每年稻作收成時節，農民常將收割後之稻草就地引火燃燒，而導致空氣品質下降，高雄市政府環境保護局於102年4月至9月期間對轄區內進行露天燃燒巡查作業，巡獲276件次露天燃燒案件。

其中查獲最多之露天燃燒案件區域則以美濃、林園、大寮、小港及橋頭為主，巡查總燃燒量高達183公噸，估計排放總懸浮微粒、硫氧化物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳之污染物質，分別為1.5公噸、15公斤、446公斤及11.5公噸。

因此，高雄市政府環境保護局期望能讓農民改變露天燃燒習慣，故於每年稻作收割期間辦理「禁止露天燃燒宣導說明會」，及「稻草就地翻耕示範說明會」，宣導民眾農廢稻草可以用堆肥、稻草掩埋處理方式，或將稻草製作成應用之文化推廣促進農村觀光方式。

高雄市政府環境保護局呼籲，民眾露天燃燒行為可能觸犯空氣污染防制法、消防法、社會秩序維護法，或道路交通管理處罰條例等，民眾切勿以身試法。除了遭遇罰款與刑責外，位於現場直接進行農廢焚燒的行為人，更會因焚燒所產生之高濃度煙霧，損害呼吸系統及刺激眼睛等，民眾應謹慎防範，以免害人害己。

你這樣出很好，基本上你的裝全都是+120AP的，有死亡之帽的+30%AP，其時也不用E就可以秒人。

這都是最貴的裝，需要很多的金錢來支撐，如果經濟發展快當然是更好的選擇。

但是主E和主W的差別就是在進到中期時的洗兵經濟與快速支援優勢，這是主W沒有的！而且如果是小團戰主E的範圍攻擊和機動性會比主W來的有優勢，尤其是穿越地形的速度，通常跳完後7秒可以再跳（我喜歡拿E來攻擊與穿越敵野區而不是扣E逃跑）。

而主W的優勢在於攻擊較高且省魔，但機動性及逃生能力會大幅削弱，如果愈到對面快速支援，即使你打掉了對線，但相對逃生的存活率也較低。（E的14秒和E滿的7秒冷卻差別很大）

LV王朝大換血，Marc Jacobs去職後，將由Nicolas Ghesquiere接任女裝藝術總監大任。Nicolas Ghesquiere曾任Balenciaga設計總監長達15年，去年他離開Balenciaga後，業界就一直盛傳他將接任LV總監，但一直未獲證實，如今才態勢明朗，推論他礙於旋轉門條款，遲至今日才報到上任。

Nicolas Ghesquiere為LV設計的第一季女裝，預計明年3月將在巴黎時裝周登場。

頂新爆發混用大統長基油品，旗下味全的21項油品已經下架，立委丁守中上午在立法院質疑，「味全健康食用油」的製造廠就是頂新屏東廠，卻仍有健康食品標章，仍在食品藥物管理署建議的健康食品名單內。

丁守中表示，食藥署網頁宣稱「味全健康食用油」具有調節血脂功能的功能，要求檢討健康食品制度。衛生福利部次長許銘能表示，會嚴格要求下架，立即檢討健康食品認證制度。

請問如果要買羽絨外套的話 大家推薦去哪一家平價服飾店買？ 話說我剛剛在百貨公司的GIORDANO服飾店 發現他們的輕羽絨外套好像比UNIQLO的還要厚 更保暖的樣子 款式顏色也有雙色系的可挑 如網址看到的http://ppt.cc/gjGq 可就不知道實際買回來穿久以後的感覺怎麼樣？耐不耐穿？ 但我個人還是比較喜歡找一般非輕羽絨的一般羽絨外套 原因是因為輕羽絨外套的最外面那層皮太薄嫩 很怕不小心被什麼尖尖東西刺一下羽絨就跑出來了 GIORDANO的跟我說他們今年款的羽絨外套是羽絨外包一層皮 最外層再一層皮 說我不用擔心被刺到外面皮羽絨就會跑出來 但我最後在百貨公司每一家店看來看去 覺得還是去lativ買羽絨外套CP值較高 請問各位覺得去哪家店買羽絨外套最好？ 預算就平價服飾店的一般價錢 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.64.199
