中斷40年…客庄「走桌喜宴」 新埔重現

客家庄「走桌喜宴」傳統，在台東關山已中斷40年，昨在新埔社區重現。社區總幹事鍾敏淵說，早年客家庄「一家辦喜事，全村總動員」，親友須幫忙湊齊婚宴用具，重建古風是希望找回客家庄互助精神。

新埔社區昨在活動中心旁的廖家古厝搬出方桌，以客家道地的四炆四炒宴客菜，重現早期客家互助的辦桌文化。

87歲的邱運德示範當年如何走桌。

87歲的邱運德說，62年前他和妻子就是以走桌完成終身大事，後來也幫其他親友走桌。為證明所言不假，他特地扛起重量超過30公斤的方桌「現身說法」，嚇壞現場的人，連忙請他趕快放下。

他回憶說，當年幫忙走桌，男人負責三套桌椅、三個空酒瓶、一把菜刀、一個托盤，有空還要搭棚子；女人幫忙打「粢粑（客家麻糬）」或做菜。

走桌要能一次扛起一個方桌、四條長板凳來回三趟，每次重量超過50公斤，「都靠疊桌椅的技巧才能完成」。

「這個傳統很好，可惜現在已經看不到了！」邱運德說，以前結婚是一生中的大事，特別慎重，親友幫忙時，也一起見證彼此對婚姻的忠貞，「現代人結婚、離婚都很快，我實在不懂。」

提供走桌場地的廖貴華、彭秀香夫婦，廝守近60年，當年也以走桌完婚，「如有機會，我們孫子也希望這樣結婚」。

彭秀香說，婚後有將近20年的時間，丈夫幫親友走桌，她幫忙做菜，「主人要備酒、負責提供採買的錢和菜單，我們去買回來就照著做，煮給全村的人品嘗。」

走桌還能化解嫌隙。彭姓婦人說，早年她在西部曾因故和鄰居生怨，彼此近一年沒往來，「以為這輩子就是仇人了，結果我兒子走桌時，她也來幫忙，不知不覺就和好了。」

新埔社區約有500名居民，以客家族群為主，許多客家傳統如擂茶飯、走桌等文化都還在老一輩記憶中。

【鄭孟緹／台北報導】曹格過去因喝酒誤事形象大傷，昨晚又在西門町「河岸留言」疑似喝醉衝上台，拿著麥克風對著台下觀眾爆粗口，今早他在臉書留言：「I'm out. No more playing. I'm out!」（我退出，不玩了！）但語意不清，未交代是對昨晚失態表示後悔，決意收心，還是宣布退出演藝圈。
 
他4年前曾在香港街頭醉打歌手側田，鬧得滿城風雨，前年再傳他在溫哥華飯店酒醉鬧事遭警關切，但他稱是助理惹事。今早9點左右，他清醒後在臉書留悔恨文，表示「不玩了」，還曾留言「Marriage is difficult.」（婚姻很難），但事後刪除，網友推測應是婚姻出了問題，勸他多忍耐，為了妻小最好戒酒。

09年focus tdci 變速箱掛了 嗚嗚~

小弟我的車子因為保養時發現變速箱漏油

原以為是後曲軸由封問題，技師將整顆變速箱卸下後更換油封

沒想到還是繼續漏@@

後來發現是扭力輸入軸間隙過大所致 天啊~~

技師說這個沒有辦法維修、也沒料件，只能換一整顆

好想哭喔，已經過保了 一顆新的要11萬

想想真後悔買這台車~ 開不到四年變速箱就掛了

重點是掛了 原廠完全沒有維修能力 哀哀哀哀~

難道powershift雙離合變速箱只有德國原廠會修嗎?台灣沒人會修嗎?

PS:我陳述真實發生的事件，竟然有人質疑我是寫手

基本上我也不怕福特提告 兩台車我都有

只差在我那台過保固後沒有每次在原廠保養

但有開回去給福特原廠看 他們也說這很少遇見 沒辦法維修@@

我之所以會上來寫是因為技師說變速箱扭力輸入軸萎縮幾乎很少見，一般都是出廠時變速箱就有問題
才會這樣，如果只是油封問題我覺得車子油封都會老化，很正常。但一台車子里程九萬多，也都正常保
養、正常行駛竟然這麼快變速箱就掛了，沒辦法接受。

我自己很愛focus才會買兩台，但這次事件，讓我也開始擔心另一台mk3，或許這也只是個案吧 泣~

法國右翼推出新移民政策 擬改革出生地制

【大紀元2013年10月28日訊】（大紀元記者吳沃法國報導）移民問題再次成為法國人熱議的話題。右翼人民運動聯盟（UMP）主席高備10月22日宣佈，右翼將在年底之前提出一項針對出生地制（Droit du sol）法律的改革草案，旨在終止「父母是外國人，但孩子出生在法國，年滿18歲後，即可自動加入法國籍」的法律。這也就意味著給本來已嚴厲的移民政策，再添一道「保護牆」。

高備的這個「新移民政策計劃」得到右翼重量級人物、前總理菲永的認同。對於右派而言，移民是法國政治的第5大主要問題。高備說，改革不是質疑出生地制，但是如果父母在法國沒有合法的身份，即使小孩在法國出生，他（她）也不能留在法國，也不可能獲得法國籍。

如往常一樣，高備此次的新移民計劃引起很大的爭議，反對的聲音除了左派社會黨外，媒體也反應熱烈。

《世界報》：放棄出生地制，不可思議

10月23日，《世界報》發表評論說，要是放棄出生地制，令人難以置信。要知道，早期時，全球各國是基於國家血統論（la nation ethnique）的概念實行國籍血統制的，後來，是法國提出的改革，基於所有種族自由價值觀的「公民國家」（la nation civique）概念，實行了出生地制。之後，得到國際上許多國家響應，如美國、加拿大、英國、意大利……甚至德國也從2000年開始接受實施出生地制。

對右派的舉動，其它法國媒體亦大做文章。較為突出的是，媒體把政界人士的言論與現實情況做了客觀的比較。比如說，右派認為移民是法國的一大問題，但今年1月份兩家民調機構（Ipsos和TNS Sofres）的調查結果卻差別較大：前者說有70%的法國人認為移民太多，後者持同樣觀點的則是54%。

高備把法國的移民狀況與歐洲其它國家相比，認為法國的社會福利是最吸引外國移民的。但事實上，根據歐盟的一個機構Eurostat在2010年所作統計，那一年移民法國的人口為14.95萬，德國為31.7萬，西班牙為43萬，英國為49.7萬。另外，從全國總人口比例計算，2010年，沒有法籍但居住在法國的外國人口占總人口的5.9%，相比較德國是8.8%，西班牙是12.3%，英國是7.2%。

出生地制在法國的具體實施方法

在法國有兩種情況可獲得國籍。第一種情況是「血統制」，即父母是法國籍，其子女自動拿到法國籍。法國實行「血統制」至19世紀中葉後，改為「出生地制」，即無論父母持何種國籍，在法國國土上出生者，即可擁有法國籍。

出生地制在法國的具體實施中是比較複雜的，有三種情況。第一種情況是外籍父母擁有合法居留身份。在這種情況下，孩子並不是一出生即可獲得法國籍，而是必須先獲得法國長期居留證，有效期為5年，可延期兩次。當小孩長大到13歲，並且必須要在法國居住和上學滿5年後，經父母的同意方可開始申請入法國籍。同樣條件，到了16歲後，子女可以自行決定申請加入法國籍。只有到18歲時，其身份才可自動轉為法國籍。

第二種情況是，外籍父母不擁有合法的身份，這樣他們在法國生下的孩子也不會有居留證，所以不能申請加入法國籍。

第三種情況是，父母是在1962年以前在阿爾及利亞法國殖民地出生的，其在法國出生的子女可自動獲得法國籍。

因為想要刪掉一些原廠安裝的不必要檔案 所以安裝ROOT把它刪掉 因為自己有安裝GOOLE輸入法，所以也把原廠輸入法刪掉 結果不知道為什麼，手機沒辦法打(顯示:聯絡人已停止，之後從電話那邊 掉跳出來主畫 面) GOOGLE PLAY 無法連線 所以我就回到原廠設定= = 結果.....輸入法全部都不見了 字都沒辦法打，所以GOOGLE PLAY市集也都連不上去 不知道可不可以在電腦安裝完檔案，再傳到手機安裝 懇求各位幫忙 謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.107.171.211

影音名稱 《蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢起源》遊戲實玩影片

　　新登場敵人「阿納契」（アナーキー）是反體制派的強敵，也是會在高譚市中埋伏炸彈讓人非常頭痛的對人，玩家必須及時找出引爆裝置並予以解除，將阿納契繩之以法。本作並搭載了新要素「頭號通緝要犯」（最重要指名手配犯），玩家會因確保不讓強敵脫逃而獲得特別升級。另外，還有新登場的道具「遠程獵爪」（遠隔クロー），可發射爪型投射物來捕捉獵物。故事則描述前作數年前登場人物認識的過程及他們登場前的經歷等，例如蝙蝠俠的宿敵貝恩以及小丑等人，精彩的戰鬥過程及故事情節引人入勝。

蒙藏委員會103年度預算遭民進黨立委陳其邁踢爆，人事費竟是業務費10倍，陳其邁遭痛批全天下最誇張的部會，非蒙藏委員會莫屬。根本是「肥貓部會」。

陳其邁攤開蒙藏委員會明年度預算書指出，其正職員工五十八人、非正職員工十一人，全年預算總計九千一百餘萬元，其中人事費用八千兩百二十餘萬元，業務費用八百零五萬元。他將提案凍結蒙藏委員會相關預算，並建議直接廢除蒙藏委員會。

立法院預算中心的預算評估報告也指出，蒙藏委員會的業務及功能皆萎縮，且根據行政院組織法修正方向，蒙藏委員會將移撥併入陸委會，蒙藏委員會全部員工僅六十九人，人事費用卻高達八千兩百二十四萬元，要求檢討人力配置，並建議遇缺不補。

蒙藏委員會代理委員長陳明仁回應表示，蒙藏委員會人事費八千兩百多萬元是依法編列，由於委員有許多職缺凍結、遇缺不補，所以預計最後會用的金額約七千多萬元，剩下都會繳回國庫；但他坦言，蒙藏會人事費所占比例的確偏高，盼立院支持組改，以改善這些問題。
