狂犬病造成人心恐慌，昨天縣政府農業處在東河鄉興昌村設疫苗施打站，兩天下來已有五百多隻犬貓受疫苗接種。

昨天防疫人員為240隻犬貓接種疫苗，今天施打站巡迴到鄰近的都蘭村，9 點開打，站前已擠滿「狗潮」，兩小時內就打了200多隻狗與貓，一時疫苗還不夠用，緊急從台東市派員再送來200劑疫苗，至今天中午至少已有300隻犬貓施打疫苗。

東河鄉、成功鎮清潔隊人員今天也大動作出動捕捉流浪狗，即使在地野生動物多，防疫人員希望至少從減少流浪貓狗這區塊加強防疫，不要再有人受到傷害。

當您在編輯網誌時，若有用到大量的圖片，要逐一去設定每張照片的大小、框線等，非常耗費時間。

小豪來分享一下自己的作法，還有設定的技巧等等。

首先，上傳照片小豪雖然選擇 600 x 600，但是痞客邦部落格能顯示的大小，寬大概是580，所以照片寬度我會設為580。

再來小豪習慣為照片加上黑框，用以區別與空白的段落，黑框設為1 px。

最後，小豪會設定圖片在新視窗開啟，用意有二：一來是有些照片若朋友要點原始圖，可以查看大張一點的圖片；

再來則是不希望訪客每次點照片，就得在按回上一頁，反覆起來很麻煩。

我會用一本相簿專門放上傳新照片用，上傳後先編輯完名稱，

在發表文章時，再用「插入圖片」功能，全選，一次大量加入照片。

編輯完文章之後再把照片歸類到所屬的相簿中。

顯示尺寸：中

點選是回連回相簿：是

這時你的網誌中應該充滿照片，只要改第一張就好。

點「插入/編輯 圖片」，尺寸可以設為580（寬度），

外觀樣式中，可以把「框架」設為「1」。

「插入/編輯 連結」這，把「開啟方式」選為「開一個新視窗」。 

這時你會發現，第一張照片已經照你所要的方式被編輯過了。

接下來，點選「HTML」。

接下來把這串html語法全部複製下來，開個「記事本」去貼上。

Ctrl + A：全選

Ctrl + C：複製

Ctrl + V：貼上

接下來就開始比對，第一張照片跟後面的照片，語法差異在哪裡？

小豪用自己提到的三個設定來做說明....

既然找到差異了，那就用記事本「編輯」的「取代」功能來幫你工作，

尋找目標：img tit

按下「全部取代」後，你所以的照片就都有框線了。

繼續，現在換設定照片寬度，

尋找目標：border="0" />

取代為：width="580" />

第三個，設定在新視窗開啟的部份...

取代為： target="_blank"><img（附註，target前方有個空格喔）

接下來，只要把記事本中的html語法，完整的貼回網誌處（取代掉舊的），按下「更新」。

那妳就會看到所有照片都照你要的方式編輯好了。

像小豪在寫範例中的那篇遊記（小烏來天空步道）時，用了85張照片，

這85張照片若一張一張去設定，改這用方式節省下來的時間可多了！

Moto X 發表在即，近日美國科技網站 AndroidPolice 提前曝光 Moto X 手機功能應用介面截圖，設計簡潔，甚至加入滑動手勢操控功能。

根據爆料，Moto X 的相機具有 SLO，也就是慢動作攝影功能，另外只要由左向右滑動即可設定相關拍照攝影功能，反方向滑動則可以進入手機相簿，手指離開畫面後即會自動隱藏該介面。

另外，Moto X 還具有快速拍照功能，只要晃動手機兩下，就可快速從其他應用功能切換至相機應用程式，就算是手機處於待機狀態也適用，不需要輸入解鎖密碼。

除了相機功能外，因為採用了 AMOLES 面板，Moto X 將會有動態顯示功能，動態通知，另外將 Google 帳號設立 Motorola Device ID，手機遺失時將可用內建功能追蹤手機。

Moto X 還具備「Motorola Migrate」功能，可將舊手機上的資訊一次搬家至 Moto X 上，包括簡訊、通話紀錄、SIM 聯絡人、音樂、相片、影片等，甚至是一些系統設定。

以上的許多功能都是過去 Android 上沒有的，外界開始有言論認為，Google 併購 Motorola 後，將會獨厚自家人，未來 Android 系統恐怕將分為供三星、宏達電等廠使用的開放版本，但將更完整內建功能的操作系統留給 Motorola，Google 和過去的 Android 夥伴恐怕距離會越來越遠。

最近太多社會案件都讓人心癢癢的，而恰巧這些案件都和說謊有關，那我們就來談談說謊吧！

撇開是否有人說謊，其實不同的人在經歷同一件事情後，本來就會有不同的想法，尤其對於一些模稜兩可的事件，各自做的不同詮釋，可能會有天壤之別的差異。十多年前有部法國電影「安琪狂想曲」就是從男女主角的角度來詮釋同一個故事，一個很甜蜜、另一個很驚悚！

由上述的例子可以知道，即使人們在沒有企圖要說謊時，本身對於事件的詮釋就是不同的。再者，隨著時間的流逝，我們的記憶痕跡會越來越脆弱，越來越容易受到外在世界的影響，導致可能無法區分哪些是自己親身經歷的、哪些是聽來的。

美國記憶研究大師Elizabeth Loftus和Katherine Ketcham撰寫的The Myth of Repressed Memory（因為中文版的譯者最近有很多爭議，就請有興趣的朋友去看原文的吧），當中就提到很多回憶自己有遭童年性侵的個案，其實並沒有被性侵，而是在互助團體中聽了別人的故事，而產生的假記憶。Loftus在一個節目中提到，如果要用三個詞彙來描述我們的記憶，那就是suggestive, subjective & malleable，也就是說我們的記憶是非常容易受到暗示、非常主觀的、且相當脆弱的。

那如果有人真的有意要說謊，我們要怎麼知道他們是否在說謊呢？大家可能會想到測謊器，但其實已經有太多方式可以破解測謊器了。日前成大的副校長何志欽說以後或許可以用功能性磁振造影的結果來取代測謊器，這個想法概念上並非不可行，但相信聰明的罪犯們一定可以想出別的方式來破解！

常看電視影集的朋友應該對於測謊不陌生，在影集「別對我說謊」（Lie to Me）提過幾個方式，剛好和這次要介紹的研究裡所採用的方式很相近。第一個方式就是要求受訪者先照事件發生的先後順序來描述事情，例如請他回想自己昨天從早到晚發生的事情，接著請他倒著順序回憶。他們的說法是，如果不是真實發生過的事情，要倒著描述是相當困難的。第二個方式是讓實驗參與者手中握一顆蛋，如果過於緊張，蛋就會破掉，就知道這個人是否有在說謊。
