  【李陳信得／台中報導】武陵農場今日開始受理明年二月一日至二十八日賞櫻季的訂房，從八點三十分一開放電話及網路訂房，服務人員接電話接到手軟，農場官網也塞爆，至中午已經有九天房間被預訂一空，附近的富野飯店二月份房間全被訂光，梨山賓館訂房率也高達九成以上。

富野飯店客務部副理洪俊成表示，該飯店除二月份賞櫻熱季房間客滿，十一月也有九成、十二月七成、明年一月有六成；梨山賓館秘書王淑珍說，目前一月至二月訂房率九成以上，十一月份約九成、十二月五成。

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署今明兩天與中央大學合辦「2013年第7屆七海計畫國際實驗成果發表會」，發表內容包括大氣輻射應用、大氣監測、氣象觀測、大氣化學及長程傳輸等不同領域，與會美國太空總署代表今肯定我國環保空品技術，頗獲國際矚目台灣空品監測技術及成果。

環保署表示，這次發表會是在中央大學太空及遙測研究中心舉行，共有來自美國、泰國、馬來西亞及越南等國政府及學術研究部門20餘名代表與會。環保署長沈世宏於會議開幕致詞說，「七海計畫」(7 South East Asian Studies)是由美國太空總署策劃推動的國際性大氣監測活動，目的在探究東南亞地區火耕及農業廢棄物燃燒污染物的跨境長程傳輸行為，及生質燃燒與大氣污染物、環境、輻射、氣候間的交互作用。

【陳冠宇／台北報導】大明星不好當！小豬羅志祥昨午1時於北市西門町舉行簽唱會，直至今凌晨2時30分才宣告結束，整個簽唱會耗時13個小時，羅志祥更因為簽了2萬多張CD，導致右手肌腱炎復發，為了不讓歌迷失望，小豬貼上藥膏後，繼續為苦等已久的歌迷簽名，現場歌迷見狀直喊心疼。

羅志祥的經紀公司表示，小豬前天於台中簽唱會就已經簽了9千多張，昨日至今天凌晨更是狂簽2萬多張，為此導致肌腱炎復發，貼著膏藥硬撐，歌迷在等待的過程中很安靜，乖乖配合怕吵到附近鄰居，但由於擔心會影響到附近住戶休息，只能將剩下的7千張將會帶回公司簽，避免簽唱會結束時間一再拖延。

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北十一日電）國防部軍備局中山科學研究院將在下個月舉辦「2013軍民通用科技產業加值應用成果展」，透過實體產品、體驗互動等方式，展出軍民通用科技發展成果，歡迎各界踴躍前往參觀。

　中科院表示，此次成果展以「科技創新、加值應用」為主題，訂於十二月六、七日（週五、六）在桃園縣立體育館舉行，第一天展出時間自上午八時卅分起，至下午四時四十分止，第二天則為上午九時至中午十二時，展場除成品發表外，也將舉辦科專計畫成果論文發表會及產業研究等相關招商說明會。

　中科院指出，會場以綠能科技、傳產高值化、航太科技及育成輔導成果等四大領域為主軸，結合SBIR暨傳統產業計畫專案辦公室、桃園縣育成中心與核能研究所等單位及合作廠商，展出產業化成果，相關訊息可至中科院龍園研究園區軍民通用技術服務網http://www.csistdup.org.tw查詢。

【動新聞／綜合報導】中國浙江省金華市，一名張姓男子和妻子離婚後，帶著女兒再娶了一名經歷過失婚的婦人沈丹，兩人生下一名可愛男童。

沒想到就在這個月7號下午5點左右，沈丹下班回家，騙多多說有好吃的東西要給他，然後拿著一個瓶子便往他的嘴巴灌。張男看見後覺得可疑，上前發現瓶子裝的竟是汽油，正要拉開沈女時，兩人推擠不慎開啟一旁火爐開關，由於三人身上都淋了汽油，均遭火焚身，張男20歲的女兒發現後趕緊將3人送醫。

張姓夫婦都是15%皮膚燒傷，多多則有35%燒傷，為三級燒（燙）傷，且醫生發現火勢燒進多多的嘴巴、氣管及肺部。目前多多仍陷入昏迷，在加護病房觀察中。醫生表示即使多多恢復意識，可能終生失明與瘖啞。據張男的女兒，多多的姊姊透露，繼母常常因財務問題與父親吵架，並威脅要把弟弟弄死，沒想到居然真的做了。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國華盛頓58歲婦人里格斯比(Martha Rigsby)，因罹患怪病經常會暈厥，過去30年間多次撥打911求助，當地官員年初檢討她的情況，希望婦人能夠聘請看護照顧自己，以減輕對公共醫療系統的負擔。

里格斯比經常感到頭暈，甚至有時會不支暈倒，必須自行或靠路人協助報警求助。里格斯比單在去年打911求助電話就打了226次、被救護車送往醫院達117次，甚至有消防員表示已經能背出里格斯比的出生日期及社會安全號碼，使里格斯比成為當地報警最頻密的居民。另外，里格斯比至今還欠消防局和醫院超過 6.1萬美元(約台幣183萬元)的款項。

雖然里格斯比多次表明，自己並沒有濫用服務，但健康部門今年4月仍法庭遞交請願信，認為里格斯比患有雙重人格障礙，無法處理自己的健康，強制要求她聘請看護，避免對公共衛生系統構成負擔且浪費社會資源。這個個案是華盛頓史上首次有人因經常撥打911，被當局轉請法院強制要求聘請私家看護的案例，案件仍在審理。

美國一個基督教團體「首爾美國」，過去1年向北韓施放了5萬顆掛有《聖經》等文宣的空飄氣球。根據該團體的牧師表示，在北韓從事基督教活動屬非法行為，但仍有10萬北韓人民選擇信基督教，而且當地基督徒對《聖經》的渴望與日漸增，該團體未來還將成立電台向北韓廣播「傳話」，撫慰渴望心靈自由的人心。

成立於2003年的團體「首爾美國」，主任牧師費雷表示，北韓為封閉至極的國

家，沒有宗教自由，當地10萬名基督徒中，有3萬人被關在集中營，不僅超時工作、飽受飢餓之苦，甚至有些人遭虐待或殺害。2009年，北韓政府當眾處決了1名33歲婦女，罪名是違反規定發送《聖經》。今年5月，1名美籍宣教士裴俊虎則被北韓政府指控「敵對北韓」遭判刑15年。

費雷指出，在北韓進行任何基督教活動都屬非法，如果被發現擁有《聖經》，家族三代都會入獄，但被迫必須服從「主體思想」的北韓人民，對於《聖經》的渴望卻日漸增加。

「首爾美國」於2006年在南北韓邊界施放第一顆掛有《聖經》的氣球到北韓，去年施放了5萬顆氣球。今年5月到10月，費雷與他的韓籍太太兩人在邊界繼續施放氣球，除了須事先觀察氣候，還加裝了GPS系統，以確保這些氣球能平安降落到北韓。風雨交加時的氣流是最合適的施放時機。費雷表示，「每次看到氣球升空，我內心都非常激動而哽咽。」

2011年，費雷等人也在聖誕節前夕，施放了數千顆載有棉花糖與聖誕樹包裹的氣球到北韓。未來為了讓更多北韓人民能聽見福音，「首爾美國」正準備籌辦短波率電台，以播送韓語聖經章節，正式向北韓「喊話」。根據統計，雖然擁有收音機在北韓是屬非法，但仍有20％的北韓人擁有收音機。

歐洲太空總署指出，「地球重力場與海洋環流探測衛星（GOCE)」已於台灣時間11日上午8點進入大氣層，並已在大氣層中燒燬。太空總署表示，「一如我們預期，這枚衛星在大氣層的高層地區解體，沒有對地面造成任何損害。」衛星曾經經過西伯利亞、西太平洋、東印度洋與南極上空的大氣層區。
