【丁牧群／台北報導】法務部長羅瑩雪、檢察總長黃世銘今早到立法院備詢，被特偵組監聽的立委柯建銘一上台，就指著羅瑩雪説：「你是馬英九的御用律師，有這能耐領導法務部嗎？」接著大駡羅是「圍事」，批她幫黃世銘、馬英九、江宜樺護航，但羅悍然說：「（這說法）我不接受。」

柯建銘矛頭一轉，隔空斥責起訴黃世銘的台北地檢署主任檢察官張介清「巧妙切割，放掉馬英九、江宜樺」，柯還諷刺黃世銘被起訴是「劊子手的輓歌」，勸他當污點證人，尋求特赦。但台下的黃世銘板著臉，看都不看柯一眼。

這集的主題跟臺灣最近的新聞大熱點也有相關，都是食安問題。 編劇巧妙的將兩件看似不相關的案件串連起來，讓我看完以後覺得很惆悵。 就如同右京桑最後的感嘆，認為這一個案件完全是人禍所造成， 只要某一個環節按照原本的步驟進行，一定不會引發這件可怕的意外， 然而就是因為個人的自私，造成了無法挽回的悲劇。 小甲斐在上班途中碰巧遇見一個腹痛的女士，將她送醫急救後， 小甲斐才發現不只這位女士，急診室裡還有很多狀況類似的病患， 他們都是因為腹痛而被送來醫院。 原來這些病患都是食物中毒的受害者， 其中的共同點就是他們都曾在名為"歡樂時光"的餐廳用餐過。 "歡樂時光"是間連鎖大型餐廳，但他們並不講求烹調過程， 因為他們供給的食物都是已經事先做好的料理包，店內廚房要做的只是把調理包加熱， 再把一些簡單食材(比如沙拉)料理後便送到客人桌上。 警方為這件食品中毒案設立了偵查小組進行搜查， 調查後才發現連鎖餐廳"歡樂時光"有幾間分店沒有進行例行的安全檢查， 雖然餐廳社長表示自己很樂意配合政府進行衛生安全搜查， 可是到後來跟政府官員對質以後才了然兩邊都為了個人理由互踢皮球， 導致某幾間餐廳已長達兩年沒有安全檢查！ 但中毒原因並非因為餐廳沒通過安全檢查，畢竟沒通過檢查的餐廳只有兩三間， 就是通過檢查的餐廳，也還是有食物中毒的病患，所以警方排除這個原因。 而衛生所稽查餐廳的結果，則發現沒有任何病原菌， 警方是直到檢查病人體內才發現是原生於海洋的某細菌(在這裡簡稱A菌)。 右京桑到衛生所找稽核主管詢問食品加工廠的檢查項目， 看見裡面有一項"冷凍熟蝦"被分成生食用和熟食用， 右京追問何以有這項分別，主管向右京桑解釋是以A菌數量為準判斷可否生食， 右京桑還打算追問下去時，衛生所主管臉色已經不太好了...... 另一方面，伊丹芹澤剛好接手某件謀殺案，死者是食品公司員工， 恰巧死者就是任職於提供"歡樂時光"料理包食材的業務員。 右京一開始對該案感興趣是因為死者頸部有一個很特殊的傷痕， 雖然不是死者的致命傷，但為何有這個傷痕，右京認為這個傷痕很重要。 而案子逐漸查下去，右京認為這個謀殺案可能跟食物中毒案有關連..... 這一個案子很寫實，看完總覺得心裡不太高興，因為劇中出現的主要配角， 每個人的自私都造成這個案子之所以演變成大型中毒案的原因。 包括餐廳的老闆，若是當天能讓衛生所稽核衛生安全，也許早就查出病原菌； 要是衛生所人員勤快一點，不要找理由推三阻四，拖延檢查時間，也許能阻止悲劇。 這個稽核主管演得很好(XD)，她的臉真的很不討喜，所以在演推卸責任的主管機關時， 真的讓我想打她XD 另外造成食物中毒主因的兩人，我覺得兩人都是運氣不好、再加上內心自私， 並不是因為絕對的惡意，只是一個貪求成本便宜、一個忙得團團轉，沒注意機器失常， 而後端餐廳方也不配合衛生檢查才導致悲劇。 以結果論而言，感覺起來好像只有兩人被警方逮捕，可是沒有配合衛生檢查的餐廳老板， 因為不願配合檢察導致這一連串的食物中毒，早已被媒體傳了出去， 雖然已經開始重新營業，可是客人心裡不免會有:去那邊吃飯誰知道會不會再中毒， 都死了一個人了啊...(對，有一個人因為撐不過去，就這麼去了)， 接下來餐廳要再挽回聲譽可就難了，我想這種無形的傷害反而才是更可怕的。 (是說，雖然之前胖達人也鬧得滿城風雨，可是去他們家買麵包的人還是很多啊...) 因為最近臺灣鬧得很兇的食安事件，才對這集特別有感觸， 所以很推薦大家去看這集。 另外這集普遍氣氛低沉，偶然讓我笑出來的，是因為伊丹跟負責食安事件的警察大吵架， 芹澤不像老刑警三浦(三浦啊QAQ)能擋住兩頭暴龍的火氣，所以夾在中間好可憐 XD 最後芹澤還跟這個警察一起合作要審問犯人，伊丹本來就不爽了，罵芹澤，芹澤不理他， 伊丹只好一個人在車旁邊嘟囊著"居然敢無視我...╰(‵皿′＊)╯(伊丹發牢騷好好笑XD) 下集有小甲斐的熟女女友會出場喔，因為要去跳國標了!! 看起來全能的右京桑也會跳國標喔! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.241.112

桃園黃色小鴨所在後湖埤，現在風力強大，桃園縣文化局決定明天早上5點再評估是否將小鴨消氣，文化局表示，氣象專家預估，明天早上5點風勢會變小，如果精準再消氣。

原本文化局預計今天4點準備將小鴨消氣，移到陂塘，但風勢越來越大，專家評估若此時強行將小鴨消氣，「暴斃」的機率有8成，因此決定暫緩消氣。明天早上5點再評估。
