| 李天一案被公訴 李雙江被點名拋出 藏搏擊炸彈

【大紀元2013年07月09日訊】（大紀元記者黃清綜合報導） 捲土重來的「紅歌王」李雙江之子等5人輪姦案，在薄熙來一案開審前，再次被官媒和陸媒大量炒作，官二代無法無天的糜爛生活亦激起很大民憤，唱中共紅歌毒害中華後代，紅歌王家族事件引發中國民眾的極大關注。
當局對李天一案不同口徑的報導和拋料，亦顯出此案背景的複雜和高層對此的博弈。日前，就在江派核心人物－－前鐵道部長劉志軍被宣判死緩的當日，中共喉舌亦拋出「李雙江之子等5人輪姦案被提起公訴」的消息。
李雙江之子等5人輪姦案被提起公訴
7月8日，中共喉舌新華網、人民網等都高調報導：北京市海淀區檢察院對李某某等人涉嫌強姦一案向海淀區人民法院提起公訴，公訴意見初步認為李某某等人涉嫌強姦罪，且系輪姦。
值得注意的是，新華網首頁的新聞標題不是點到李天一，而是「李雙江之子」，而此前此案被拋出，官媒一直在曝光李雙江的淫亂醜聞等，藉此敲打為薄熙來唱紅歌之流。
據官媒從北京市海淀區人民檢察院獲悉，該院於5月6日受理北京市公安局海淀分局移送審查起訴的李某某等5人涉嫌強姦一案。期間，為完善證據依法退回公安機關補充偵查一次。現已查明李某某等5人的行為涉嫌觸犯了《刑法》第236條第三款第（四）項規定，涉嫌構成強姦罪，且系輪姦。
至此備受關注的李天一等人涉嫌強姦案，已被北京檢方公訴至法院。
李天一案「案情複雜」 敲打幕後高層
而就在四天前的7月4日，陸媒還曝光海淀檢察院稱因「案情極其複雜」已將李天一案退回警方補充偵查；此前輪姦被改稱為「輪流性關係」； 李天一的律師稱對方要求太高請辭；以及李天一被批捕三個多月之後，警方都沒被上訴，等等都凸顯此案「背景複雜」，似有一隻無形之手想化解此案為零。
7月1日，《新京報》發表署名法律工作者徐明軒的文章《李天一案疑已超偵查羈押時限 檢方尚未提起訴訟》曝光此案有可能會這樣不了了之。弔詭的是，此文被中共喉舌新華網、人民網、鳳凰網等紛紛在首頁轉載，大陸各大門戶網站重點突出，再次點燃民眾對此案的質疑。
同一天，新華網「新華聚焦」欄目裡有幾個敏感題目，例如「華人」裡有《李天一案受害人20多歲未婚，常做噩夢並未收到歉意》；《李天一案疑已超偵查羈押時限，檢方尚未提起訴訟》。
在發展論壇裡，「輪流發生性關係與輪姦區別 死刑前都吃些甚麼」，點擊後發現是兩篇文章，但擺在一起，被認為是高級黑。
文章質疑：自李某等5人因涉嫌強姦罪被刑事拘留，已經過去近4個多月。這麼長的時間裏卻出現了警方信息披露的空窗期，這已引起公眾的嚴重焦慮。本案延宕日久，疑似已超偵查羈押時限；另外，其他4位涉案人是誰？為何至今沒有任何關於他們的信息？
對此，網友諷刺：如此看來，確實「複雜」，「極其複雜」，世界上罕見的「複雜」！真難為你們了。

【綜合報導】金曲獎頒獎典禮上周六由三立都會台轉播，收視率昨出爐，平均4.17，收視總人口數約422萬5千人，比起去年台視轉播收視率5.77、收視總人口約533萬人，少了110萬5千人收看；其中典禮最高收視落在吳宗憲的台語組曲表演，高達6.76，平均每分鐘收視人口149萬5852人。
今年金曲頒獎典禮除了吳宗憲表演收視最高，其次是「雙J合體」頒獎，收視6.23，平均每分鐘收視人口137萬8574人，第三是五月天加搖滾團體表演，收視6.05，平均每分鐘收視人口133萬8744人。當天典禮廣告收益近千萬元，但製作費就花了3千萬元，不敷成本。

美國國家運輸安全委員會（NTSB）主席赫斯曼周一表示，檢視機場監視錄影後，仍未能對其中一名死者的死因得出任何結論，目前尚未有驗屍結果。舊金山消防當局稍早表示，罹難中國女學生其中一人，可能被救護車輾過。
另外，根據Flightaware.com記錄的資料，韓亞航214號班機墜毀前飛行時速僅85節（約157公里）。赫斯曼周一則稱，客機降落時的時速為103節（約191公里），低於標準的137節（約253公里）。

故事的背景是第二次國共內戰末期的1949年10月。 中共解放軍二野、三野並四野之一部與陳賡謝富治獨立兵團已於同年稍早的4月21日 發動渡江戰役，旋即於4月23日攻陷國府首都南京。早於國府殘存的機械化有生戰力在淮 海戰場上陷入被動重圍之時便通電下野的國府中央系統最高領袖蔣中正，此時已將國府中 央系統軍政經力量向台灣方面移轉，並試圖在中國大陸嶺南的廣州與大西南的成都一帶維 持國府軍隊在中國大陸上的最後戰略固守據點，期待如對日抗戰時一般苦撐待變徐圖再起 ；桂系的國府軍武漢剿總司令白崇禧此時與同屬代總統李宗仁將所部撤出已無險可守的湖 北與湖南等北伐後桂系經營多年的地盤，試圖將桂系殘部集結整編於故鄉廣西以固守抗共 ，兩湖一帶只剩下國府軍湘系將領程潛所部地方雜牌軍。經過四年的內戰，曾經擁有龐大 美械裝備與軍隊數量優勢的國府軍在中國西北到東南之間的廣大地域上只殘餘無力建構有 效防線的兩百萬部隊，其中，第一軍與整七十四師等久經戰陣的精銳美械部隊更已消耗殆 盡，而諸多長年受到蔣中正排擠的地方軍系雜牌軍眼看著大局已定也盤算著投共求生而開 始有了貳心。 到了《聽風者》電影故事開頭的1949年10月，中共解放軍已突破兩廣北方的五嶺防線 ，廣州不久即告失守，國府軍隊與中央政府開始向四川方向退卻，試圖在大西南的成都平 原一帶鞏固國府在中國大陸上的最後戰略反攻據點，蔣中正更派遣出身四川而曾在北伐時 為北伐軍順利入川立下汗馬功勞黃埔嫡系愛將、參謀總部作戰部長郭汝槐率國府第22兵團 進駐四川戰略要地宜賓，積極部署大西南最後反攻基地──然而，事與願違，同年12月， 實為中共地下黨員的郭汝槐在宜賓陣前起義，國府軍成都保衛戰作戰計畫宣告破產，中共 解放軍如秋風掃落葉般直撲成都，川西決戰失利後，向來備受蔣中正不信任與刻意排擠的 殘存的國府軍川軍劉文輝、鄧鍚侯與滇軍盧漢部相繼投共，廣西不久也告全境失守，於是 ，除了孤懸西北旋即被殲的國府中央軍胡宗南部與新疆地方軍系盛世才部之外，國府在中 國大陸的本土上失去了最後的反攻基地，反攻大陸自此便只是渡台國府高層乃至於基層軍 民午夜夢迴思鄉情怯時的囈語，蔣中正則於成都陷共前倉皇搭機赴台，臨行前下令槍決包 括楊虎城在內的親共政治犯，這是後話。1949年10月，由於國府軍中央軍系與地方軍系展 開國府在大陸本土上最後的困獸之鬥，國共軍政大搏鬥的最後一幕也是最慘烈的一幕遂在 中國西南天地間拉開了序幕，而伴隨著軍事鬥爭，國共之間沉默的戰爭──情報戰，也就 同時如火如荼地展開了，除了前線的軍事情報戰，在已被中共控制的上海等大都市裡，國 府撤台後遺留下的親國府政經勢力此刻也開始化明為暗，改換上與中共政權合作的「愛國 商人」身份，試圖保存實力以待國府反攻大陸，因而也就與中共情報單位701展開了驚心 動魄的殊死情報鬥爭。 電影情節就不多談了，以免有雷影響有興趣觀賞者的興致。 -- 革命是歷史的狂幻 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.49.238

http://ppt.cc/9pbL 不含關鍵劇情的推薦： 病毒擴散、活死人滿街走的電影一直都是好萊屋不衰退的題材， 但是在一拖拉庫的相關電影中，【末日之戰】算是相當有新意的活屍電影， 格局放大到全世界，活死人狂奔的速度與壓迫感，讓人腎上腺素跟著狂飆， 沒有太多血腥畫面與沉重的人性沈思， 偶爾在你被追得喘不過氣時幽默一下， 走出電影院，看到陽光的感覺真好， 但會小心翼翼的環顧四周的人群，會不會突然就狂奔過來， 【末日之戰】，好看阿。 以下含劇情： 「大自然就像是個連環殺手，雖然狂暴，但一定都會留下蛛絲馬跡， 讓你尋著線索發現她幹下的好事。對一個連續殺人魔來說， 如果精心設計的犯罪沒讓人欣賞到，那就沒意義了。真她媽的賤人。 她們留下來的線索都很細微，你一定要留心才能找到， 而且她們的罩門往往都掩藏在最凶暴的地方。」 這段對白來自於科學家精闢的解讀，萬萬沒想到， 他下飛機的同時可以這麼讓人措手不及， 想必電影院裡應該有三分之二觀眾的臉跟我一樣綠掉吧。 很多活屍電影中的活屍都是慢慢來慢慢逼近， 但也有像【28天毀滅倒數】【我是傳奇】， 活屍移動速度快、狠、準，甚至擁有智慧， 而【末日之戰】很有趣的將兩個極端的速度融合在一起， 快與慢的節奏掌控恰到好處，在排山倒樹而來的活屍狂潮中， 也有slow motion的活屍， 但是你以為慢節奏可以喘口氣嗎？ＮＯ！ＮＯ！ＮＯ！ 導演反而讓你更提心吊膽的處在活屍緩慢的移動中， 因為一不小心，就會觸發他們！！！ 飛機上有歹徒，有蛇就算了，有個活屍就不得了， 因為活屍數量可是倍數增加，但飛機的空間又有限， 這下要怎麼玩? 當布萊德彼特掀開簾子看到後面機艙的那一幕，噢my god， 如果我也在飛機上，可能會嚇到挫屎， 導演也太有創意了，密閉空間搞個活屍，是要大家怎麼脫逃阿？ 【末日之戰】對於人性的一面沒有太多的著墨， 只有從對談中帶過：我的兒子被他媽吃了(不是他媽的，是他的媽媽)， 話語輕描淡寫，些許無奈些許感傷，但導演也不讓你心碎在這太久， 畢竟，後面還有一大群活屍要對付，要傷神的地方太多啦！！ 人性的險惡或殘酷，等你真的活下來了再去感嘆吧! 現實社會裡充斥著病毒、人性、自私、貪婪， 每每看到這類新聞總讓人惶恐，深怕病毒的擴散會不會一發不可收拾， 到時候的世界將會是甚麼模樣？人類將何去何從， 【末日之戰】即使劇情有些Bug，仍然替現實世界的不安找了個發洩的出口， 值得進戲院享受快被活屍追到的臨場震撼。 PS1:手機請記得關靜音 PS2:布萊德彼特喝可樂那一幕也太帥氣了! 明明知道這應該是置入性行銷，不過真的讓人也想跟著開一罐來喝阿！ 相關電影 【危機總動員】 這是比較早期的病毒電影，達斯汀霍夫曼主演， 沒有活屍亂竄，也可以將病毒蔓延的恐懼演繹的很好。 【28天毀滅倒數】 席尼墨菲走在空蕩蕩的倫敦街頭， 那種徹底荒涼的無助感是我對本片最後的印象， 迅猛的活屍咬人運鏡很血腥也很寫實。 【我是傳奇】 威爾史密斯拯救世界已經不是新聞， 這次，只剩他一人獨自面對黑暗中的怪物； 片中也有前所未見一片荒蕪的紐約。 【屍樂園】活屍界中的Joke版! -- http://stevetyda.blogspot.com/ Movie WOW -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.235.62.11

各位大大好~
如題~ SONY XPERIA ZR 內建只有8G,使用者只剩4.5G
如今要以"Link2SD"這套軟體(已ROOT機)
把記憶卡分成兩個磁區,再掛載...但是不管怎麼分,用甚麼格式...(ext2/3/FAT32/16
就是始終掛載不上去(一直重新開機QAQ
現在就是一掛載就會一直重新開機(在BOOTLODER畫面來回重開)
把記憶卡重新格式化後或沒插記憶卡有可以開了=w=
跪求各位...ZR到底能不能掛載第二磁區阿@^@

我想問的是 影片在14秒的時候 呈現出的畫面像是凍結畫面一樣 到了22秒之後才恢復正常 當初在威力導演編輯預覽的時候 都跑得很順 結果一輸出就變這樣子了 之後我回去找之前剪的影片 看到這部 https://vimeo.com/68466046 (這上傳不了到YOUTUBE) 右下角那個畫面也是在12秒左右會凍結個幾秒才恢復正常 我也不知道是那邊出了問題 想請板友們解答 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 131.91.4.14

【綜合報導】金曲獎頒獎典禮上周六由三立都會台轉播，收視率昨出爐，平均4.17，收視總人口數約422萬5千人，比起去年台視轉播收視率5.77、收視總人口約533萬人，少了110萬5千人收看；其中典禮最高收視落在吳宗憲的台語組曲表演，高達6.76，平均每分鐘收視人口149萬5852人。
今年金曲頒獎典禮除了吳宗憲表演收視最高，其次是「雙J合體」頒獎，收視6.23，平均每分鐘收視人口137萬8574人，第三是五月天加搖滾團體表演，收視6.05，平均每分鐘收視人口133萬8744人。當天典禮廣告收益近千萬元，但製作費就花了3千萬元，不敷成本。
