食品大廠味全、福懋也爆摻大統油。其中一款遭下架的「味全不飽和精華調和油」卻出現在經濟部工業局上周公布的ＧＭＰ認證食用油脂合格清單，對於政府部門不同調，經濟部官員今天卻說，是檢驗項目不同，導致認定不同。

對於大廠、小廠誠信頻出包，工業局卻僅能撤銷標章，且現行制度也有灰色地帶，撤後一年內可再重新申請認證，官員坦言，廠商可能「不痛不癢」，因此目前正研擬新增「誠信條款」，未來廠商若涉及重大食安事件，將延長得申請認證時間，更不排除「永世不得超生」重罰。

跟各位大家問好～　我是LOL板主BattleZealot (D109424)或著可以叫BaZ～
時間過的真快，一下子一年又快過了，而英雄聯盟S3也即將進入尾聲了。
相信許多LOL板友們應該還在努力為了造型獎勵在衝S3牌子吧 XD

S3的結束也代表著S4即將開始，這意味著將會有很多變動？
又或許沒變動？這就等原廠公佈了！而基地人員隨時會報給大家最新資訊。

而各位準備S4的到來前，我要在這邊公告一下關於現有的一些尚未做修正的攻略將會做處理。

基本上如果你的文章很完整，有填寫招喚師技／天賦／符文／技能／裝備跟完整的介紹。
那你不用擔心被刪除或被告知，您的文章會繼續保留在S3聖殿裡或著你可以選擇S4到來時繼續更新。
除非你的攻略雖然完整但涉嫌抄襲被佐證跟檢舉，那就會直接刪除。

如果你的文章不夠完整（像是有缺少部份介紹像是天賦／符文沒填...等問題）
而且我有通知請你修正，但作者未做任何處理的話，那麼抱歉...
因為S4即將來臨，我不得不刪除攻略，而您也得重寫一篇。

而板務們將在11/11隨著S3結算也將開始執行。

關於有些自己的攻略可能板務們沒通知或不小心漏看了，如果有～

CPU AMD AM2 4800+ MB ASUS M4A785M VGA Gigabute 9400GT HDD seagate 250G RAM ddr2 667 512MB*2 + ddr2 667 2G*1(最近購入) 大概六年前的HP品牌電腦 HP a6185tw 最近從我同學那邊接手的 因為內建的OS Vista有點問題 所以想把它重灌成win7順便刷BIOS 想請問的問題是 1.這塊主機板能夠用USB安裝win7嗎? 因為我插著創見8G的隨身碟(已製作成win7安裝檔) 他還是從硬碟開機 也有去BIOS調過先從USB開機了 2.刷新BIOS有什麼地方需要注意嗎?我在網路上看用ASUS EZ FLASH2刷好像蠻簡單的 有刷新BIOS的必要嗎?(畢竟是6年前的電腦且又要灌win7再加上多插了一條2G的ram) 3.品牌電腦重灌安裝成win7 會有什麼問題嗎? 以自己這樣每年都會有幾回繞過至少半個台灣，走踏人煙或荒野，上山再下海的人來看， 〈看見台灣〉對我而言是「印證」更大於「驚艷（或驚訝）」的，知道台灣就是這樣，有 那麼多美好與不美好並存，而且多數是緊鄰相偎的，有迫切待解的問題，有無語問蒼天的 矛盾，有驕傲有失落，如同我們這片土地的歷史一樣，人們都要來這裡找到新希望，卻又 不免會有失望和茫然。婆娑之洋，美麗之島，我們有一種「天然去雕飾，清水出芙蓉」的 好資質，可也因資質之好，得來常不費工夫，有山有海有河有土，小小麻雀能五臟俱全， 所以我們揮霍豪奢地「占據」和「使用」，趕上一段經濟起飛的好時候，抓住了那陣風往 前奔去，等想起來停下腳步頓一頓，回頭看才發現被我們拋於利益和效率之後的島嶼，已 然像個整形失敗的面貌，找不回原有的清純，也不真的蛻變為眾人艷羨的模樣，終究是成 了一個記不起過去，也彷彿沒有未來的無臉男。而生活在這裡的人們，因為只能每日每日 從同樣的角度和立場「看見台灣」，所以也終究看不見、記不清、想不起。一直覺得，也 許〈看見台灣〉可以是一個小小種子埋在觀影人的心底吧，然後有一天，我們開始想找出 與這片島嶼真正適合的相處方式，我們願意領著下一代下下代去親臨現場，願意被螢幕以 外的真實景貌給震撼、感動然後懂得呵護島嶼的一草一木，一點一滴。很喜歡吳念真的真 誠語調，說出「我們都是只是過客」這樣的話，每一種生物都是島嶼上的過客，但只有貪 婪的人間會為了填不滿的慾望而逐一毀棄滅絕生存的環境，是為了慾望，而不是為活著。 我想齊柏林和吳念真都明白，當富饒島嶼被我們坐吃空山後，留下貧瘠孤島給子孫，他們 只能在先人的口耳相傳裡認識台灣，只能在〈看見台灣〉裡看見台灣。台灣成為傳說中的 美麗之島。 前兩日，行經原本壯麗的東北角海岸，那兒又有幾段路有挖土機，滾滾土石落進海中，可 以想見，黃藍色的海下珊瑚被弄得灰頭土臉，魚兒也終要消失。再往下走到宜蘭外澳，近 日圍起鐵皮，將要蓋起四百公尺的飯店，未來擋下了那段路漂亮的視野，美景只為付得起 住宿費的房客所服務。蘭嶼的十條野溪已經被填滿，要設下經濟特區，開放大財團進駐「 發展」。山區的集水區開發範圍鬆綁。更別說許多年都不曾再訪的清境，一片山頭望去如 補丁的破衣裳……說起來是無數個急迫性問題，但因為看不見，所以就都不是問題，就不 必重視，重視了也回頭過一兩晚上就忘記了，我們如溫水中的青蛙，當下活得舒適便好。 齊柏林看見的台灣，也該是我們親自在現場去感受的台灣。畢竟，隔著一個螢幕看到的家 園，其實就在舉目之間，摸得到，聞得著，聽得見，走得了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.155.169.110 ※ 編輯: domin 來自: 124.155.169.110 (11/04 19:58) ※ 編輯: domin 來自: 124.155.169.110 (11/04 19:59)

【王文傑／花蓮報導】鳳林鎮今在客家特色館成立自行車不老騎士驛站，還請來10名阿公、阿嬤扮裝演出行動劇，傳達該驛站不僅提供茶水、打氣服務，還有衛生局人員為騎士量血壓、就醫掛號。鎮長彭宗乾說：「蒐集長壽集氣戳章還能抽獎，12月底抽出共兩萬元禮券」。

彭宗乾說，鳳林鎮12000多鎮民，65歲以上老人就有4000多人，百歲人瑞有5人，是全國前5名的長壽鄉鎮；全鎮現有12所自行車驛站，即日起至12月15日止，民眾只要到其中一家驛站蓋好戳章就能參加抽獎。

【鉅亨網羅力元 綜合外電】

一份報告預測美國本周各項數據不盡理想，也降低聯準會量化寬鬆提前退場的可能，亞洲匯市周二(5日)美元走低。

周一時美元兌歐元大幅走低，至 6 周低點。有報告預期，美國經濟成長可能放緩，另外10月就業人數可能減少。

澳洲央行今日將公布利率決議，目前多數預期澳洲央行將維持利率不變，澳元升勢減弱，周一升至2周高點。

南韓央行公布，該國上個月外匯存底升至紀錄高點。

外匯交易商 IG Ltd. 首席市場策略專家 Chris Weston 表示，美元升勢可能將暫停一段時間，關鍵還是在於聯準會何時開始縮減量化寬鬆。投資人會將注意力重新擺在各項經濟數據上。

歐元兌美元報 1.3519 元，周一曾升 0.2%至 1.3442 元， 9 月 18 日以來高點。

《彭博社》預測報告指出，美國10月ISM非製造業指數可能滑落至 4 個月低點的 54，上個月數值為 54.4。

標題[求助] 如何解決喜歡講理這件事

小弟最近跟女友發生了許多爭吵 女友覺得我都不關心她，都只會跟她講道理 在她最需要人陪的時候，她不希望聽道理還有條理的分析事情經過 她知道我的出發點是為了她好，不是在害她，可是她就是不喜歡.... 所以現在吵著吵著之間的關係就變得很微妙~"~ 到最後跟她聊天我都有點害怕，害怕聊一聊就再度吵了起來 又一次傷害彼此.... 請問版上的大大們有遇到過類似的情況嗎? 請問是要如何調適喜歡講理的自己? p.s.不是不在乎她，是不希望她受到傷害 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.39.212
