【陳培煌╱台北報導】強颱「海燕」造成菲律賓重大傷亡，政府派遣兩架C-130運輸機載運救援物資前往菲律賓。由於2004年底南亞海嘯後，我空軍有一架C-130運送救災物資到新加坡樟宜機場，由於星國與台灣無邦交，機身機號與國徽均塗銷。這次援菲行動，我國與菲國同樣無邦交，《蘋果》詢問是否會比照先前模式辦理？空軍官員表示：「這次沒有塗掉機上國徽與機號。」

軍方表示，第一架運輸機已在下午1時15分起飛，第二架在1時23分起飛，兩架運輸機右側第二個窗口都有放置中華民國國旗。

立冬時不少家庭準備了熱騰騰的火鍋，但吃下魚丸、燕餃、甜不辣的同時，可能不知不覺也吃進了過量的「磷」。台北市立聯合醫院營養部主任金惠民表示，吃起來又Q又蓬鬆的加工食品，很多都加了磷酸鹽類的食品添加物，攝取過多磷會導致心血管疾病、骨質疏鬆，國外甚至以 「另類反式脂肪」形容磷的危害，衛福部應將磷納入營養標示。食藥署認為，國際上很少標示磷含量，台灣糧食自給率不高，若強制標示，「會讓食物供應有問題。」

食安問題彷如無底洞，許多民眾大嘆不知道要吃什麼，但其實你我的生活周遭，早就充斥著各式各樣食品添加物，其中又以「磷酸鹽類」最廣泛。

金惠民表示，磷酸鹽類添加物彷如百變魔術師，有保水、黏著、防腐、蓬鬆等效果，例如可樂中就會加入磷酸，調整顏色和酸度，便利商店的即溶濃湯、各類火鍋料、香腸、 冰淇淋，甚至連國人愛喝的珍珠奶茶、傳統米食製品也淪陷，「我記得以前小時候吃粿仔條都軟軟的，但現在越來越Q。」

清大化學系教授凌永健解釋，磷酸鹽類的分子結構間鏈結不強，容易和其他元素結合，許多化學修飾的澱粉都有磷酸鹽，「它就像吊橋一樣，可以很有彈性地連結一段一段澱粉，讓食物變得更Q。」他以米粉為例，許多業者用比較便宜的玉米澱粉取代米，製作出又Q又彈的米粉，很多人以為是玉米澱粉有彈性，但其本身粘性並不強，Q彈是因業者額外加了化學修飾澱粉。

繼續講下去。 第一份工作中，"基本的"ERP，下單流程，採購流程，生產流程，BOM， 產品原理，及客戶市場盡量去學習 依照你所待的職位及公司不同而異，這些懂得越多，接下來可以談的薪水越高。 工作很多內容其實並不需要很懂，但要曉得要找哪些人並讓那些人幫你完成。 所以工作流程很重要，每家公司都大同小異，這個很重要。很多新人常常找錯窗口 品保問業務的事情等等，事倍功半不說還經常被電個滿頭包。 到了你覺得差不多的時候，或是想換工作的時候改好履歷，104上面"隱身" 開始狂投履歷，基本上投跟你本身技能比較相關的東西會比較容易。 打個比方，都是業務，或都是某個產業，或上下游。 相關性越高的話越好找。 接下來設定自己希望薪水的部份，由於第一份工作是新人。 談判籌碼很少，基本上是買方(資方)說了算。 第二份的話，建議你可以多面試幾間，可以的話5間以上。 假設你本來的工作薪資是22K，履歷上就寫25K(數字基本上也不能跟行情差太遠)。 然後對方問希望薪資時你就開26K左右，然後觀察對方的反應，5間面試完後 看一下給你最高待遇的為哪間，基本上這就是市場上對於你的定價。 談判過程中，講出來的數字要很肯定，不要心虛的感覺。 對方如果會說出一般這個職缺只有22K的話，那你可以暗示他去找22K，而且 人資其實已經看過你簡歷的希望待遇為25K了，這個時候他只是想做業績， 多砍一點是一點，他如果一開始就不接受25K的話，就不會找你來面試。 所以從面試，及簡歷上的希望待遇，可以測試出市場對你的價格， 再從這個價格慢慢往上加。 一般來說就我知道的3~4年前行情(跟實際可能有些差異) 助理22K~28K(建議第一份工作做就好) 專員28K~35K 課長35K~40K 經理45K~60K 外派大陸大概上面金額乘以1.3~1.5左右，有油水的職缺直接開外掛 暗黑面的話可能就太方便這邊聊了。 接下來就看個人造化了，只能說對於錢及利益 不用太客氣 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.78.248.195 ※ 編輯: andrew112 來自: 113.78.248.195 (11/12 19:27)

(朋友帳號幫代po) 大家好 小弟我女友現在待在一家家族企業小公司 辦公室只有我女友一人，其他員工是後面工廠的作業員 我女友是22k周休二日，後面員工是22k周休一日 我想待過小公司(尤其是家族企業)的人都知道 那種公司會三不五時凹一下員工(違反勞基法) 通常那種小公司的作業員都不清楚勞基法所以傻傻被凹不知道 最近我女友老闆要她也跟著周休一日變26k 她以前就一天1000了現在多4天多4000根本沒算加班費啊 2周工時超過84小時就該算加班了不是嗎? 但女友爸卻跟她說 反正妳工作也挺閒的，26000月休4天還好啦 但我卻覺得 時間都花下去了就算沒事做綁在公司也該給錢啊!!! 之後我們變遠距離她才放一天假這樣以後要見面很麻煩耶 如果是我一定嗆不給我錢就不做了 但是我爸跟女友爸都說很少有公司會完完全全遵守勞基法了 反正女友工作也輕鬆啊 現在很多公司不都這樣? 遵不遵守勞基法跟工作輕不輕鬆沒關係好嗎!!!!! 大家覺得我該去說服女友繼續爭取(加班費)嗎? 因為還沒出社會我不知道這樣做到底好不好? 女友爸跟我爸出過社會的都說年輕人別衝動啊...... 那個阿....看了一長串討論下來我突然發現很恐怖的一件事 就是我實在不敢相信寫出S1&SP那個不斷對晨間劇碼打臉 的編劇會寫出EP4&EP5這樣的嬌情晨間劇結尾 以編劇在S1鋪的沙織梗，我突然覺得 會不會這兩集結尾的winwin都是古美門塞錢 給委託人去演給羽生看的戲碼阿（乾 最後幾集才來個回馬槍告訴羽生世界上有winwin 但絕不是你這種嬌情的winwin 然後那幾個委託人早已撕破臉之類的（爆 以及羽生每集都在看的照片其實是在看古美門的可能性 如果真是這樣的話S2絕對神劇了XDDDD （要是撐到EP10都沒有打羽生臉我會受不了） winwin給羽生爽了兩集也夠了吧!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.71.35.116

上次發表會登場的 iPad Air 已經上市近半個月，今日 iPad mini 也跟著開始販售。目前於美國、日本、中國、香港等等的 Apple Online Store 都已經可以開始購買新版具有 Retina 螢幕的 iPad mini，出貨日由 1~5 日不等。

iPad mini Retina 後起直追 iPad Air

一開賣由美國、日本的出貨速度比較快，16、32GB 都在 1~3 個工作天就可出貨，不過 64、128GB 則要 5~10 個工作天，LTE 版本則都要 5~10 個工作天才出貨，另外香港的機種也全都是 5~10 個工作天出貨。中國這次也同樣有在第一波的名單中，但只有販售 Wi-Fi 的版本，出貨速度和美國、日本一樣。

連 iPad Air 都還沒開賣的台灣自然也還沒有消息，估計要等到 12 月才會開始販售 iPad Air 和 iPad mini Retina。這次開賣的地區一共有 7 個，分別是美國、日本、中國、香港、澳洲、紐西蘭、新加波，大容量的出貨速度比較慢，打算購買 iPad mini Retina 可以準備下手了。

國防部後勤綜合處長施武樵上午例行記者會中指出，軍方配合行政院農委會於102年度國產農產品盛產期間，辦理相關推廣促銷作業，以紓解產銷失衡，穩定市場價格，保障農民收益，於102年至今，配合農委會於各項農產品盛產期間，辦理國產香蕉等13項農產品促銷總計3518公噸，總採購金額達到新台幣9312萬345元。

施武樵說，藉由國軍副食供應通路，以現行部隊伙食團集中採購方式及農委會農產品供銷合作機制，於農產品盛產期向國軍各部隊伙食團宣導促銷，並以推廣鼓勵方式請各級部隊主官協助宣導採購；另為提供官兵多元選擇，促銷期間也維持其他多樣蔬果供應，讓官兵吃得健康，攝取均衡營養。

國防部上午舉行例行記者會，由施武樵說明國軍今年協助農產品促銷執行成效，阿兵哥食量驚人，國軍部隊今年就吃掉國產甘藍菜1098餘噸、746噸香蕉，也吃了8公噸的吳郭魚，林林總總13項國產農產品高達3518公噸。
