王說，兩岸簽署服務貿易協議，卻沒有達到對等公平，以印刷業為例，台灣沒有出版法，印刷業者赴中國，卻受到准印證的限制，就連電子商務與運輸業的開放，也僅開放中國福建部分，都是有條件式的開放，並不符合對等公平的原則。

各位大大好，公司需要一台PC當作內部server，因為太久沒follow這領域，所以不知道該 怎麼配比較好，請各位大大給小弟一些建議 這是我們的需求： 1. GPU要能跑CUDA，我們的程式會做大量的影像處理，好一點沒關係一萬也可接受，目前 是偏好NVidia，因為我們主要是用Linux，而他的driver似乎對Linux支援比較好？ 2. CPU i7四核或是i5八核，哪個比較好？對於多執行緒的程式跑起來哪個快呢？或是同 等級的AMD也行 3. 主機板不管是華碩或技嘉，我們需要非常穩固的，不要用沒多久就電容爆掉還是燒壞 之類的，好一點沒關係，然後一定要有 USB3.0，這應該很普遍了，不需內顯。 4. 然後機殻體積別太大 5. 【綜合報導】美國密西根州警方正通緝一名魯莽駕駛的司機，他涉嫌倒車時撞倒一名少婦與嬰兒車內的嬰兒後，肇事逃逸。

新登場的惡鬼羅剎「稻葉良通」
　　2013 年 7 月11 日的例行維修到 2013 年 7 月 18 日的例行維修前，新的惡鬼羅剎「稻葉良通」會在鬼物語「奧羽大亂篇、四國鎮魂篇、九州降魔篇、關東風雲篇」、活動任務「上級、剛級、霸級、烈級」、「幻夢空間」、「幻夢清洲城」中出現，打到的話可以拿到家寶「赤殻之篭手」，收集五個的話就可以拿到武將卡片「稻葉良通」。

新的惡鬼羅剎「稻葉良通」參戰

　　其他還有「幻夢空間」、「幻夢清洲城」的報酬追加，登入送武將進化祭品【参】等等，有興趣的玩家可以到日版的官方網站查詢。

最近買了染髮劑
想今年夏天再換個髮色
但父母不希望我再染了
因為我接下來要找工作
他們可能怕會影響別人對我的觀感吧 ㄎ
但我已經買了...
我想說不然就補染我之前染過褪色的部份就好了
新長出來的就不要染了

我買的是小布娃娃的冷灰棕
應該不會與黑髮太突兀(吧??)
但我之前也買過冷灰棕結果染出來顏色超亮的= =
不知道與我在過程中使用吹風機有沒有太大的關係
因為我看網路都說使用吹風機可以加速染色而且比較好上色...

但最近看很多說染髮會掉髮
有的說是因為髮質受損養分無法吸收才掉髮
並不完全是因為接觸頭皮才引起掉髮
我之前染是有掉但沒掉很嚴重
但這次又染的話髮尾的部份就染第3次了
我很怕會因為這樣掉髮加劇
所以想問問染第3次會有什麼問題嗎
因為我的髮尾已經還滿乾燥的了
之前的部份頂多都染2次就剪掉了...
這次頭髮留比較長捨不得剪所以...
歸納重點：
1.髮尾染3次會有髮質受損而導致掉髮加劇的風險嗎??(我的髮尾已經頗乾燥)
2.因為我不想染新長出來的頭髮，所以除了染整顆頭，還有別的染髮方式嗎??(要自己染比較好上手的)
3.其他染髮的建議(EX:適用不適用什麼東西之類的...像我之前看網路上很多人說可以用吹風機有人又說不要用比較好，有人說可以較好上色有人又說會影響染出來的顏色...到底= =，該不會我髮色會變那麼亮就是吹風機惹的禍吧...)
