【大紀元2013年10月27日訊】（大紀元記者萬方報導）25日上午，上海市民三四百人到上海市政府抗議：上海警方將被強拆訪民沈勇暴打致死，遭數十警察暴力驅散。下午上海市民來到沈勇的家北蔡鎮繼續舉橫幅抗議警察暴行。今天上海維權人士要到沈勇家中慰問。24日，沈勇遭警察暴力毆打，兩個小時之內死亡，晚上警方數十人，控制住死者兒子，強行搶走傷痕纍纍的屍體。

25日上海市民多地舉牌抗議 訪民被毆致死

10月25日，由上海維權訪民、民主人士和普通市民組成的三四百人來到上海市政府門口，抗議警察和保安暴打遭強拆的沈勇致其死亡。他們到南京路上打著「上海訪民沈勇被警察打死，嚴懲凶手」的橫幅，悼念遭警察打死的沈勇，沈勇的兒子沈亞明本來要參加悼念父親的活動，遭到北蔡鎮政府的控制，不能前來。當局派數十警察將抗議人士驅散。

下午，維權人士多人轉戰沈勇的家所在地北蔡鎮，打出橫幅「關注沈勇就是關注我們自己」和上述橫幅繼續抗議。警察、國保數十人帶著打手聞訊前來鎮壓，維權人士撤退。

今天，上海維權人士到沈勇家慰問。一位維權人士告訴大紀元記者：「明天上海的維權人士將繼續為沈勇聲援，抗議警察的暴行。」

警方派來抓捕沈勇的兩輛車上均配備醫護人員 有備而來

沈勇的兒子沈亞明告訴大紀元記者：「我奶奶說，10月24日早晨7時多，上海市公安局浦東分局六里派出所警察無任何法律手續闖入爸爸住的地方，先是暴打正在睡覺的沈勇，然後沈勇被反扣手銬帶到車上，當時來了兩台車，每台車上都有護士。沈亞明的奶奶上了第一台車，奶奶用腳踢開車窗，正看到一個穿白大褂的護士在按壓沈勇的胸部做人工呼吸。」

醫生說沈勇在送到醫院之前就已經身亡

9時，在外的沈亞明接到仁濟醫院來電，醫生說沈勇在送到醫院之前就已經身亡。沈亞明10時趕到醫院，看到其父身上傷痕纍纍，後背從脖頸到屁股全是被打的紅色、紫色淤痕，脖子有一條明顯的繩子勒過的痕跡。胸口被打得有兩塊紫色瘢痕。

上海訪民毛恆鳳到了仁濟醫院現場，她表示：「沈勇的頭部有傷。脖子有明顯的勒痕，後背大面積是傷痕，自己是打不到自己後背，肯定是他人所為。」

警察保安搶屍

晚上，二十多個警察和四十多個黑保安強行闖入仁濟醫院沈勇屍體安放現場將沈亞明捆綁、控制住，然後數十人將沈勇的屍體強行搶走，屍體至今下落不明。

26日上海浦東新區政府網站「浦東發佈」表示，上海公佈維權人士沈勇屍檢結果：「未見外力傷害痕跡。」

家屬說官方撒謊 「如果警察不心虛 為甚麼搶屍？」

沈亞明告訴大紀元記者：「上海官方微博造謠說，我父親是心臟病導致的死亡，是自然死亡，他們在撒謊。我父親全身都是傷，是被他們打死的，而且警察來時，兩輛車上分別配了一個醫護人員，他們是有備而來，是預先策劃好的。請你們媒體一定要為我們受害人主持公道。如果警察不心虛，為甚麼搶屍？」

沈勇和母親沈阿寶原有私房621平方米。於2008年12日3日被上海市浦東新區人民政府暴力強拆。從此在外流浪5年。今年5月28日，沈勇和母親住進自己自留地上的房屋（位於浦東新區北蔡鎮北艾路1765弄1號102室）卻接二連三遭到北蔡鎮政府派歹徒打砸搶進行迫害。10月24日，早上7時許，沈勇遭上海市公安局浦東分局六里派出所警察及保安暴打，兩個小時內死亡。
