主要的原因出在，
樣品屋的石材地磚只有紋路並無裂痕，
合約書也有載明這是天然石材，
難免會有天然紋路，
並沒有寫會有天然裂痕，
這幾塊地磚和樣品屋的地磚真的有點差距~~~~~

而導火線就出在包商老闆的態度，
他是指著我太太的臉，
大聲斥責我太太"您不要太吹毛求疵"，
說真的，要吹毛求疵的話，
在施工時，二樓次臥房有堆放建材、油漆等，
地磚表面都是磨損痕跡，
也拖過地，也用去漬油擦過都無效，
也沒要求他換啊~~~~

包商對屋主驗屋所列缺失有疑慮時，
難道不應該先向屋主解釋及說明，
而是見到屋主就直接開罵？
如果罵的是您太太，您再來說我龜毛吧~~~

說到這個，真要龜毛的話，
外牆二丁掛的款式和樣品屋所展示的根本不是同一塊，
不知道有幾位住戶有發現..........

通知驗屋後，車庫我已用水徹底的清洗過，才將有明顯裂痕(用手摸的到縫)的貼上膠帶.......
相片中的沙塵髒污是近期產生的.....

回想當初在貼地磚時，我就有發現很多塊有明顯裂痕，
已當場向主任反映(當時的工地主任並不是現在這一位)，
隔壁及對面的地磚都沒啥裂痕，為何我家這麼多塊有裂痕？
主任說那都是天然紋路啦，
因為剛貼(抹地磚縫)，所以表面仍是濕的也有髒污，
交屋前洗一洗就好了，
若洗過確定是裂縫的話將幫您換掉~~~~~

結果卻變成我龜毛~~~

就算是買一台6~7萬的機車或是60~70萬的國產轎車，
若發現鈑金有刮痕，
或是燈殼有裂痕，
有車主會說沒關係嗎？

更何況是一間一千多萬的房子，
車庫地磚"天然石材"多塊有裂痕破損，
以及屋內磁磚縫隙小洞很多，
(是"目"沒抹好，不是地磚有空點)
先一一貼上缺失再說~~~~

就在交驗屋缺失單過兩天後去現場，
我太太先去現場，我去處理其他事後才過去，
去到現場時便聽到屋內有人在大吼大叫，
客廳傳來那位先生大吼"您不要太吹毛求疵！"
然後就看到一位先生和主任一起走出來，
我還向主任問好呢，但他倆都不理我一直往事務所走~~~~

唉，原來剛剛在客廳，
是我太太被那位先生指著頭大聲的斥責
"妳不要太吹毛求疵！"

這會不會太誇張啊~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

事後去找經理詢問，
經理查證後告知那位是地磚包商老闆，
施工有瑕疵，
卻惱羞成怒罵客戶"吹毛求疵"？

昨日再去現場，看見車庫地磚已更換多塊收工中，
因有發現尚有幾塊裂痕破損明顯，
便向師父詢問，
師傅回答"幫您們換這樣還不滿意的話，乾脆全部翻掉"，
我向師父說真的還有幾塊不行啦，
師傅便CALL另一位"應該是工頭"來看，
這位先生說這都是正常的不用換，

並大聲叫我不要"太龜毛"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
還說"我絕對不會再過來替您們更換地磚"~~~

這這~~~~~~~~到底是啥情形？
出錢的人沒有說話的權利？
大哥您要罵就在心理或背後罵就好，
態度和老闆如出一轍~~~真是上樑~~~

於是再請主任過來，
主任呱啦刮啦一直解釋，節錄如下~~~
"這是天然紋路是正常的啦"
"工人很難叫，連我都要看他的臉色"
"這次來幫您換是我拜託他們很多次才來換的"
"沒辦法扣他們工程款啦，他們會過來打架"
您~~~您~~~~相信嗎？
工人及包商真的很難請嗎？
(還是低價的很難請？)

這一陣子和住戶聯繫的結果，
地磚有缺失的部分要更換並不容易，
主任說這幾塊地磚不影響居住非缺失，
我只想說新車被刮漆也不影響使用，
也可以交車~~~~

屋內缺失大多是牆壁裂痕或地磚縫有小洞，
應該較少無法協調修繕的問題，

樓梯梯面扶手處地面幾乎每一階都有空心處，
並非只有膠帶貼的那一點，而是那一區域，

但這個部分主任有說明是因裝扶手難免會有此現象，
就算重貼也會有空心處，
我告知我只是把發現空心的地方貼上去，
是否為缺失、需不需要修繕還是由您們來解說，
我當場就說那就沒關係~~~~~~並無龜毛喔~~~

還是有幾階貼的很好啊(沒貼膠帶的地磚一整片黏的超紮實的)~~~~~

看來我要再多多修身養性，
我們對車庫地磚還有疑慮部分的如下圖，
這真的是我太龜毛嗎？

裂損較嚴重的共換了20片左右，一些已更換及其四周的地磚圖檔如下，
我要強調的是其他住戶的地磚幾乎都是如下圖所示，
這樣的天然石材地磚很漂亮吧？

像這兩片"較不嚴重的"裂損"在其他住戶家都很不太容易發現，
更何況是較嚴重已換掉那些~~~

主任說，要包商認定比較嚴重裂損的地磚他們才會更換，
他們認定比較嚴重的就換了約20塊，
(這些較嚴重的忘了照近照，是我不對~~)
上面這兩片是"比較不嚴重"的，
由此可知所換掉的那些裂損的程度為何了~~~

話說回來，
包商都已願意幫我換了約20片，
已讓整個車庫漂亮多了，
只差那兩片有裂損的，
也算該要謝謝他們吧~~~~~
只是大聲指責我太太和我這部分較難以接受，
真要如主任所言因為他們沒讀書，
所以說話較粗俗，不要和他們計較嗎？

但沒讀書怎成語還說得這麼溜呢？還是~~~~~
我這樣認定也算"吹毛求疵"嗎？

書寫、筆書是一門藝術，雖然科技不斷進步，但我們仍需要寫作。然而，隨著字寫得越來越少，儘管仍然在書寫，我們寫錯或不會寫的字卻變多了，而句子也因應網路效應越來越短，不然就是仰賴輸入法自動選字的功能，導致沒有電腦，就有一半以上的字詞、成語不會寫。

也許句子的長短、內容無法用科技彌補，但是至少現在錯字可以了！在募資平台 Kickstarer 上，有一項號稱能自動偵錯的智慧筆叫做 Learnstift 已經募資成功。

發明只是為了解決小孩的寫錯字問題

這款智慧筆的名字 Learnstift 在德文中，意思是「學習的筆」。

該筆的發明者 Falk Wolsky 宣稱，靈感來自於煩惱自己不專心的兒子在寫作業的時候不斷分心，犯下許多書寫、拼音上的錯誤。

在 2012 年秋天的時候， Falk 的老婆曾抱怨說：「希望兒子寫錯字的時候，手中的筆可以指出他的錯誤。」Falk 就說：「那我們來做吧！」。於是這個想幫兒子解決問題的好爸爸便著手研究，最後決定用震動來提醒使用者書寫上的錯誤。

就是如此生活化的靈感，促進了 Learnstift 的誕生。
