【綜合報導】中國網上近日流傳一段黑龍江克東縣一中學男老師暴打女學生的監視器畫面，引起網友們一片譁然。

畫面中可看到，一名男老師在教室中，踢打一名男學生， 跟着將握在手中的手機摔落地上後，突然伸手猛地揪起旁邊座位上一名伏在桌上的女生的衣領，將她拖出教室後一陣踢打，最後被打女生暈倒地上。

這段影片在網路上熱傳，涉事學校昨日表示，事發於11日，打人的男老師因學生在上課期間互傳手機，暴怒下將女同學拖出教室，在走廊上作出體罰，導致她暈倒在地。

受到刺激的女同學需住院觀察。教育局經調查後，責令涉事學校及男老師向受傷的學生及家長賠禮道歉，給予男老師嚴重警告處分，免去其安全管理處副主任職務及調離教師崗位，3年內不得評優、晉升及提拔。

金鶯隊外野手馬卡基斯今年無緣參加明星賽，昨天卻以美技沒收全壘打球來展現實力，連陳偉殷都頻頻誇讚隊友的守備「不可思議」。

馬卡基斯4局下一路退至全壘打牆邊，跳起來接殺遊騎兵隊貝爾崔可能成為全壘打的飛球，振奮全隊。

陳偉殷表示，被打出去的那一球，本來以為一定是全壘打，沒想到被馬卡基斯化解，「我非常興奮，這是我看過最不可思議的美技」。

29歲的馬卡基斯去年右手腕受傷開刀，6月提早結束球季，無緣感受球隊自1997年以來首次打進季後賽的喜悅，隊友都為他的缺席感到遺憾。

對金鶯教頭蕭瓦特來說，這個美技充滿馬卡基斯的個人風格，也說明了他對球隊的重要性。他說：「馬卡基斯就是這麼穩，球隊有他及其他優秀球員很有價值。」

馬卡基斯也說，那個美技接殺會成為他的難忘回憶。他說：「這是我登上大聯盟8年來，首次有機會沒收對手的全壘打球，我很開心能接到，幫助我們的投手。」

昨天也是太空人隊二年級生巴恩斯難忘的一天，他演出完全打擊，是球隊自2006年以來第1人，也是隊史第8人。他說：「這是我生涯至今的高峰，很開心在妻子面前演出完全打擊。」太空人最後以7：10敗給水手隊。

【綜合報導】聯合國國際電信聯盟(International Telecommunication Union)計劃發函警告世界各國和業者，手機技術發現嚴重缺陷，讓駭客能夠從遠端攻擊或控制至少5億部手機。

德國柏林的安全研究實驗室發現，這個程式錯誤能使駭客從遠端控制並複製某些手機的SIM卡，駭客能用被入侵的SIM卡從事金融犯罪或電子監控。

安全研究實驗室將於7月31日在美國拉斯維加斯舉行的黑帽（Black Hat）駭客會議上，說明問題所在。
