日前新北市救火罹難的消防員陳奕睿，其實他的哥哥也是消防員，母親擔心會再失去長子，哭求內政部長李鴻源將長子調回嘉義市老家服務，李鴻源也點頭允諾，一切交給他處理，而他的哥哥則無奈的說，雖然捨不得消防員的前線工作，但父母哀求的淚水也不忍心拒絕。
哭到癱軟跪地無法言語，她是英勇殉職消防員陳奕睿的母親，想起兒子年僅26歲不幸罹難，擔心會再失去同樣擔任消防員的長子，哭求內政部長李鴻源能夠將長子調回嘉義老家，擔任內勤工作，邊哭邊說請原諒她的自私，但不能再白髮人送黑髮人。罹難消防員哥哥陳奕達：「媽媽叫我回去，我也蠻不捨。」。
部長李鴻源點頭允諾一切交由他處理，哥哥說從小就和弟弟感情好，看他考上消防員工作很有成就感才跟著投入，即使兄弟倆工作在忙，每個月都會安排五天假，專程回嘉義老家和父母，媽媽也會煮一大桌菜慰勞他們，如今弟弟罹難只剩下他一人，雖然捨不得消防員，衝鋒陷陣的前線工作，但父母哀求的淚水，也不忍心拒絕。
而他的同事不捨他離開，也來靈堂前燒香致意，罹難消防員同事：「我來看他，我們都很不捨。」陳家有兩兄弟，如今弟弟罹難只剩下哥哥，雖然消防員請調條件相當嚴格，必須要有一定的年資，而且積分高才有機會，但考量陳家情況特殊基於人道考量，消防局還是會成全陳家。

美股周一收高，道瓊工業指數收漲88.85點，國內部分，6月出口金額成長，激勵台股9日止跌，指數小紅開出後，在權值股台積電、股王大立光由黑翻紅的激勵，加上金融股強漲推升，指數開高走高，盤中衝達7975.64點，終場收在7971.18點，上漲84.84點，成交726.43億元。
美股周一漲多跌少，道瓊工業指數收漲88.85點，NASDAQ指數收漲5.45點，S&P500指數收漲8.57點，費城半導體指數則是收跌9.62點。亞洲股市部分，日股開盤上漲186.1點，韓股開盤上漲11.78點。
台股9日早盤以7891.53點開出，小漲5.19點，由於財政部發布6月出口金額264.8億美元，較去年同月增加8.6%，其中，電子產品出口達75.7億美元，為歷年單月第3高，且已連續4個月超過70億美元，激勵電子股走揚。
鴻海開高，高價股的聯發科、華碩也上漲，金融股漲勢也強，推升指數走高，台積電、大立光雖開低，但在買盤進駐下，股價翻紅，另外，F-TPK也止跌，不過，遭外資下修目標價的宏達電仍是下跌的表現，電子股終場收漲0.7%。
金融股是多頭重要指標，由國泰金領軍上攻，富邦金、中壽、台壽保、兆豐金、中信金、第一金等股齊揚，終場類股收漲1.8%；傳產股部分，汽車股上漲2.91%，塑膠股由台塑四寶領攻，類股收漲2.6%。

（中央社記者陳培煌台北9日電）國防部今天針對陸軍六軍團洪仲丘下士熱衰竭死亡案公布調查指出，542旅未評估洪姓下士身心狀況，給予悔過處分有欠周延。
國防部總督察長室軍督處長張玉龍少將表示，檢討與懲處將在17日前完成。陸軍說，已對相關失職人員移送司法偵辦。
國防部記者會上午說明陸軍六軍團542旅洪姓下士退伍前夕熱衰竭死亡案。國防部軍事發言人羅紹和表示，國防部長高華柱對本案震怒並哀痛與不捨，已指示總督察長室專案調查，軍檢單位也積極偵辦中。
他強調，高華柱要求一定要查明真相，並且深切檢討，對於違法失職人員從嚴議處，並依法究辦涉有不法人員。
張玉龍說，本案發生後，參謀總長嚴明上將4日隨即召開軍紀檢討會，並由總督察長室納編權責單位及陸軍司令部等共同組成調查小組。
成功大學交通管理系畢業的洪姓役男原本7月6日就要退伍，但最後一次放假歸營後，被發現攜帶有照相功能的手機，因違反軍中資安規定，6月28日被送到楊梅高山頂營區關禁閉一週。7月3日在營區體能訓練後身體不適送醫不治，家屬悲傷疑過度體罰，軍方展開調查。
張玉龍在國防部記者會現場並公布行政調查結果：
第一點，檢討542旅未評估洪姓下士生理及心理狀況，能核予悔過處分，有欠周延；悔過收訓單位陸軍269旅未考量炎熱氣候已達危險等級情況下，施以體能訓練，以致洪姓下士熱傷害造成多重器官衰竭死亡。
第二點，禁閉室設施不良、環境悶熱，管理、戒護人員訓練及經驗不足，也是造成本次憾事的原因之一。
第三點，無論就執行單位、管理及督導階層，都未善盡職責，也應深切檢討。
第四點，國防部已全面檢討禁閉室管理規定的相關精進作為。
第五點，本案已由國防部北部地方軍事法院檢察署指揮偵辦，若有涉法者嚴懲不貸；相關行政違失部分，國防部將在下週內完成檢討懲戒。
羅紹和強調，嚴明已在8日代表國防部前往洪姓下士家中，向家屬表達哀悼與誠摯歉意。嚴明向家屬表示，國防部會以坦承態度，不隱瞞、不護短，詳查肇因與釐清真相，以杜絕類似案件再度發生，國防部並將提供家屬相關協助。1020709

(第一次發文) 小妹之前一直在開一台17年的福特嘉年華 上禮拜它終於冒煙壽終正寢了 現在在看車 目前因為預算的關係 是考慮買二手車 表哥是在修車廠上班的 幫我找了一台Honda Civic K8三門 2000年 但哩程只有六萬多 聽說都是放車庫 保養的很好 價錢13萬 辦到好15萬 我個人的需求是每個禮拜要台中台南高速公路來回一趟 平常就市區內小小跑一下 爸爸是有在顧慮13年的車 會不會開個兩三年 又要像以前那台一樣一直花錢修 想請問一下 這樣個車齡和狀況 價錢合理嗎? 還有大家會建議再看看新一點的車子 然後預算拉高一點? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.59.91.38

目前的顯示卡是GT220
請問假如換了憾訊7750會感覺得出來有差嗎?
主要是看電影看玩遊戲像是希望戀曲、L4D2、決勝時刻之類的...
記憶體目前2G 打算擴成4G (我是XP的，聽說只能讀到3.XXG??)
那不就浪費那幾百MB了...
主機板:770-G45
CUP:AMD X2 245
POWER:350瓦
換這張應該不會衝突吧?
還是有更好的建議呢
