雜事吧。

但據說只要看新人訂便當的方法，就能看出他將來是否能成為一名成功的導播。而且在導播的世界裡，這是人盡皆知的常識。

【周昭平／高雄報導】由一群高雄在地醫師、教師、工程師等音樂愛好者組成的「天生歌手」合唱團，2010年成軍，隔年參加文建會舉辦的建國百年合唱大賽，就勇奪混聲組全國冠軍，明晚將在大東藝文中心舉辦「拉丁特調」音樂會，上半場將演唱南美洲巴西、阿根廷等8個國家代表作品，下半場則是台灣及客家等民謠小調。

合唱團團長、高雄榮總放射腫瘤科主治醫師陳建勳說，樂團成員本身都有音樂以外的專職工作，因為喜愛合唱而聚在一起，利用每周五晚間練唱，沒想到首次參賽就奪冠，邀請旅美音樂博士沈新欽擔任音樂總監，這次將挑戰南美洲西班牙語與葡萄亞語等高難度曲目。

去年八月才加入的高師大附中校長李金鴦說，工作多年後深感藝術讓自己更圓滿與富足，儘管合唱曲目對非音樂專業的自己來說有困難度，但透過每次練習與錄音後回家反覆練習，對合唱音樂更能享受與融入。
