離島地區要發展，最缺的就是水、電與交通，金門也不例外；隨著兩岸局勢和緩，金門終可大陸接水，下一步就是解決接電與金廈大橋交通等問題了。

十多年前，前縣長陳水在任內金門就曾面臨旱災危機，由於兩岸三通還未開放，只能向台灣本島尋求支援；之後李炷烽擔任縣長，雖然與大陸方面加強交流，但礙於民進黨執政，政治問題讓自大陸接水一事始終不成。

隨著國民黨重新執政，兩岸關係良好，本著離島民生問題優先的原則，兩岸政府終於點頭，讓這條喊了十餘年的水管終能接起。

過去十年裡，有不少專家學者直接建議先蓋金廈大橋，如此一來，水、電管線就可附掛在橋梁上，工程成本低，維修也容易，一次就能解決離島金門水、電兩重大民生問題。

立委楊應雄指出，自大陸接電肯定是未來金門要再爭取的，而金廈大橋也是如此；相信只要民眾有共識，兩岸政府就會重視，離島的水、電與交通問題就能逐一獲得解決。

名模小蠻昨晚（24日）擔任「藝人大賞派對」的頒獎人，活動中有多位伊林模特兒進行走秀表演，身為學姊的小蠻笑說：「稍早前都有跟他們聊過，每個都很會講話，好像都有先寫好稿！」她還透露模特兒新人輩出，自己現在也習慣被稱呼「姐姐」了，還表示學姊們都不會藏私，相當樂於與學妹分享所學經驗。

小蠻昨晚特地穿上自己設計的服飾參加派對，她將上衣剪出流蘇時尚感，還搭配皮短裙，露出性感小蠻腰跟修長美腿，「今天是刻意打扮ROCK裝，希望展現性感又具備時尚風格的造型！」小蠻的好身材在拍照時連攝影們都驚嘆連連而且相機閃光燈閃不停，拍攝後她開心的說：「還有攝影大哥要我轉圈圈呢！」

昨晚派對上星光閃耀，出席的藝人有小蠻、胡宇威、炎亞綸、陳妍希、魔幻力量等明星，還有眾多伊林模特兒走秀表演，引領最新潮流時尚，現場也吸引了許多粉絲前往參加派對！

梅拉比火山（Mount Merapi）是印尼500多個火山中最活躍的火山，昨(22日)火山口噴出高達1000公尺的火山灰，當地居民已緊急撤離。

據《中央社》報導，印尼火山及地質減災中心主管蘇羅諾（Surono）呼籲居民保持冷靜，目前的情況為正常的火山活動，相關部門會繼續關注。

印尼國家災害應變總署發言人蘇托波（Sutopo Purwo Nugroho）表示，發生該火山活動之後，附近數百居民進行緊急撤離。目前，除了老弱婦孺仍在避難所，其餘部份民眾已返回家園。

據悉，梅拉比火山（Mount Merapi）為活躍火山，在2010年的爆發中，造成逾300人死亡，35萬民眾撤離。

此外，住在距離梅拉比火山10公里的民眾依妮（Eni Pudyastuti）表示，她目睹很多房子被火山灰掩埋，且伴有轟隆的巨響。

之前看了Madaz2、Livina、Fiesta、Fit、PriusC等車款 長輩不是很喜歡Fit 說是後座很差（大概是為了摺疊輕量化） 即將改款、honda維修貴 但就像大家說的，有愛什麼都沒問題 說什麼都擋不住想買Fit的心，只是拖時間而已 XDDDD -- 先說當初談好的菜單～ FIT VTI-S 66.9萬 空車無多點觸控螢幕，折7萬 業務送 行車安心組（打氣機、手套等…） 廣角鏡 車身隔熱 3M 8803C 海馬防水腳墊 加價購 速控上鎖與遙控收鏡組 3990 超音波防盜系統 4300 抬頭顯示器 2590 30~60歲女性 乙式險-免自付+免追償/竊盜險-自付10%+免折/意外險 200.400.50/強制險 共29000元（稍多一點，忘了） 牌照、燃料、規費、選號、手續費 共9929元 共計約64.8萬現金價 另外貸款了30萬24期，動保設定費3500元 -- 再來說說交車的小驚喜 鑰匙皮套（拿來裝備用鑰匙不錯～加減用） 遙控鑰匙*2（之前做功課是備用那把沒有遙控器？不能去打一把折疊了阿～～～～～） ETC申辦（省得我自己搞小動作>.^） 連動解鎖（說好的簽切結書呢？） 業務說本來該給的就會給 有些菜單連Data dot都會灌進去，看起來很華麗 我還笑說怎麼不寫上方向盤一個、輪胎四顆之類的 大約一小時迅速講解、確認完 就去協進貼前擋隔熱紙 老闆功力很好，我連貼手機保護貼都手殘了… 不過右下角有裁剪上的2mm小瑕疵 小老闆很乾脆的給了小優惠，自己還算滿意的～ （老婆非常不滿，但雨刷擋住不明顯 XDD） 以後要貼車身仍會選擇協進！ 現在在考慮裝尾翼…美規的好看 但我不想鑽孔阿～～用貼的又怕不牢orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.153.161

熱氣球好可怕　動物嚇到不治

【綜合報導】搭乘熱氣球漫遊高空，不少人為了體驗這一風潮，排上數小時隊也甘願，對人類來說熱氣球可能相當浪漫刺激，但對動物來說，巨大的熱氣球就像是可怕的敵人。

英國一位於蘭納郡的農場動物庇護所，這個月初發生一熱氣球低空飛過庇護所上空時，巨大的引擎聲嚇壞裡面的動物，就有兩頭白鶆䴈嚇到四處亂竄，不停撞擊圍欄想逃出去，其中一頭名為哈米許的鶆䴈嚴重痙攣，獸醫不得不讓牠安樂死。
 
雖然引發動物恐慌的維京熱氣球公司表示，願意賠償庇護所的損失，不過哈米許的生命再也挽不回，熱氣球公司解釋說因為庇護所並未被標為「不建議飛行地區」，熱氣球才會低空飛過準備降落，不過現在已將庇護所列入禁飛地區，以防悲劇重演。

記者莊漢昌／台南報導 住紮在台南軍用機場的空軍443聯隊，為了辦理『全民國防教育』，預計8月10日於該基地 推出雷虎小組60週年暨營區開放活動，近來並加緊演練，卻因未事先知會地方，導致每天 飛機起落頻繁，轟隆的噪音擾人，鄰近機場里民紛紛向市議員林美燕陳情，林美燕議員特 邀軍方與地方協商，該聯隊隊長熊厚基向里長們表達歉意，強調未來軍機訓練時間將以不 影響居民作息，並拉高飛行高度。 空軍443聯隊為對南區居民表達歉意，25日由聯隊長熊厚基帶領多位幹部，專程到市議員林 美燕服務處，與大恩里長施國熙、大林里長謝崑山、府南里長曾志耀、新生里長王安國、 明德里長陳瑞華、大成里長朱明湖、荔宅里長張英、建南里長江勝雄、大忠社區理事長杜 明憲等協商，熊厚基坦承該基地為了辦理雷虎小組60週年慶，特加強表演機隊的演練，卻 疏忽未事先知會地方，造成地方困擾，該聯隊深感歉意。 林美燕議員表示，機場位處南區，每天都有民航機及軍機飛上飛下，讓當地多個里長期飽 受飛機起落噪音之苦，但最近軍機演練頻繁，有的還低空掠過，轟隆的聲響相當嚇人，有 不少民眾還擔憂是否有戰事要發生，卻無處打聽到底發生什麼事，只得向她投訴，盼軍方 能出面說明，若有演習也能避開居民休息時刻。 http://ppt.cc/T~ED -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136

現金稱王 美國6月份住宅房30％全現金交易

【大紀元2013年07月26日訊】（大紀元記者馬穎慧編譯報導）據統計，六月份全美範圍內房屋銷售中，有30%是全現金交易，較一年前的31%微降。但在美國很多房地產低迷的省份， 揮之不去的止贖現象和低迷的住房價格，吸引了很多私募股權公司和其他小型投資者，欲在房價上漲之前投資，使全現金購房成為房產市場一種普遍現象。

美國從事止贖和拖欠物業的房地產信息和在線市場公司RealtyTrac做了上述統計。該公司表示，例如在佛羅里達州的全現金交易已佔57%，紐約州達51%，內華達州58%，而佛蒙特州則高達80%。而在不良資產較少的省份，這種全現金交易則並不普遍。而在類似於德克薩斯州，猶他州和新墨西哥州則完全沒有類似的現金交易。

該公司的副總裁布基斯特（Daren Blomquist,）說：「自從去年一群機構和現金購買者湧向住宅房地產業後，他們抬高了房屋價格也從很多地區選走了最好的房地產庫存。 」

其中最明顯的例子就是房地產泡沫破滅時受到打擊最大的鳳凰城，其曾由於受到嚴重的止贖現象的打擊而成為現金投資者們的首選，一年前該市25%的房地產交易被這種財大氣粗的投資者網絡，但目前下降為13%，因為大多數低價位的優質物業已被買空。

現在此趨勢已從鳳凰城已經轉向了奧蘭多、 邁阿密和坦帕等佛羅里達州的其它城市。例如上個月，奧蘭多市的全現金交易達53%，坦帕達58%，而邁阿密則高達64%。

紐約大都市地區房地產業的現金交易也非常流行。 由於在紐約曼哈頓和布魯克林(Brooklyn)等高需求地區有大量的國際買家，但是可出售的存貨房屋卻非常有限，所以用現金快捷交易被視為是一種誠心交易的態度。

布基斯特說：「為了在紐約的房市競爭中勝出，現金稱王。」

兄弟象全力拚下半季冠軍，25日將由近況相當好的增菘瑋對義大犀牛先發，犀牛則由洋投希克先發，至於獅猿戰，則是羅錦龍對上波拉斯。

增菘瑋本季已拿過5月的投手MVP，他7月的表現依舊突出，目前出賽3場，戰績2勝0敗、防禦率0.93，趁著這股氣勢，增菘瑋要為象隊拚重要的一勝。增菘瑋本季戰績7勝5敗、防禦率3.34，對犀牛戰績2勝3敗、防禦率4.34。

犀象戰25日在斗六球場進行，犀牛由希克先發，他本季戰績8勝3敗、防禦率2.31，是目前中華職棒的防禦率王，對象隊更是有心得，2勝0敗，防禦率只有2.08，被打擊率更是只有2成02 ，可見希克是象隊要拚下半季冠軍的最大障礙之一。

至於在桃園球場進行的獅猿戰，統一獅由羅錦龍先發，他本季戰績5勝2敗、防禦率3.51，對桃猿3勝0敗，對戰防禦率1.71，羅錦龍將挑戰桃猿4連勝，桃猿先發投手波拉斯本季戰績7勝4敗、防禦率3.62，對獅隊戰績3勝1敗、防禦率2.41。

《財報》景氣指標UPS季度營收遜預期，獲利衰退4%

全球快遞業龍頭優比速(UPS)23日於美股盤前發布季度財報，表現差強人意，由於空運成本高，加上公司內部與卡車司機的合約糾紛，導致UPS客戶源繼續流失，營收不如預期。UPS股價盤中暫時走跌。

優比速第二季營收年增1.2%至135.1億美元；毛利率自去年同期的13.4%下滑至12.9%，導致淨利衰退4%至10.7億美元，或每股1.13美元。據路透社統計，分析師預估營收、每股盈餘分別為135.9億美元與1.13美元。

優比速表示，已與1.5萬名卡車司機就延長合約達成協議，合約糾紛解決後，國內貨運量有望回歸正常。由於運輸業務範圍遍及各個經濟層面，從金融文件、藥品至汽車零件等，因此優比速一般被視為經濟的領行指標。

有鑑於亞洲經濟成長放緩、客戶捨空運改走海運趨勢漸成，優比速已開始調減該區域機隊航次，以因應貨運量下滑。

另外，優比速當季營收仍持續成長，但獲利率卻不增反降，凸顯該公司急需控制成本，以提升經營效率。財報顯示，美國市場營收成長2.3%，但毛利率下滑0.2%；國際業務營收成長1.6%，但毛利率下滑0.7%。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間23日晚間11時15分止，UPS股價於美股盤中下跌0.45%，暫報至87.22美元。
