急～亞太提早解約np到其他電信或換約

亞太329方案還沒到期，想攜碼到別家電信，換手機和辦吃到飽

目前有看到台灣大哥大200(401半價)+489吃到飽的方案和學生專案

不知道攜碼過去是否可以吸收違約金4590，可是合約沒有到期似乎不能半價優惠(?)

亞太有五零大賞，現在是不是不能換約了?

如果可以換約，那要繳違約金嗎?

是否可以提供哪個方案可以吸收違約金，上網吃到飽+月租費不超過900元，或者更便宜!

手機要買空機比較划算還是綁約換手機便宜呢?

帶著三太子、踩踏獨輪車，成功挑戰環島的臺中特殊教育學校16位學生19日平安歸來。他們從6月27日開始歷經23天的環島路程，途中也協助北、中、南三個社福機構募款與表演，完成不可能的任務，藉此告訴所有的身障者，「只要願意，就可以超越障礙，創造無限價值」！

還記得6月26日的行前授旗會，副市長蔡炳坤到校幫學生掛上大甲媽祖的平安符，希望學生一路平安，而今學生們成功挑戰自我，不負眾望平安歸來。

蔡炳坤表示，出發時有16位學生，回來也16位，學生都安全平安歸來，也都成功挑戰自我，中途還有蘇力颱風來挑戰，有時天氣也熱到達37度，但是學生都不畏苦，用心來騎獨輪車，家長都以孩子們為榮，孩子們更是臺中驕傲。

特教學校實習輔導主任兼教練王志全說，孩子們環島到每一個地方的單純喜悅是最值得讚賞，而騎獨輪車最困難的地方是疼痛，因為重心都在胯下，孩子們會受傷破皮，雖然很痛還是肯堅持下去，所以說智能障礙者有無限潛能，只要肯給他們機會，他們就可以把事情做的很棒。

王志全指出，學生在騎獨輪車最危險的路段在北部濱海公路，因為颱風來襲，很多漂流木打到路面，有學生被絆倒，還擔心自己的獨輪車壞掉，為了顧及學生安全，後來三公里都沒騎，其次則是在都會地區，因為交通最繁忙。

榮獲2013年總統教育獎的葉家銘代表所有的學生感謝所有支持的人，他說，感謝蔡副市長送給他們媽祖平安符，讓他們不畏艱苦平安歸來，在臺灣各地也有很多朋友支持他們，幫助他們圓夢。

張姓特教生也說，他最擔心路不平跟陡坡，遇到陡坡時，心裡想著一定要出力，要努力往上爬，不要從獨輪車上掉下來，挑戰自己的耐力。

1.奢侈稅跟實價登錄根本無法解決房仲惡意居間炒房的問題，稅是課在賣主身上或是轉嫁到買主身上，對房仲根本沒影響，房價哄抬到五千萬售出，賣主有賺、房仲賺更多，苦的是之後接手的人，賣不出去對房仲也沒影響，因為仲介一直是無本生意。如果你希望馬政府能解決這事情你就期望錯了，跟財團關係良好的馬政府幫忙炒房都來不及了，怎麼可能去打房呢？別傻了！
2.但是就是有平民老百姓蠢到令人髮指，看原 PO 文底下竟然有人說「即使是正確的但沒考慮到兩個國家的經濟狀況，日本經歷了20年的通縮，整體國家經濟都衰退了20年....等等很多很多原因」你覺得這種蠢蛋還有救嗎？
20 年前日本人的平均收入與薪資水準都是台灣人的三倍以上，日本的經濟衰退二十年後的現在，日本人的平均收入跟薪資水準依然是台灣人的三倍以上，因為台灣的整體經濟在這短短五年當中就被馬政府搞到倒退二十年！你現在在台灣竟然要以不到日本人三分之一的收入與薪資水準去買價格媲美日本新宅售價的台灣老房，是在表現自己是個十足的天龍盤仔嗎？這種奴性一旦發作，真的是令人覺得蠢到一個死不足惜而令人想飆髒話的地步！
你還在委託房仲賣房子嗎？你千萬要記住的是：只要有房仲存在，你手上的房子賣得出去但是你可能再也買不回來啊！

從以前的MK2, MK2.5到現在MK3都一樣啦....會買福路仔的都是看它便宜

MK2 1.8辦到好60萬,2.0也才60出頭,去哪找這麼便宜安全性又夠的歐規車阿

柴油款相對汽油貴了不少,但柴油才是CP值最高的,都是配powershift雙離合器六速自手排

變速器還搭配省油扭力大的柴油引擎,MK2價差約15~20萬,mk3 差更大,差了25~28萬

(以9w跟3w計算,包括折價的價差).雖然貴很多...要從省油的角度出發賺回價差很難,

但是開起來的爽度真的無價加上這次9w比其他款多出兩顆氣球,kEYLESS,PUSH START...

這些配備很難外加上去,當然如果只是一般家庭用車不常開的話買1.6就很夠用了啦...

美聯儲主席：中國控制匯率損人利己

【大紀元2013年07月19日訊】據《華爾街見聞》報導，北京時間7月18日凌晨消息，美聯儲主席伯南克週三出席了國會眾議院金融服務委員會的聽證會，並就貨幣政策以及美國經濟狀況發表了證詞。伯南克說，債券購買並沒有預先制定步伐，削減購債的步伐可能會更快或者更慢，甚至可能會增加購債。在中共官方控制匯率問題上，他表示中共玩的是一種「零和博弈」，損人利己。

伯南克說：「我們的購債步伐要視經濟和金融發展而定，因此絕對沒有預先設定的步伐。如果經濟條件改善比預期快，且通脹向我們的目標靠近，削減購債步伐可能會更快。如果就業前景相對沒有那麼好，通脹未向2%靠近，或者金融環境不夠寬鬆（近期有收緊了），以至於我們無法達到目標，那麼目前的購債步伐可能會保持更長時間。如果有必要，委員會已準備動用所有工具，包括在一段時間內增加購債，以在價格穩定背景下推動就業最大化。」

「所以說，我們傾向於對來臨的數據積極響應，包括了我們的資產採購，但是同樣重要的是，要理解我們的總體政策，包括我們的利率政策，都將維持高度的寬鬆。」

關於中國和日本的政策以及外幣匯率問題，伯南克說：「中國一直管理著自己的匯率，很多年以來都是在低於真實水平的，以便增加其出口。這也是經濟學家所說的一個零和博弈，基本上，當中國從中受益時，我們就會受損。」

他還說：「日本的做法則是不同的，他們並不是操縱自己的匯率，他們並不是直接試圖設定匯率在某個特定位置，他們的做法是執行強勢的國內貨幣政策措施，試圖打破長達15年的通貨緊縮局面，這些做法的一個副作用就是日元匯率被削弱了。」

「隨著時間推移，如果日本真的實現了積極的通貨膨脹，物價的上漲將會部份抵消匯率的變動。」

對於通貨膨脹率，伯南克說：「長期利率大體上等於通貨膨脹率加上經濟的增長率。我們希望看到的通貨膨脹率是2%，從這個層面來說，在金融危機之後，加上其他的原因，經濟的真實增長率某種程度來說偏低，這也就是說，應該有更低的均衡利率。」

伯南克：「我們的意圖是在可預期的未來維持貨幣政策高度寬鬆，這種做法是必要的，其原因在於通貨膨脹率還是在我們的目標之下，而失業率還是在相當高的水平。至於資產採購，我已經很明確地表示過，我們將會對數據作出回應。如果數據比我們預期中的要強，我們的行動也會更快，與此同時也會通過利率政策來維持寬鬆。如果數據不是很強，如果它們沒有滿足我們對經濟走向的那些預期，那麼我們將會推遲進程，甚至是可能會增加採購的規模。」
