各位先進大家好!! 小弟的筆電剛買不久 大概三個多星期左右 昨天更新完nVidia驅動程式之後 重新開機 進入WIN7畫面之後該出現的歡迎音效竟然不見了!! 小弟我有再三檢查"聲音"裡面的各種設定 都沒有問題!! 可是為什麼無原無故地歡迎音效會不見呢?! 雖然對我來說沒有任何的影響 不過這樣子太詭異了!! 餐廳名稱：九鼎麵食館 消費時間：2013年11月 地址： 高雄市鳳山區文鳳路21號 電話： 07-777-6336 每人平均價位：100 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：韭黃豬肉水餃 番茄排骨麵 炒筍絲 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/294681302 我們家喜歡吃麵食,尤其水餃,但高雄幾間好吃的水餃店都在集中在左營眷村區, 在南高雄我們一直找不到合意的麵食水餃館子. 聽到我們的抱怨之後, 住在文山特區附近的阿姨介紹了九鼎餃子館給我們試試. 九鼎餃子館位在文山特區附近的文鳳路上, 比起附近幾條大商店街, 文鳳路比較屬於住宅區裡的小條路, 整間店算半隱沒在附近的新式二層樓透天房裡. 進店裡前就看到季節菜色的小黑板, 店家說這是據不同時節採買的當季食材,不定時更新菜色. 不同於一般中式麵食店, 九鼎麵食館的氣氛非常地...怎麼說呢? 平靜. 這裡沒有告示牌要大家輕聲細語, 不過來訪的幾次, 發現大家都很默契地輕聲用餐. 比較小桌的四人座位區, 牆上壁畫很有[過故人莊]的感覺XD 將近中午十二點,肚子實在餓到一個極限,立刻拿起手邊的菜單準備點餐. 九鼎的菜單是簡單的白紙菜單,其實上面菜色這麼多, 看起來也很精緻, 能夠弄一本精美的彩色菜單效果一定更好. 當天我和爸媽還有阿姨總共四人,決定不要一人一種麵食, 而是少麵食,多點菜一起分享. 點完餐,到櫃台結帳時發現旁邊有滿滿的酸菜! 我在任何一間麵食館看到酸菜都無法抗拒,總會弄上一大疊, 就算沒點麵也直接當小菜吃! 九鼎的酸菜味道帶著酸味卻不過鹹, 當開胃小菜吃也非常合適! 幾分鐘後,滷味盤上桌了. 這兩盤是滷牛肚和滷牛筋. 先說兩盤滷味為何一上桌就那麼討我歡心, 最重要的就是上面撒上漂亮的一大把蔥花!!! 完完全全懂我這個愛蔥人在想蝦毀(轉圈) 九鼎的牛筋味道很入味,口感偏稍軟,帶點Q勁. 如果你喜歡吃那種超有嚼勁的牛筋或許會失望, 但像之前阿姨跟高齡的外公一起來,就非常適合牙齒不太好的老人家. 滷牛肚也因為切得比較細, 吃起來少了我喜歡牛肚那種超有嚼勁的口感. 不過九鼎處理牛肚處理得很乾淨, 吃下去只吃得到滷汁淡淡的香味, 沒有內臟的腥味. 雖然有一些些不完美之處,但兩盤內臟類的小菜品質都算我在幾間麵食館裡吃到的水準之上 炒空心菜. 要說這盤青菜有甚麼過人之處, 大概就是比一般中式餐館少了可怕的油膩感. 整盤青菜翠綠卻不油膩, 一下就被我們掃光了. 季節菜色炒筍子. 沒想到入秋了還可以吃到筍子~ 一般在外面吃到的筍子都是加醬油炒肉塊,但九鼎的筍子只用蒜頭清炒. 清炒的筍子選材自然要特別細心,選得不好直接就吃到筍子的苦味. 我只能說, 九鼎這道筍子無論在選材或是味道處理都很不錯, 蒜頭帶出特選筍子的清甜, 低油的炒法也讓人覺得沒負擔! 這天的麵食主角之一接著上桌, 這是番茄排骨麵. 一上桌, 番茄混著肉排香氣鑽入鼻裡, 好誘人啊!! 本來以為這裡的排骨可能是炸的那種, 但卻出乎意料之外是清燉的. 整塊排骨有半個拳頭大, 而且肉非常飽滿, 一口咬下, 骨肉分離, 咀嚼之後燉到軟爛的肉在嘴裡化開, 好好吃喔!!! 番茄排骨麵的麵條採用手工粗麵條,十分彈牙. 不過之前也吃過其他湯頭,是細麵條,不知道店家湯頭如荷搭配麵條. 這碗麵的湯頭, 一定要好好推薦一下~ 有清香的番茄,卻沒有我很害怕那種番茄蛋花湯的番茄腥味. 微酸的味道搭配豬骨熬製高湯的香氣,說有多鮮甜就有多鮮甜 主角之二,韭黃豬肉水餃!一看就是手桿皮的餃子, 每顆大小約是外面一顆3塊水餃的兩倍大. 這個韭黃豬肉水餃餡好~好~吃!!! 一口咬下, 滿口多汁韭黃的香味. 豬肉也十分新鮮, 和韭黃的比例剛剛好! 上次吃完老店復興餃子館之後,本來對我很愛的韭黃餃子已經失去信心, 沒想到九鼎的韭黃水餃重振我的信心!!!! 吃水餃時不一定要加醬油,可是請務必試試他們的辣油! 這是九鼎自己炒的辣油,裡面有好幾種香料和辣椒子,吃起來又麻又辣,超過癮! 自從試了一次之後,九鼎變成為我們家的愛店. 碰到爸媽不下廚的假日,又想吃中式麵食,便往這裡跑. 舒適寧靜的環境,低油清爽的美味麵食, 推薦給住南高雄,喜歡吃湯麵或水餃的大家啦! -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.117.42.69 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mikageyoru (140.117.42.69), 時間: 11/06/2013 09:12:42 ※ 編輯: mikageyoru 來自: 140.117.42.69 (11/06 09:14)

香港入境處推行禮貌運動，呼籲出入香港的旅客參與。香港入境處舉行每年一度的禮貌運動，在香港十個出入境管制站，請旅客投票予待客有禮的入境管制人員。

該運動將於11月18日至24日間舉行，目的是鼓勵員工更注重禮貌，為市民提供更優質的服務。當局認為，該運動有助推動香港的旅遊業。

在這一運動中，得票最多的香港入境管制人員, 將獲香港旅遊發展局委任為「香港禮貌大使」。

我們先來看看這一年多來，發生在台灣社會不太起眼的幾個社會事件。

公車上的跌倒姊

去年有個公車「跌倒姊」，不知為何在公車上跌倒的機率頗高，報載2年就摔倒4次，並向司機求償最高有100萬元之譜，根據報載，雖然多以幾萬元和解收場，但「跌倒姊」甚至有一天就曾提出兩件告訴的情形發生。

助跑姊與跳跳哥

最近行車記錄器錄下的「助跑姊」與「跳跳哥」，他們等在路邊伺機等待路過車輛，之後（助跑）往車輛衝假裝被撞，再向路過的車主要求賠償。

這樣的案件，在以往只會被認為是單純的交通事故，後來發現其中「案情並不單純」，「助跑姐」與「跳跳哥」經常是想要「製造」駕駛人的過失，受到被撞的損害，然後要駕駛人提出一筆金錢和解，以求賠償。

網路訟棍族

聊天室、PTT，「網路訟棍族」的存在早已是司空見慣的事。他們在話題當中，特別挑釁、激怒他人，讓人們一時情緒性未經思考、即口出惡言，然後以對方涉嫌「公然侮辱」提告為要脅，使人拿出一筆筆的和解金，以避免到法院涉訟。

威脅要告，是一門好生意？

魯道夫．馮．耶林（Rudolf von Jhering），這位19世紀著名的德國法學家，他著稱於世、流傳百年的一篇演講《為權利而鬥爭》（Der Kampf um’s Recht）(註)，是所有念法律系一年級的學生都知道的文章。

當中提到的「勿為不法，勿寬容不法」，鼓勵權利受到侵害的人不該忍受，應該挺身而出對抗不法，也是所有法律人所琅琅上口的名句。

或許是確實是受到歐美「為權利而奮鬥」此等觀念的影響，或許是因為《易經》當中「訟，終兇」的觀念早已褪流行，或是因為民智已開、民眾越來越懂得保護自己的權利，或是看到美國民眾動輒以小小的「受害」、獲得大大的賠償，這樣的彌補機制，最近被發揮得淋漓盡致，早已超越了填補損害的目的，而訴訟似乎已經變成了一種賺錢工具了。

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市今天早上6時許，小西街1間民宅冒出煙味，附近鄰居聞到味道趕緊報警。警消獲報到場，發現鐵門深鎖，按電鈴也沒人回應。深怕發生意外，正當大家急忙聯絡屋主時，屋主睡眼惺忪的將鐵門緩緩升起，還問說發生什麼事，讓警消哭笑不得。所幸屋主表示，因蚊香消毒，才會有煙冒出，造成誤會深感抱歉，讓大家虛驚一場。
