【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】新北市政府消保官針對新北市各成屋案的「成屋買賣定型化契約」查核，並向民眾宣導「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」的相關規定。

新北市政府提醒，消費者在購買成屋時，依據「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」規定，應該要注意買賣標的範圍、原設定抵押權之處理、貸款金額少於預定貸款金額的處理方式、貸款金額支付方式、賣方負責的交屋責任、賣方瑕疵擔保責任、違規處罰事項，及交付建物現況說明書等。

「成屋買賣定型化契約」中若發現不合理，應該向銷售人員詢問。

Android 系統的手機比起 iPhone 來說的一個很大的優勢，就是可以在桌面上新增各種不同的小工具，由於一般 Android 本身的時間顯示其實很小，不是很方便看，所以很多人都會想自己下載大一點的桌面時鐘。

之前曾介紹過幾款不錯的桌面時鐘，像是 Retro Clock Widget 這種帶懷舊感、大又清楚的樣式，也具遊戲風格的 Pixel Art Clock Widget ，或是卡通風格的海賊王桌面時鐘，都各有特色，而本篇要介紹的這款「貓時鐘部件」，也是可愛的不得了唷！

「貓時鐘部件」是款具療癒效果的桌面小時鐘，將所有的數字都變成了好萌的小貓咪，連時與分之間的「：」也由兩個可愛的小貓頭取代唷！貓咪則以各種不可思議超越貓體極限撩人的姿態，來表現 0~9 的數字，除了基本的時間，也可結合日期以及電池電量顯示，而且點選「小時的十位數」、「分鐘的十位數」、「分鐘的個位數」都有不同的功能唷！

不過老實說啦～貓數字體其實我用起來會有點閱讀障礙 XD，但牠們的可愛是不爭的事實呀～～～～

第3步 若按「分鐘的十位數」可顯示秒數。

第4步 按一下「分鐘的個位數」則可開啟時鐘部件的設定功能。請依自己的喜好選擇顏色以及修改設定唷！

其實樣式不很多，但是簡單且可愛，看著就開心啦～喜愛貓咪的朋友建議可以嘗試看看唷！
