高市役男入伍：「媽媽提醒在軍中不要太有正義感」

【林振義、涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄市長陳菊早上送４０多名新兵入伍，她表示，洪仲丘遭凌虐致死，真相還未查明，役男家屬難免擔心，因此她來向役男與家屬加油打氣，市府也會當役男後盾，若在軍中遭遇不人道、不公平的對待，趕緊和家人聯繫，役男與家屬可打1999專線，市府會立即處理，希望役男都能平安退伍。

多位役男表示，不會擔心遇到像洪仲丘的狀況，因為剛發生這種事，軍中應該不會再這樣，但也有役男說，人生本來就有很多考驗，遇到克服就好，另有役男說「媽媽提醒我在軍中不要太有正義感」。役男家長說，軍中確實有很多問題，洪仲丘的死是替大家發掘問題，軍中應有所改革。

2013年第二屆IBAF世界盃少棒錦標賽，前4戰全勝的日本隊遇上不少日裔後代的巴西隊，結果巴西隊仍無法阻止日本隊在延長賽以10:6驚險贏球。

賽後日本隊總教練前橋喜佐男賽後表示：「我們贏的辛苦，不過這場比賽是個好的經驗，巴西隊實力也不弱。」

日本隊取得5連勝佳績，目前還沒有輸過，前橋則是認為還是希望小球員們能夠把球跟好，然後擊中球心。

青木大地擊出日本隊本次大會首轟，他賽後也很開心，並在工作人員協助下，把這顆全壘打球撿回來。

前橋補充，「比賽一開始我們還不錯，但是失分後太緊張」，對於澤村昇太後3局救援飆投55球飆6K，他則是大力讚賞，感謝他對團隊的努力。

巴西隊教練不斷抗議，一下說日本隊是否跳棒，一下又對於判決不滿意，因此讓比賽好幾度中斷。 (接下一頁)

有時會看MLB都會覺得他們的球場比較大比較平
請問這是我的錯覺嗎???

(澄清一下，我說的比較大是不包含看臺。此指內外野，尤其國外的外野看起來好寬廣喔...)

(代朋友PO文,純文字無照片) 本人非邀約部落客,是難以取悅的挑剔客,且會自己先做好想要的髮型功課. (1) 不推銷美髮造型品 (2) 不推加價造型 (3) 工序不馬虎 (4) 聆聽消費者需求 (5) 很會剪溜海 這次使用團購券的店家 http://www.gomaji.com/service/rating.php http://www.gomaji.com/store-detail.php?store_id=30419 購買優惠團購券,我很擔心會遇到雷,所以下手前都會一直查詢評價, 但眾多配合團購的美髮造型店,評價有好有壞,而我也只在意壞的那一面, 意思是....看到壞評,我還是無法下手去買的. 這次巧遇到"Blue X hair dressing"的團購,花了888元買了下列的B案, B.夏日百變髮專案〈含精油洗髮(茶樹精油/白麝香精油 二選一) + 造型剪髮 + 日系保濕 溫塑燙/熱感離子燙/日系水質感燙/生化科技冷塑燙/義大利繽紛染髮(全染/挑染) 六選一 + 日本水療瞬間護髮 + 造型吹整 〉,我的頭髮是"粗硬毛受損",之前每半年燙一直捲毛 頭,這半年間我自己用泡泡染了兩回,用"稻草頭"形容最恰當不過,所以上網一直查燙+染的 優惠團購券, 我有固定的設計師"春天髮型spa"(推一下,想洗頭的可以來這200元,潤絲再加20 元,洗頭 兼按摩的手法非常深的我心),但燙髮優格不是平民價,光一個離子燙就4000元(加值會員打 7折),我是加值會員,加過四次了,算是忠誠會員了.. 但,我深信一定有便宜的質感店家出現在團購裡面....... 於是.....我花了半個月,終於失手買了"Blue X hair dressing",其實我也很猶豫,但看 "Blue X hair dressing"臉書的髮型照片,覺得蠻有我想要的"質感",再加上它的網路評價 好少,近乎是0,只有臉書有人感謝離子燙燙的很用心....好吧,姑且一試吧!888元,該是豁 出去整理稻草毛的時機了. 買券前,我會先打電話去詢問"價格",我很在意"一到現場被東加西加價格",那種無預警又 要提高預算的感覺會讓小資女我很在意...所以我問了幾項我在意的點: (1)離子燙,是不限長短嗎? ==> 不超過腰不加價 (2)我要加買染髮 ==> 現場加價799元 (3)染髮前的頭皮隔離(其實團購注意事項有寫要另加150元) ==> 加價150元 以上,我問清楚了, 心裡價格也浮現了888元團購券用來離子燙+染髮799元+頭皮隔離150元 ,因為都有瞬間護髮,我也沒再問燙前燙中的護髮(我不在意這個,因為在我的燙髮生涯裡, 我都覺得沒效用,不如省下來買好的護髮膜,在家好好的認真護.) 下好離手,打電話預約,竟然約到兩星期後了....這是又再給我"猶豫期"嗎?我想當個衝動 的消費者呀...要我馬上去實驗我都很樂意.... 兩星期後(2013/7/20),等待的過程總會三心二意,但還是孤注一擲"Blue X hair dressing",店家位於開封街一段某號3樓,地點很方便,就在新光三越站前店非常近的開封 街,星巴克也在附近.Blue X hair dressing我只看到兩個帥男生,櫃台一個漂亮女生,男生 一個是設計師(負責洗頭剪頭上捲),一個是助手吧(離子夾,上染膏),女生只負責接聽電話, 人少的缺點就是.....約了三點,等到四點.....還好我是時間多又有耐心的客人. 設計師(短髮有型的帥男生,我沒問名字),開始來檢視我的髮況,我是個很清楚自己想要什 麼造型的客人,換造型前我會搜圖,想好自己要的型,因為不想讓設計師干擾(可能每次被干 擾就是被加價的感覺讓我很在意),我今天要的是"離子燙,瀏海,長度不變,不剪層次,不想 離子燙看起來很虛(就是打薄打到髮量虛虛空空的),再加染髮," 設計師,也沒有多說,只有瀏海問我是要平的還是有點弧度,這我就不太懂了,我請他拿造型 雜誌讓我看一下,嗯,看圖溝通是有好處的. 再來就是髮色,原想染淡亞麻色,但我的頭髮屬 於很黑那款,設計師說若要染到這麼淡是需要漂淡,再染,這我懂,我可是有先做功課,就是 髮色深的人若要染淡色款,的確有必要先漂,但我在意的是漂=染,等於同一天我染兩次,很 傷髮質吧?!!!,我也問了價格,漂再加500元,不貴....但髮質很重要,所以放棄淡亞麻,我問 設計師,那哪款色比較好上我目前的髮色,他選了"青粟色",我跟設計要求,我希望是一看就 知道有染,而且不讓臉氣色看起來暗,設計師說會調亮一點,太好了,溝通至目前,完全是照 我想要的路線(非常好). 洗頭技巧不錯,洗完就開始先修剪,剪了瀏海,頭髮在溼溼的狀態下,覺得不會燙完變埃及艷 后吧?!(這不是我想要的),準備開始用第一劑.........(這不是我第一次燙離子,過程就不 描述了), 助手夾離子, 很用心, 靠近頭皮的地方, 他會邊夾邊吹散熱氣(害羞,夾耳朵附 近時吹的有點近).... 總之,我覺得夾的力道跟散熱氣,讓我也滿意. 夾完離子再了第二劑....約一小時劑都乾硬了,我好怕我的頭髮會不會硬生生的脆化了, 唉!!人手是不太夠今天又超多組來燙髮,好吧,上久一點可以固定(直)吧....洗完頭,整個 脫離離子燙約是7:50 終於要來染髮了, 設計師計助手調好髮膏,在我近頭皮的髮,用了兩次,每次各10分鐘用 熱烘罩加熱,目的就是讓上面吃色,我覺得很用心,因為根據髮色及染髮流程,都有處理得當 .(一開始我以為,不會只染上面,然後保留我褪色的已酸掉奶茶色吧!!! 原來就只是要讓上 面吃色多一點, 因為一般褪色都是從上面先褪的),第二次上面加罩烘熱,已經是21:18了 ...........天啊, 染個頭也好久............... 最後,設計師最終修剪,讓髮型有流暢性,看著瀏海像雪花斜斜的剪落,我心裡想,這該不會 是傳說中的剪刀手吧,哈,因為它是斜斜的隨風散落呀...像雪花, 在裡面黃光下,我很滿意我的髮型,髮色,及瀏海(我的經驗是,會剪頭髮的設計師不一定會 剪出好看的瀏海), 我是最後一個人客,23:30走出"Blue X hair dressing". 非常滿意今天的消費,符合我的錢包, 符合我想要的型. 這間的缺點就是,算是小型設計室吧,但很多座位....人手三個人?!! 未來事件交易所23日公布「內閣閣員職務異動預測」，結果顯示原民會主委孫大川、國防部長高華柱、公程會主委陳振川、國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會主委曾金陵、外交部長林永樂職務異動的機率頗大，價格皆超過65元以上。

未來事件交易所指出，根據數據顯示，行政院長江宜樺換人的機率低，價格落在17.42元，雖近日傳言指出行政院長江宜樺兩度提出請辭，但遭江宜樺強力否認。

未來事件表示，原民會主委孫大川與工程會主委陳振川，目前確定將會返校任教，因此職務異動的機率大(90.68元)、(72.46元)。

另外，國防部長高華柱則由於近日陸軍下士洪仲丘一案，於15日向行政院長江宜樺口頭請辭，目前獲馬總統、江宜樺予以慰留，但仍被預測有很高的去職機率(78.73元)。

國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會主委曾金陵(71.4元)方面，已向江揆口頭請辭，據悉因退輔會轉投資的榮電公司宣告破產，後續處理情況不如規劃，萌生退意。外交部長林永樂(69.29元)則因「廣大興案」遭換將的機率高。

本事件期貨總交易量達38,171口，採用截至7月22日為止最新的日均價，調查時間自2013年7月11日起至7月22日止，事件還在持續預測交易中。

　　在上古之戰八荒之戰中，龍族九王集合九大神器之力，以血煉就絕世兵神寂戰勝蛟族，將其逼回永夜之地的迷失之淵，而今神寂重現，但卻因九龍隱遁失去靈力，分裂為九大神器，並各自飛往龍族九王所在朝代。


九把神器分別為 淵光、承影、破軍、赤炎、辟天、蒼穹、凌霄、黯月、歸墟


　　玩家在遨遊《九龍朝》時，每開啟一個朝代就會出現當朝的神器，將散落在四處的碎片收集起來，就能解開神器封印，當解開封印玩家將可獲得大量的屬性加成，神器也會賦予玩家特殊的技能，並還能繼續提升特殊技能的能力。

好景不常！印度最新進口限制攪局 金價從一個月高點反轉向下

印度佔全球黃金消費高達28%。

國際金價連日反彈後，周二（23日）從近一個月高點下滑，前一天全球最大黃金消費國印度甫再次增設了進口限制。

印度央行表示，為縮小經常帳缺口，今後只允許進口商將黃金出售給珠寶商，而且必須保證每批進口的黃金中必須有 20% 用於再出口。

事實上過去近 20 個月來，印度已 3 度調高進口關稅，目前稅率已達 8%；印度人鍾愛黃金除保值外，更有社交、情感上的強烈需求，但進口黃金已使得該國經常帳缺口不斷擴大，衝擊外匯儲備，並且拉低盧比匯率。

當地珠寶貿易協會 All India Gems & Jewellery Trade Federation 估計，今年第二季印度黃金進口量恐怕將因此銳減 63% 至 175 公噸。

投資機構 Standard Bank 分析師 Marc Ground 說，「印度施行的進口限制，將進一步衝擊全球實體黃金需求」，金價將持續面臨下行風險。

周二黃金期貨出現 4 個交易日來首度下跌，紐約 8 月期金下滑 1.3 美元，收在每盎司 1334.70 美元； 12 月期金同步縮水 2.10 美元，收 1335.20 美元。

投資銀行高盛（Goldman Sachs）周一也在投資報告中指出，預計中期內金價將再次下滑，因美國經濟活動好轉，量化寬鬆規模可望逐步縮減。

世界黃金協會（World Gold Council）數據顯示，印度佔全球黃金消費約 28%。

徐耀昌遭判刑 劉政鴻：支持黨候選人

國民黨立委徐耀昌被控圖利遭判刑9年，恐怕不能代表國民黨參選苗栗縣長，讓徐耀昌強烈懷疑有人在背後做政治操作。對此，苗栗縣長劉政鴻表示，他對徐耀昌遭判刑感到意外，並且會找機會去看他，至於是否有幕後黑手，他不予置評。(程平報導)

對於徐耀昌遭判刑，劉政鴻說，同黨立委碰到這樣的案子，他感到訝異遺憾，因此也會找機會去看看徐耀昌，只可惜徐耀昌一直沒接電話。

至於這起案件，是否會有利於也有意參選的苗栗縣副縣長林久翔。劉政鴻說，距離選舉還很久，他不知選情會如何變化，但自己從16歲來都沒離開過國民黨，因此會支持黨提名的人選。

而對於徐耀昌質疑此事有黑手在操作，劉政鴻則表示，他不予置評。
