紐約商品期貨交易所（COMEX）12月黃金期貨8月5日收盤下跌8.1美元或0.6%成為每盎司1,302.4美元，美元指數下跌0.1%，9月白銀期貨下跌1%成為每盎司19.719美元。紐約商業交易所（NYMEX）10月鉑金期貨下跌0.2%成為每盎司1,448.1美元，9月鈀金期貨上漲0.8%成為每盎司735.20美元。彭博社報導，金價連續5天下跌，創下5月以來的最長連續下跌走勢，主要受到美元上揚的影響。

全球最大黃金上市交易基金（ETF）--SPDR黃金信託基金（GLD.US）5日黃金持有量持平為918.64公噸。最大的白銀ETF--安碩白銀指數基金（SLV.US），白銀持有量持平為10,396.73公噸。

全球產量第三大的金礦商英美黃金阿散蒂公司（AngloGold Ashanti Limited）澳大利亞執行副總Graham Ehm表示，該公司將會擴充在澳洲的營運規模，並認為未來金價的上揚將足以抵消能源成本上漲的負面影響。

Ehm表示，金價目前約在每盎司1,300美元價位，而該公司明年度的營運計劃會以略低於目前的價位為基礎，並認為金價走勢長期仍舊偏多，主要因為中國大陸與印度的需求仍將增長，而金礦的供應並沒有辦法快速增加。

英國金融時報（Financial Times）4日報導，雖然大型業者尚無動作，但根據數名資深貴金屬銀行家的說法，中小型金礦公司已開始在最近幾個月趕著作空期貨來進行避險。巴克萊金屬暨礦業銷售部主管Martyn Whitehead表示，過去3-6個月以來全球估計有150-200萬盎斯(1公噸約3.5萬盎司)的黃金已實施避險動作。

印度發行量最大的英文報紙《The Hindu》8月4日報導，印度喀拉拉邦金銀商會（Kerala Gold and Silver Merchants Association）主席B. Girirajan表示，印度央行為抑制經常帳赤字飆漲而祭出的連串黃金進口限制措施，可能導致印度黃金市場的供應短缺以及加工費用攀高，並使得國際金價的下跌無法反映至印度的國內金價，此可能反而導致走私以及黑市的交易增加。

道瓊斯通訊社8月3日報導，自6月以來，印度政府限制黃金進口的措施預估最多已經導致50萬名的金飾加工與銷售人員失業。印度珠寶貿易聯盟（All India Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation）主席Ashok Minawala指出，如果政府限制黃金進口的措施繼續執行，整個產業可能有超過一半或約達100萬人將會面臨失業。

紐約商品期貨交易所（COMEX）2013年9月期銅8月5日收盤下跌0.1%成為每磅3.1680美元。美國自由港麥克墨倫銅金礦公司（Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.）印尼公司（PT Freeport Indonesia）總裁Rozik B. Soetjipto表示，5月中發生28人致死意外後重新開啟的全球第二大銅礦格雷斯堡（Grasberg），其露天以及地下礦場作業均已經恢復至正常產能的80%-90%，但今年的產量預期將較原先的生產目標減少約20%。

自由港公司表示，今年的銅產量目標為11億磅，黃金產量則預估為120萬盎司。格雷斯堡此前的關閉預估令該公司今年第二季的銅產量減少1.25億磅，黃金產量減少12.5萬盎司。此外，Soetjipto也表示，在與印尼政府重新協商的開採合約當中，銅金銀的開採權利金分別將由原先的3.5%、1%、1%，上調至4%、3.75%、3.25%。

我媽想到免費，可上網，一個月200元

因我爸沒有手機，我媽想說不然給我爸用，出門聯絡也比較方便

考慮一下就答應了，後來隔3.4天由快遞寄送來手機跟簽約書(?)

簽約書這部分我問我媽，她說當時已經下午5.6點，我家在鄉下沒路燈看不清楚

只知道快遞要她簽收包裹跟另外一張不知道是什麼東西?

因快遞一直催促，我媽就簽了

我只知道這隻真的爛到爆

後來致電到台灣大詢問

才知道月租200沒錯，但僅前12個月，第13個月恢復原價起為月租401元

有上網也沒錯，但不是吃到飽，僅有1G流量，每個月還要另外繳99元，從第13個月起恢復原價為250元

等於是從13個月起每個月要繳651元，上網還僅有1G!

我跟客服講說，這隻門號跟手機我們不要了，請幫我們退租

客服居然說退租要繳違約金6000!!

我說妳們用這種手段跟詐騙有什麼差別?

客服回答說這是經銷商承辦的，我們公司對內容不清楚

好一個推卸責任阿～這樣跟國防布有什麼差別？

後來我堅持要跟主管談，若不處理我要提告消基會(未滿7日)

主管才答應在3日內給我們答覆

最後提醒~我覺得台灣大這種手段真的很惡劣

老人家對手機跟資費完全不了解，電信商就用一些噱頭來誘騙老人

來達到自己業績，有問題還不認帳

【財經中心／台北報導】大立光（3008）、宏達電（2498）今天相繼公布7月營收，其中大立光為21.01億元，月增率6.6%，宏達電則為157.28億元，較6月下滑28.75%。
 
股王大立光在非蘋陣營手機訂單挹注下，7月營收突破21億元，月增率6.6%，隨著蘋果新產品訂單最快8月開始出貨，營收可明顯成長，本季營收將逐月走高，季增率上看15~20%
 
宏達電因為高階機種銷售動能趨緩，中階機種還無法銜接，7月營收滑落至157.28億元，月減28.75%，內部預估，本季營收介於500~600億元。

【綜合報導】澳洲一名女子亞歷珊大(Alicia Alexander)在今年4月的時候，指出有一隻野生無尾熊跟著她一起進入屋內，讓她相當驚喜。

影片中只見這隻無尾熊不斷在屋內四處探索，似乎對這間屋子很滿意。途中亞歷珊大試圖餵無尾熊喝水，並和無尾熊玩起來，而無尾熊也黏著亞歷珊大，遲遲不肯離去。

最後亞歷珊大將無尾熊引到庭園外，無尾熊才願意離去，爬上樹幹。從無尾熊的胸前沒有胸腺判斷，這隻無尾熊應該是雌性。

【劉志原╱台北報導】吳姓男子今年2月間任職於台北市NOVA商場時，利用職務之便，將店內價值590元的迷你無線路由器拿回家自用，並將訂價800元的4G記憶體以600元售出後侵吞貨款，台北地院依業務侵占罪，判他11個月，可易科罰金33萬元；仍可上訴。

判決指出，吳男拿走迷你無線路由器及賣出記憶體後，均在店內的電腦出貨單上，登載貨品已售出，經店家發現貨款金額不符，調閱店內監視畫面後才知是遭被告拿走，立刻報警處理，吳男遭檢察官起訴後，當庭向法官認罪，法官考量被告沒前科，他犯案2次各判刑6個月，2罪合併執行11個月，可以罰金1000元易科1天。
