英國王室宣佈，劍橋公爵夫人凱特星期一生下一名男嬰。英國王室官員說，男嬰是英國夏令時16點24分出生的，重3.5公斤。孩子將成為祖父查爾斯王子和父親威廉王子之後英國王位第三順位繼承人。

孩子出生時，父親劍橋公爵（威廉王子）也在場。對自己喜得貴子，他發表了只有幾個字的簡短聲明：我們太高興了。 王室聲明說，劍橋公爵夫人凱特和新生兒目前都「非常好」，母子倆將在醫院過夜。

剛開始擔任業務員的時候，我以「專業人士」自我期許，所以我覺得銷售是很「理性」的工作。

介紹產品必須具備足夠的專業知識，才能產生說服力和影響力。而進入報價階段，每位客戶都會拿出計算機精打細算。遇到幾家供應商同時競標，提案建議書更是被攤在陽光下，從價格、規格一路評比到售後服務。

對於談論心態、技巧層面的銷售理論，我當時覺得他們一點也不專業。或者說，那些「軟技巧」對工業產品的業務活動而言，大部分是派不上用場的。舉例來說，當你坐在印刷電路板的採購人員和工程師面前，準備進行一場30分鐘的產品簡報，這時候有能力掌控專業議題的進行，遠比空談什麼業務員不屈不撓的意志力來得重要。

以這個角度來說，理性的知識和技能的確是銷售活動的基礎。很多人不願意或者不知道如何打造基本功夫，以至於在談論那些業務員該有的觀念、願景時，顯得空泛而不切實際。你不會看到有任何一座房子，沒有好的地基卻可以把二樓、三樓蓋得牢靠的。

隨著經驗的增加，我有機會去接觸到銷售行為的不同面貌，這才對銷售工作有更多體悟。原來，專業不是一個侷限在「理性」的名詞，它有更多「感性」的層次值得我們去理解。

好比我們要對客戶做一場重要的簡報，勢在必得的業務員一定花費很多時間去準備豐富的內容，以呈現專業的形象給客戶。然而，在人與人的溝通過程當中，肢體語言和聲音語調所造成的印象，遠大於我們說話的內容。在我們準備好簡報的內容之後，有多少人深入瞭解自己的表達、溝通方式有哪些「不專業」的地方呢？大部分埋首於理性數據、理性分析，並以專業自居的銷售人員，恐怕少有人針對溝通過程「感性」的層面，進行專業的瞭解和檢討。

插入SD/MMC/RS-MMC USB 2.0 隨身碟

讀取裝置出來兩三天 (USB 上有紅燈會發光)
剛買的 Canon 2500 相機隨身碟讀取機,

後來插入電腦就不會動了

yahoｏ知識的都試過了，
還是不會動

他要我拿去原廠電腦看

真的不是隨身碟的問題嗎？

怎麼判定隨身碟還讀卡機　　或是　　電腦問題？

我拿ＭＰ３插電腦有反應可讀取

其它的都可以

只有這台相機，

還有另一台老舊的Ｋｏｎｉｃａ相機直接相機傳輸線到電腦　（有時候有反應，有時候讀不出來，我插入另一台老就快壞的電腦可以）

這個Ｃａｎｏｎ的也插入過舊電腦，
右下方有出現usb mass storage device　英文字，
但來不及開取電腦總館，
老電腦太燙　（風扇壞了），
因此也無法判別是否這個ＵＳＢ讀卡機正常，
請大家幫幫忙
