人生最不堪回首的往事與記憶─當兵！

我是考選預官47期，陸軍步兵少尉排長(義務役)，步兵學校結訓後，奉守北部重要兵工廠，擔任警戒防守廠區等重要工作，除此之外，當然也免不了精實的戰技操課訓練。

較一般義務役士官兵，我是預官排長，的確可以度過較為順利的軍旅生活，也多了些彈性與權益，但免不了涉入與週旋於較為市劊的官場文化，不但逢迎拍馬看多了，「官官相護」與「推/脫/閃/逃」等次文化就多到罄竹難書，我身受其害！

民國88年8月中旬，退伍的前三周，身為排長的我，被長官明示要出公差，其實是他家中喜事的協助(你看有多公器私用！)，我與排上近一個班次的弟兄(9員)，被技巧性的排了休假。在等待喜事活動期間，一群人無處可去，台北豔陽高照，在某弟兄提議下，他們先前往合法連鎖的KTV(北部最大二家之一)聚會與歡唱，我收到通知，心想可一起度過等待的時間，殊料，我剛進門，弟兄們剛點完餐點，煙都還沒抽完一根，突然二位弟兄口角不合，當場打了一架，有人受傷了，當下也做了緊急隔離與送醫措施。

但那晚指揮部收到家長投訴，我等一群人緊急被召回，當晚保防官、監察官連番疲累轟炸審訊，擺明就是要我認這個罪，諸多威脅利誘要「扛」這個責任，真是莫名其妙！我算不上是部隊主官，所有的筆錄我沒有完成簽字與畫押，僅他們說唱單向作業，三天後，我收到了退伍前最慘痛的禮物「懲戒令文─夥同連上弟兄於營外行為不檢滋事」。

就這樣，「它」粉碎了我人生的理想，終止了我入伍前與服役中努力已久的心血，考取敏感性公職(司法調查人員)的心願完全歸零。這個軍旅前科，在我的人生履歷中留下污點，請注意，是「夥同」，而不是「連帶責任」。

我何其冤枉！那天下午我僅僅踏進門，沙發都還沒坐熱，結果換來內部調查、審訊與記過，在恣意妄為與枉法裁判下，我身家的清白記錄就怎麼毀了，我毫無反抗的餘地也申訴無門，因為我快退伍了，平安回家是唯一的考量與選擇。

退伍後，我真的成長了，也終於懂「世」了。如果那天我沒扛下來，一定會連帶處分向上發展，總是要有人擔責任來交待，以平息民怨，這就是軍中文化─推/脫/閃/逃！也感慨在軍中這些平常稱兄道弟的志願役學長一副事不關己，誰都怕受牽連處分、怕被記過，因為會影響考績、獎金，甚至影響後來的官陞，他們的前途與錢途很重要，而義務役的我就罪該萬死！！！

時任預官排長的我，都遭受如此待遇，很難想像職階在我下面的士官兵的處境。在我們國家法令與體制未修正前，未來的兵員，你要體認清楚，要認份，「國軍問題多，平安退伍回家最好！」

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案引起全民關注，「803凱道送仲丘」集結25萬人穿白衣，要求政府能夠讓洪仲丘的冤死，公布真相。由醫師吳易澄所改編填詞的《悲慘世界》台語版《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》，打動人心，更成為這次晚會的主題曲。

《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》（台語版《Do You Hear the People Sing》）填詞者吳易澄，今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《黑暗中搖動大鐘的繩索》一文中表示，《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》之所以打動人心，全是因為政府阻絕民意，黑箱政策、威權與卸責，引發全民共憤。

當25萬人集結凱道，要求政府公布一位義務役軍人之死的真相與改革時，總統卻隱身深山，面對排山倒海的批評，只換來一句「謝謝指教」，甚至感到委屈哽咽，仿佛自己才是受害者。

在803萬人送仲丘當天，其實也是苗栗大埔朱姓阿嬤過是3周年。當年因為被毀田而輕生的大埔阿嬤，時任行政院長吳敦義竟只以「這婦女好像平時就有一點病痛，好像是憂鬱」來搪塞，當權者袒護有權力者，一味的對受害者落井下石。

從洪案、徵地都更到服貿爭議，群眾上街表達心聲卻遭政府暴力對待，這也徹底粉碎對國家的信任。《你敢有聽著咱唱歌》歌詞，反映人民的心聲，就像是傷心的人渴望被理解一樣。若要以一句話來為台灣定調，那麼就是人民無力對抗政府與財團。
