【大紀元2013年11月03日訊】（大紀元記者林萌騫台灣南投報導）感恩祭是布農族卓社群特有的祭儀，睽違8年，2日在久美國小再度舉行，久美社區藉由農村再生培根計畫將原住民文化和地方產業相結合，展現布農文化特色及傳統祭典儀式，並傳承給下一代做永續發展。

感恩祭（Psuntamul）是布農卓社群歲時祭儀中最後的一個祭典，祭典後就進入農耕休息期，具有感謝上天恩典及祈求未來農事順利的涵義；除了傳統祭儀，現場也舉辦起火、摔角、負重搗米、打陀螺、射箭、進倉、灑酒渣等傳統競技，考驗參賽者的技藝、體力和團隊合作精神。

久美社區發展協會理事長馬日江表示，感恩祭是布農族卓社群特有的祭儀，自從70年前被日本人從仁愛鄉良久山強迫遷移之後就消失了，民國94年曾首度恢復，今年更結合地方產業，希望將傳統祭儀和文化在社區紮根，傳承給下一代做永續發展。

在文化工作者及耆老的關心下，久美社區今年再度舉辦感恩祭，望美村村長田美玉指出，以祭典活化社區、激發居民的活力，達到文化保存及傳承的目的，未來將以「小型休閒旅遊及觀光」加上「文化」元素，提供社區永續發展的契機。

信義鄉鄉長史強說，久美社區用心地恢復特有的感恩祭典，由下往上提出農村再生培根計畫活化實作課程，最能符合社區發展的需求，展現社區的特色；配合愛國村玻璃吊橋和羅娜村布農文化展演園區的陸續完成，將串聯成新的觀光動線。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，坦尚尼亞在居住在該國的一名中國人家中，發現7百多塊、總重1.8公噸的象牙，估計來自2百頭被獵捕的大象。

坦尚尼亞《衛報》昨刊登該國大象保護組織的文章，稱中國與坦尚尼亞經濟關係的升溫，導致該國大象偷獵狀況進一步惡化。大象保護組織也警告，坦尚尼亞每天大約有30頭大象遭非法獵殺，如果這種情形繼續發生，當地的大象將在2020年之前滅絕。

【林海／台北報導】食品安全屢出問題，立法委員李慶華在經濟委員會質詢時表示，經濟部核准的GMP微笑標章，讓全民在恐懼中已經笑不出來。對此，經濟部次長梁國新表示，味全如有違反規定，會依法撤銷GMP。
 
梁國新表示，味全此次下架的21項產品只有1項GMP認證，但是完全可以理解民眾恐慌，此次事件確實很嚴重需要處理，目前正在追查中，頂新、味全如有違反規定，一定會依法撤銷資格。
 
梁國新表示，GMP有檢討的必要，工業局目前也已經成立專案小組，邀請食品領域業者、專家學者以及民意代表 就認證制度未來走向討論。

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】一本即將在5日發表的新書《下猛藥：選情告急的2012》（Double Down: Game Change 2012，暫譯）中，揭露了美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）於2012年競選連任白宮主人時，在與身邊幕僚談及無人機（drone）任務時，竟脫口而出：「我擅長殺人」（I'm really good at killing people）之語，諷刺的是，歐巴馬還是2009年諾貝爾和平獎的得主。
 
根據《華盛頓郵報》的書評專欄，這本由哈柏林（Mark Halperin）與黑勒曼（John Heilemann）合著新書的出版時機，恰為歐巴馬授權無人機突擊葉門與巴基斯坦而飽受批評之時。據統計，歐巴馬任內已授權326次的無人機轟炸任務，而自2004年以來，美國中情局的無人機突擊行動造成2500人至3600人死亡，其中包括950名無辜平民。
 
白宮尚未對此評論，但歐巴馬的總統顧問費佛（Dan Pfeiffer）則對美國廣播公司（ABC）表示，他還未對歐巴馬提到這本書，也沒有人讀過書中內容，但「他很討厭這種消息的走漏」（he hates leaks）。

【黃揚明／台北報導】今天立法院司法法制委員會審查法務部預算，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬表示，因檢察總長黃世銘遭起訴仍戀棧不下台，民進黨團將提案刪除特偵組明年所有預算，達到廢特偵組的效果。他也呼籲國民黨立委不要表面砲火猛烈，應表態支持刪除特偵組預算，否則就是「說一套，做一套」。

高志鵬批評，黃世銘如果繼續厚顏無恥、戀棧權位，這樣的檢察總長如果還讓他繼續留在位子上，不知道其他檢察官如何發揮職權、重振司法威信，廢特偵組、刪特偵組明年預算只是基本要求，讓黃世銘戀棧權位也是「尸位無餐」，「黃世銘應該下台一百次才可以謝國人！」

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】3日於美國紐約舉行的馬拉松大賽輪椅項目，由來自俄羅斯的輪椅馬拉松選手麥菲登（Tatyana McFadden）奪下后冠，麥菲登也完成了今年波士頓、芝加哥、倫敦與紐約四大馬拉松賽都拿下第一名的大滿貫佳績。
 
麥菲登出生於俄羅斯聖彼德堡，由於罹患先天性疾病「脊柱分裂」（spina bifida），導致她腰部以下癱瘓，但她並不因此自暴自棄，參加多屆帕林匹克殘障奧運會（Paralympic），還奪下多面田徑項目金牌。2009年後轉戰輪椅馬拉松比賽，並於今年完成大滿貫的紀錄。
 
麥菲登3日以1小時59分又13秒的成績完成了總長26.2英里的賽程，她在賽後對於自己可以在今年完成大滿貫，謙虛的表示「不可思議」。
