【謝岱穎／台南報導】去年以16勝奪下年度勝投王、並幫助統一獅打進總冠軍戰的日籍投手鎌田祐哉，在獅隊的安排下，今(14日)晚賽前於台南球場正式退休，野球人生告一段落，父、母親鎌田光毅、美枝子也一起到場見證這段感人時刻，父、母親更在鎌田與詹智堯的「最後打席對決」結束後，上場擔任開球貴賓。

身為中職史上首位在球場上引退的外籍選手，鎌田說：「我能說的只有感謝，感謝隊友和球團的支持，也感謝球迷來挺我，另外也謝謝Lamigo的幫忙。」為了給鎌田一個完美的回憶，Lamigo派出去年與鎌田交手成績不俗的詹智堯上場，贊助了一個不計成績的打席，結果纏鬥了10球後揮出右外野安打。

去年球季結束後，由於老婆懷孕，鎌田就開始思考未來，掙扎了許久，還是決定離開球場，留在日本，夫妻倆一起陪迎接第一個小孩的到來，於是他開始在不動產仲介公司上班，鎌田說：「剛開始的時候的確很辛苦，但慢慢適應之後，已經可以上手，我對未來的人生很有信心。」

獅隊特別招待鎌田與其家人一起來台，但老婆正在待產，女兒下個月就要出生，所以只有雙親陪同來台，鎌田帶著從未來台的兩老一起逛逛台南幾個知名景點，也參觀了台南球場。昨天他投完最後打席，大螢幕播放去年精彩回顧，獅隊教頭中島輝士和鎌田母親不禁飆淚，鎌田在轉過頭後擦乾眼淚，自己卻不承認有流淚。

不是血量越多越痛

是依照對方的血量喔~!

並不是唷!!
是造成X+而外血量的S%，並依照敵方的生命損失1%增加1%的傷害
也就是我假設X=100，S=15，然後敵方損失10%的血量，然後裝備讓我加了1000的血
所以=100+1000x15%+1000x10%=350
是這樣算的喔!!所以出了6件好戰者鎧甲的熊熊W傷害會很高

勞委會今(15)日表示，依性別工作平等法第16條規定，加強育嬰留職停薪規定，協助受僱者照顧幼小子女、促進工作與家庭平衡，向為勞委會的重要施政重點之一，勞委會將持續加強宣導、積極協助並嚴懲不法。違法開罰上看10萬元。另育嬰留職停薪復職後，年資必需銜接併計應無歸零問題，也應給年資相應特別休假否則違法可罰30萬元。

勞委會表示，依性別工作平等法第16條規定，受僱者任職滿1年後，於每一子女滿3歲前，得申請育嬰留職停薪，期間至該子女滿3歲止，但不得逾2年。同時撫育子女2人以上者，其育嬰留職停薪期間應合併計算，最長以最幼子女受撫育2年為限。

勞委會重申，依性別工作平等法第17條及第21條規定，雇主除法定情形外，不得拒絕申請育嬰留職停薪之受僱者復職，或視為缺勤而影響其全勤獎金、考績或為其他不利之處分。此外，雇主亦不得以已僱用替代人力為由，而解僱原來申請育嬰留職停薪之受僱者。違反者將處新臺幣1萬元以上10萬元以下罰鍰。

勞委會特別澄清，適用勞基法的受僱者，雖依育嬰留職停薪實施辦法第4條規定，育嬰留職停薪期間，除勞雇雙方另有約定外，不計入工作年資計算，但勞工復職後工作年資必需銜接併計，並無歸零或重新計算的問題。

舉例而言，勞委會表示，勞工於96年3月1日到職，於101年6月1日起育嬰留職停薪6個月，是時工作年資為6年3個月，當年度本有特別休假14日。嗣於101年12月1日起復職工作，原有14日之特別休假未休畢者，仍可請休，再歷9個月後加計育嬰留職停薪前之年資即滿7年，爰自102年9月1日起，雇主應給予新一年度特別休假14日。違反此給假規定者，可處新臺幣2萬元以上，30萬元以下罰鍰。

此外，勞委會為積極落實育嬰留職停薪制度，將整合提供權益宣導、主動通知提醒復職權益、職業訓練、就業服務、法律諮詢及訴訟扶助等各項行政資源，提供育嬰留職停薪復職之協助。勞雇雙方若有相關疑義，可就近向各地方勞工行政主管機關縣市政府勞工或社會處、局或向0800-085151洽詢。

標題[討論] 中職場上的火花太少了？

有在關注MLB的球迷應該都很清楚 MLB場上報復性的觸身球、嗆聲、肢體動作、幹架都是屢見不鮮 相較之下中職真的和平太多太多了......... 我不是說中職完全沒有但比例真的低很多..... 通常觸身球都是摸摸鼻子就上壘了也不會有什麼多餘的舉動.... 很少會有真正明顯故意的報復行為 不只是選手教練也是........ MLB幾乎每星期都會有好幾位教練抗議裁判被驅逐出場......... 中職這方面也很少..... 如果是質疑誤判或某些有爭議性的判決經常也是上來詢問一下就算了.... 不像MLB的教練會有很多情緒性的動作然後裁判手一揮你就出去了= = 講到這突然就開始懷念以前還沒改邪歸正的火爆Magic和威總了= = 這也許跟民族性有關吧.... 台灣人的民族性比較友善以和為貴比較不像西方人那麼衝那麼嗆.... 有時候比賽還是需要有一些火花看起來會格外興奮 真的會多很多的話題性讓比賽更有味道！！ 衷心覺得中職的選手和教練都要硬起來了別再軟弱啦XD 讓我們球迷看球多些話題性吧= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.148.196

石山部落的豐年祭持續兩天,第一天就是中颱"蘇力"登陸北台灣的當日,
祭典的第二天會場的原住民告訴我"原住民身體好,沒有在怕颱風天的啦"

比起大家都穿好原民服裝,這種隨興穿著便服大家共舞的大會舞,
更能感受到豐年祭是原民凝聚部落感情的活動,而不是為觀光客所安排的表演活動

趣味競賽項目十分多樣化(推鐵輪.自製高蹺競走.傳橡皮筋競速等)
比賽依年齡分組進行(社會組.大專組.高中組.國小組)
輸贏不是重點,只要大家都參與都開心就好,
所以當主持人為了部落裡一位參加推鐵輪競賽的長者,
直接將充作折返點的椅子從前面拉到後面時,
大家都視為理所當然,沒有任何異議聲,
真正達成了趣味競賽的最高目標"歡喜就好"

趣味競賽當天的主持人也充分發了原民天生的喜感,
不論是拿著寫著錯別字的瓦楞紙"犯(放)規牌子"追著參賽者滿場跑,
還是對於參賽者的介紹詞,都能令人發出會心一笑
"瞧瞧我們這位競賽示範者的體格,當然是空軍特種部隊的啦"(特種部隊不是隸屬陸軍嗎?)

趣味競賽的獎品也很有生活趣味,米粉.醬油.衛生紙都是實用的生活用品,而且參賽者每人都有獎
比賽結束後,參賽者紛紛圍在主持台前,從主持人或工作人員手中接過"衛生紙一包"之類的獎品,
領到的人就自行散去,也沒有什麼頒獎儀式,
還是不變的最高競賽原則"歡喜就好"

馬拉松比賽就相對顯現出體力的競爭性(山路競跑約30分鐘),所以獎品就不一樣了,
根據主持人的說法"因為你們什麼都有了,就只缺現金,所以就直接發現金啦"

但是馬拉松比賽除了展現出原民優異的體能外,其實更具有深意,

那算嗎?
