年花千萬 警政署訂西裝挨批

全國各縣市警察局，平均每年幫刑事警察做一套西裝，但其實刑警出勤抓歹徒，根本很少穿西裝，平常都放在衣櫃裡，有資深刑警累積15套西裝，也有人反映，可否改買運動服、比較實穿的衣服，但都被上級單位打回票，因此忍不住抱怨警政署，每年編列3500萬的預算，購買價值約5千元的西裝，根本就是浪費。

打開衣櫃，三套西裝整齊吊在裡頭，這一套是今年最新訂做的，連牌子都還沒拆，全台灣內勤以及刑警，警政署都有幫忙訂製西裝，卻有人抱怨根本不實穿，當便服刑事小隊長15年，得到15件西裝，哪有場合穿上它？

基層刑警：「基層刑警穿西裝的機會真的很少，因為我們外出幾乎都是穿輕便的服裝。」

全台7000名左右偵查佐，都有一套價值5千元上下的西裝，新北市兩年做一套，台北市一年一套，每4年還另外發冬裝，一年花費至少3500萬以上公帑，花色材質可以選，但款式都得一樣，基層有人建議，何不改發背心、防寒衣，或是全套運動服，也許更實穿些。

警政署行政組長陳明宏：「(將會)依它的實用性，它的需求性，再行來檢討評估。」

就像制服一樣，樣式必須統一，刑事局高階警官到菲律賓查案，或是參加跨國研討會，都會穿上統一規格的筆挺西裝，塑造簡約俐落的台灣警察形象，不過站在第一線追緝歹徒的基層刑警，要隱藏身分、活動量大，警政署的訂做西裝，美意對他們來說，恐怕只能「心領」，無法實際體會，到頭來只是浪費。

我大學畢業就去中研院當約聘人員(MIS,網管),一做就做了四年, 所方每年過年前都會討論要 FIRE 那些人, 我不幸的在第四年被資遣, 結果出去找工作,我有找到幾間公司,但是都做不久, 台灣的公司,根本沒人要中研院出來的人,害我 一下子就失業十年,這十年都靠親友和低收入戶救濟金維生, 每天都很想自殺,因為要事業要錢--我沒有,要女朋友要老婆要家庭--我沒有, 我也得了精神病和另一個重大傷病, 現在有兩張殘障手冊,每天都跑醫院看病, 真是慘!有人也和我一樣的嗎? 還有,勸大家第一份工作千萬不要去中研院. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.76.96

向馬提「君無戲言」 洪爸爸：確實失禮

陸軍下士洪仲丘昨天告別式，洪爸爸當面向總統馬英九說「君無戲言」。今天洪爸爸對昨天發言感到「確實比較不禮貌」。

洪仲丘昨天舉行告別式，馬總統親自前去上香致哀，並探視洪爸爸及洪媽媽，洪爸爸當面向馬總統提及務必追出真相，還說「君無戲言，不要最後變成句句謊言」。

洪爸爸今天被問及昨天對總統的發言時感到自己確實有點失禮了。他指出，因為馬總統第1次到訪時，當時對總統還存有信心，曾向總統提到「君無戲言」。

洪爸爸表示，昨天馬總統第2次來，主動提到案情，自己才會又講一次。他覺得馬總統身為三軍統帥，對總統講這些話「確實比較不禮貌」。

洪爸爸說，自己只是一個小老百姓，只是要真相，而且現在正在討論的「軍事審判法」的修正問題，關係後面要服兵役的人權，由於真相不明，出於無奈，才會這麼說。

在告別式之後，洪爸爸與洪媽媽今天很早就起床，打掃住處附近環境。洪爸爸心情也稍為平靜，提到昨天對總統的談話，不忘重申「有些失禮」。

2013 宜蘭國際童玩藝術節傳出大喜事，18年來第一位童玩寶寶4日來到這個美麗世界，縣長夫人林素雲5日偕同縣政府文化局長林秋芳前往羅東聖母醫院探視這位幸運寶寶和她的父母親，送上大紅包、水果禮盒、冠軍宜蘭椅和一家四口終身童玩護照等大禮。

這位童玩寶寶的母親是22歲的古柔竺、父親是21歲的黃聖閔，在新竹市從事中古汽車生意，夫婦兩還有一位3歲的女兒。他們是於4日上午與另外兩個家庭一起到宜蘭童玩節遊玩。

當時因為古柔竺懷有身孕，遂由丈夫帶著大女兒去玩水，她在岸上休息。不到一會兒的功夫，突然感覺腹部陣痛起來，先到園區醫護站就醫，醫護人員驚覺不對勁，上午9時30分許趕緊通報救護車送往聖母醫院，約11點30分生下女寶寶。

女寶寶的預產期為8月23日。聖母醫院副院長蔡米山表示，因胎位不正，所以剖腹生產，體重為1700公克，母女平安。但因體重較輕，目前留在保溫箱中照顧。

為慶祝童玩節舉辦18年來的第一位童玩寶寶，縣長夫人林素雲特別到醫院探望，並致贈4張童玩節終身護照、象徵六六大順的禮金6600元與平安長大的蘋果禮盒、宜蘭椅設計大賞第一名作品「搖鴨搖」予以祝賀，並歡迎每年都來童玩節遊玩。聖母醫院也特別接待童玩寶寶，將原本的4人房升等至單人房，住房費也會特別優待。

(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北4日電)台北電腦應用展進入第4天，適逢周日例假日，主辦單位之一台北市電腦公會粗估，觀展人次估計達52萬。

2013台北電腦應用展進入第4天，適逢周日例假日，世貿一館展區被大批觀展人潮擠爆，公會表示，下午世貿一館B區更由於人潮眾多，二氧化碳濃度相對偏高，特別進行人流管制，並疏導觀展民眾從其他出入口進出。

公會粗估，今天觀展民眾約18萬人次，累計開幕迄今展期4天，看展人潮已經達到52萬人次；從銷售狀況來看，公會粗估今年前4天展期整體銷售狀況，已經較去年4天展期超過25%。

觀察主要熱夯產品銷售狀況，公會指出，今天整體銷售狀況最佳的產品仍是筆記型電腦產品，占整體產品銷售比重約4成左右；數位相機居次，占比約近2成，平板電腦和手機產品占比約各9%。

從通路商的回報狀況來看，第三代英特爾Core i5處理器的筆記型電腦產品，銷售狀況相對佳；15.6吋和13.3吋筆記型電腦產品，銷售狀況相對亮眼。

觀察看展民眾對各消費產品喜好程度，公會表示，從現場回報的狀況來看，在筆記型電腦部分，華碩、宏碁、蘋果(Apple)和東芝(Toshiba)產品，較受觀展民眾青睞。

在數位相機部分，公會表示，佳能(Canon)、尼康(Nikon)、Panasonic、索尼(Sony)等產品，觀展民眾偏好比例較高。1020804

  • 狂犬病疫情野火燎原，中央流行疫情指揮中心3日公布，又有13例鼬獾確診為狂犬病，創下單日新高，且短短一天之內，多了1縣市、7鄉鎮淪陷。

新北市消防局4日晚間接獲民眾報案，在雙溪山區尋獲鼬獾屍體，警消立即派人將屍體撿回包進塑膠袋處理。

據《蘋果日報》報導，4日凌晨到清晨時分，民眾分別通報在坪林、雙溪、平溪的山區發現鼬獾屍體，晚間6點多又有民眾報案，在雙溪山區尋獲鼬獾屍體。警消不敢大意，立刻派員前往撿屍，包入塑膠袋後通報動保處人員處理。

新北市動保處自狂犬病發生以來，已收到74件檢體，20件檢驗結果為陰性，4件嚴重腐爛無法檢驗，其他檢體仍在檢驗中，目前新北市尚未失守，出現狂犬病案例。動保處呼籲民眾切勿恐慌，民眾應嚴守「2不1要」原則，不棄養、不接觸野生動物及要每年1次注射狂犬病疫苗。

新北市動保處說，因應未來可能發生疫情，動保處及10間動物之家在週末兩天為民眾提供寵物疫苗注射，目前已累計注射1萬1310劑疫苗。此外，新北市成立的「狂犬病疫災應變小組」已增設防疫專線2959-1781，民眾有狂犬疫情相關疑問可撥打詢問。

目前決定要辦大省方案 但手機一直遲遲決定不了 個人對於 SONY ZL 、 ASUS PFI 都有一些考慮的點 我本身使用的用途是 上網 + 玩遊戲 較多 有爬過文，得知PFI硬體略勝，但差距並不很大，價格也一樣 另外，鑑於目前使用的 HTC Desire HD 已經兩年半，實在是頓到不行 所以未來的新手機希望他是能撐比較久一點的 簡單來說-- 我希望他兩年後順暢度不要降低太多!! 不知道有沒有用過SONY & ASUS 系列手機的人 可以告知一下之前的使用感想，感恩!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.249.180

  • 衛生局舉行記者會說明今年擴大舉辦「憶起慢慢走」系列活動，讓市民對失智症有更進一步的認識。（記者黃村杉攝）

記者黃村杉／新北報導

新北市政府衛生局長林雪蓉5日表示，失智症將是未來國人老化重要的社會議題。指新北市65歲以上長者有36萬多人，是全國老年人口最多的縣市，2012年衛生福利部調查，臺灣65歲以上長者失智症盛行率為4.97％，估算新北市失智症人口約1萬8千人。因此，衛生局今年擴大舉辦「憶起慢慢走」系列活動，讓市民對失智症有更進一步的認識。

衛生局表示，9月21日為國際失智症日，為增進民眾進一步認識失智症、多關心高齡父母健康，將自8月起舉辦一系列關懷活動，指9日有失智症社會資源分享會、23日瑞齡學堂成果發表會、31日及 9月7日 精選「昨日的記憶」、「阿嬤的夢中情人」強檔好片並有免費懷舊美食，以及 9月14日 的健康飲食營養講座，歡迎民眾打電話或上網報名參加。

衛生局提醒，觀察家中長者是否記憶減退影響到工作、無法勝任原本熟悉的事務、言語表達出現問題或是喪失對時間、地點的概念等，都是罹患失智症的警訊，千萬不要輕忽。民眾可自行上衛生局網站下載失智症篩檢量表，進行初步篩檢，如有疑似失智症狀可至各醫院精神科或神經內科作進一步失智篩檢。

港沉船8人落海　2失蹤1昏迷

【綜合報導】今天(3日)下午2時20分，香港青衣西草灣聯合船塢前有一艘木船沉沒，有8人墮海，當場5人已獲救，3人失蹤，港府水警輪及消防船隻仍在現場搜救，飛行服務隊直升機也奉命到場。

消息指出，墮海失蹤者為2男1女，搜救人員在下午4時45分許，成功將1名陷入昏迷的墮海人士救起，至今仍有2人失蹤。

港府直升機出動搜救。香港《蘋果日報》提供

小弟登入帳密+選伺服器都OK正常!

可是呢...

遊戲開始後 左鍵按地板一下

人物就開始自己跟這箭頭走

無法:點NPC 打怪 打字

我前天剛下載好 昨天還都正常玩
